It is clear that you are harbouring some animosity regarding the tenants/property I called about. It really is such a shame because the two agents I spoke to at the Clifton and Southmead offices were lovely (despite passing me to the wrong office twice). Three phone calls later I reach James. Boy do I wish I had not! You've got to learn that no matter how difficult or annoying a situation is you must remain professional, polite and helpful. Situations like these only fuel the publics distrust of estate agents. James's solution: remove my contact details from their emailing/phone list so that I do not see the messages regarding the property I am still being held liable for. So I will not contact them about it. Nice one James. Edit: just noticed this is a women-owned business which is fantastic! Step ya puzzy up James. Excellent overall property management service always provided in a prompt and efficient manner by Jamie Dutoit. From a landlords perspective, the attention to detail that is always provided, along with the immediate communication updates, all work in parellel to ensure continued good relationships between all invested parties (tennants, property owner and letting / management agency). Ever heard about how getting a place in Bristol is a nightmare? Well that’s true but these guys lessen the pain. Everything was quick and smooth. From getting a viewing, to viewing, application, referencing and checking in. Especially like the software platforms (Goodlord and Vouch) that they use which helps documenting things. Alice and David are brilliant with their services. Always prompt with their replies and professional. Won’t hesitate to contact them should any issues arise. Bristol Residential Letting Co. Have dealt with our property rental for several years. During that time the staff in both their Southville and Bishopston offices have been friendly and very efficient when looking after our property. We always know what is going on, get regular reports on the state of our property and they always seem to find tenants who look after the property. All the information can also be found on line quickly and easily and their year end statement helps with tax returns etc. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve recently transferred the management of my property to TBRLC and the experience is only positive. All issues are resolved quickly and without fuss; furthermore as an absent landlord it’s reassuring to be kept informed on a regular basis. Came into the property as a tenant swap and everything was done quickly and painlessly. Was only in the property for one year but any issues I had were fixed quickly with very friendly maintenance guys.
