I have been an AVID burgers priest customer for the past 4 years now, pretty much since the Mississauga location has opened, so they’ve pretty much become family to me at this point. I go there on a very frequent basis the oh so friendly staff is so welcoming and always treat me with extra care and are extremely professional. This burgers priest is HANDS DOWN best burger I have ever had because the beef is like no other. I believe it’s 100% Canadian Beef and the way they cook it with all those savoury toppings is UNMATCHED. I recommend the “Bacon Double Cheeseburger” (most of the time I buy 2 per visit because ITS THAT GOOD) & most of all it’s made with love I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I need the rest of the GTA to know that this place is THE TRUTH. This was a decent dining experience. During the 3rd lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic, most places are only doing Takeout, Delivery via UberEats, and Curbside-pickup. The estimated wait time was pretty close, but not anything to be concerned about. I got my food within 5 mins of the estimated time They use a service to run their online orders. It gives you a full range of options and controls. There was a weird thing that they wouldn't let you order Poutine-only in your meal, like fries-only, but thats small. Service was polite. I order 3 items: the Chicken Low Priest, The Holy Smokes, and a Poutine. The Poutine was not my favourite. I ate it reheated, but i doubt the reheating was what made the gravy taste musty. I had to drown it in ketchup just to stomach it. The Chicken Low Priest was so-so. I don't know what it was but the chicken tasted...weird. Like it had a sweet cadence to it, kinda smelled like the batter had some sweet element to it, but it didn't translate in taste. Lastly, The Holy Smokes burger. Looked alright if not a little messy, tasted like their normal burgers. the deep fried jalapeños didn't add much more than crunch. All in all, this is a still a better quality place than most fast food spots, but I was expecting so much more.

To be fair, we would have given this place 5 stars. The food was great. The burgers just perfect, well crafted and a delight for the taste buds. Truly a great place to buy from - especially when we, as a family, have always bought from local restaurants. And that too by picking up rather than ordering through the crazy expensive Apps who deprive restaurant owners a good chunk of the order value. The one star loss was for the chaos at the back end that did not keep up with the east of ordering through the website. The website itself uses a platform called Ritual which does NOT give you an order confirmation number. When the site said the order would be ready in 20 minutes and i reach there in 25, only to wait there for another 25 you know the back end needs fixing. The chaos was apparent all through as a result of which there was absolutely no social distancing inside. And you could not even leave to stand outside for the fear that your name would be called out and you would miss it But to the credit of the kids behind the counter, they managed to maintain a cool even if some customers lost theirs. I wish the franchise would take care of the back end issues quick.

Went there for lunch with colleagues. Service was very friendly and efficient. Both burgers and fries were fresh and tasty. They have gluten-free buns and you can even get the California Classic made on the plaque - if you’re not to allergic to gluten. Fries portion was huge, recommend to share it with one or two people. This was my first time and will definitely go back.

They have a great gluten-free bun. You can ask for the California Classic (reversed bun and roasted on the plaque if you’re only intolerant to gluten. It broke apart at some point but good burgers are always messy. Service was very friendly and efficient. Fries portion was huge - can definitely share for two. This was my first time and will definitely go back.

Update Jan 11-24: Haven't been back in a while, so was in the area and thought I'd grab a cheeseburger. What a HUGE disappointment. Where's the beef?!?! I got this pathetic excuse for a burger with a paper-thin beef patty... McDonalds cheeseburger has more meat at almost 1/3 the price, and that's saying a lot! All I could taste was the bun and the onions and tomato, I couldn't taste ANY meat. One of the pics shows the flattened patty with holes everywhere filled in by the cheese. Clearly you don't get anywhere near the meat you used to get. At $8.29 for this lame excuse for a cheeseburger, needless to say I will never be going back to Burger Priest! Tried this place out for the first time, I may have added way too many extras on my burger cuz it was literally impossible and messy to eat but still tasted awesome!

Impossible burger was really good. I ended up getting two. Fries were a little bit too salty but well fried, potato skins left on were nice. Chicken burger that my wife ate was a bit overfried, resulting in the batter being on the hard side. But the staff were very friendly, and offered some free cookies and also to make the chicken burger right by extending a replacement, and saying that they will adjust the fryer to ensure it doesn’t happen again. But my wife was full so we didn’t opt to get another. The environment was clean and relaxed. Overall a satisfying experience after getting off a flight at Pearson before heading home.

We had a gift certificate for a food delivery app from work. Felt like eating good burgers and BP was the choice. Ordered three vegan - an Impossible, Impossible Double, Impossible Priest and an Option burger and yes a Stern. The burgers are smashed and so they form a crust which is really good on all the Impossibles. The toppings are just meh. Lettuce Tomato, Onion and a pickle does not add the oomph that we were expecting. Better toppings available at the Canadian fast food chain. The buns also are too soft and were not toasted(enough) that made them soggy. The vegan sauce was just OK and very little on the bottom. Kid loved the option as it had a portobello and cheese. The fries were good and the onions and cheese did the trick. Had high expectations but that did not translate for us. It was just a below par experience for us.

The location was very good, they prepared a rather large and complicated take out order for us. The staff were very helpful and curious, they even helped us with the secret menu as it was not available online. Also they prepared a gluten free order with the utmost care. Definitely will go back the burgers are among the best in the GTA for the price.

I love their burgers, but had a really unfortunate experience. I was accidentally given a beef patty instead of a vegan patty. I think it's inexcusable and no refund or consolation cookie can make up for that kind of negligence. Please double check your orders to make sure they are correct before biting into your burgers! It's unfortunate that we can't trust businesses to ensure their vegan/vegetarian orders are actually going to be meat-free. They actually refunded my order and offered to remake the burger. Sadly, the didn't even get the order right. So we wasted a good amount of time waiting for a simple burger to made 3 times, which at that point, I've already totally lost my appetite.

Not impressed with this place. It was my first time here so I decided to order the OG cheeseburger with fries which cost almost $14. They were understaffed and it took around 15-20 minutes to get my order and the finished product was a disappointment. The cheeseburger had little flavour. The patty was dry and thin; similar to a McDonald's patty. The burger did not have a premium taste or presentation whatsoever. I felt ripped off paying $7.69 for it. The fries were soggy and mediocre. Nothing special. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

The girls who work here are beyond nice. So friendly and welcoming. The service is great and food amazing. I work in the area and they welcome me so gracefully, Always smiling and happy. Very excited that there's a location closer to home. I went with my mom and I got Chicken Bacon Ranch, she got The Heavy & we shared an order of Chili Cheese Fries. This was my first time their chicken and it was pretty good. However, the "crispy bacon" that was supposed to be on my sandwich was anything but. It was soggy and limp and a tad chewy. Also, I'm not a fan of hot lettuce so I'll leave that off next time. The fries were yummy and it was a huge portion. Great for sharing and my mom enjoyed her burger, but had the same bacon issue I had. Overall, the food was tasty, the service was amazing and the establishment was clean and bright.

After going to see Jurassic World we decided to try Burger Priest and they didn’t disappoint. I had the Hot and Honey Chicken Sandwich which was Heavenly (pun intended ). The poutine was hot, lots of cheese curds and gravy. Their fries are cooked to order as well. They even came to our table and asked us how the food was. I probably won’t go back to this specific location as it’s far from where we live but I will find one near me for sure

I've had burgers priest many times before at other locations and this was just ok. Maybe it was the location or that it was in the evening around 8pm. Burger wasn't warm, flavors were just ok. Poutine was decent. Nothing memorable unfortunately. Like ive said, I've had BP before and it was amazing, not sure why this was so bland? Location looked nice. Service was just ok as well, low energy non talkative vibe. Kinda odd now that I think about it.

I ordered the " fresh cut" fries that were to hyped up. Not only they were soggy and not crispy, but very oily and had a bitter after taste. I tried making my own fries with russet potatoes in s home fryer not even commercial like Burger's priest. They came crispy and crunchy. will never buy fries again. Compared to well-knowned burger chains. Omg...this one. The burger has a thick beef patty and is abundant in fresh vegetable. The fries come in a abnormal huge size and they all taste fried and crunchy. Idk why, but I found them too generous about for giving around 7 "sachets" de ketchup just for 1 meal. Though the beef patty taste like the one of Mcdo, just thicker. But I like . Finished the entire meal and kept thinking about it ❤.

Ordered a combo, Hot and sweet chicken, The burger was completely messed up with all the. Ingredients falling apart because of the sweet sause was 4 times that made the buns soggier and tasteless overall. It was quite unhygienic because the box itself was covered with oily finger prints of chef, I guess he/she didn’t changed their gloves or may be the box was from any previous order that might been cancelled. Bottom line; it was waste of money/time, not recommended

Great juicy burger in and out. The potato roll bun is nice and soft and buttered to perfection, the sauce is very well mixed, and the meat had the perfect blend of fat and lean to give you a nice juicy bite each time. The fries are also double fried and salted perfectly for a great crunch and seasoned bite. I was double minded about going here, but I’m glad I did and enjoyed a nice meal. A great try if you’re in the area and craving a good overall cooked burger.

My mom and I ordered the vatican since she’s never tried it before. And we ordered poutine since she’s visiting from overseas. The fries were refried, burnt tasting and hard. The bread was soooo oily, it drips oil when you bite into it. I mean the meat is as fresh as it gets but the oil is way too much. It was disappointing since last time I tried it it wasn’t that oily. What a quality let down.

One of my go to burger joints. I've always been a fan of Burgers Priest so when one opened up near my place I was beyond excited! My go to burger with out a doubt is the Priest fully loaded with that cheese filled protabello mushroom cap mmmmmm. The High Priest comes in a close second also a delicious choice. Nice burger place. Have a good variety of toppings. The option is probably my favourite, with an amazing filled portobello oozing with cheesy goodness. Was tried to Cut carbs and The Keto bun which is an upgrade was actually very tasty. Kinda disappointed that they don't have onion rings. Overall food was decent for a burger joint. The washrooms however were awful. Just opened the door to one and decided to hold my pee forever.

Located In the heart of Mississauga, the burger’s priest gave a quality service. The staff were nice and kind during my visit. Their California classic burger was juicy, filling and tasty. The poutine was a bit too salty and couldn’t get through the end. The vanilla shake was the best! Speedy response time after order. The meals are relatively affordable. Will try again sometime

On Hurontario street burger Priest at 10pm I went to the restaurant the person who were in cashier a middle aged woman a bit chubby who I think were Indian accent had a very bad behavior with me and I ordered a burger and she wasn’t using gloves also the fries were cold and the bun was not cooked properly. I’ve been here a lot and it never disappoints! They’re usually really busy but it’s totally worth it. I always double up on the patty because I find that their burgers are kinda small if I don’t. I really enjoy both their vegan options. They have their house-made patty and the impossible patty, both come with vegan sauce. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

Go-to spot for a fresh burger and fries. Friendly customer service! Poutine was delicious. Their special fries were also really good but wish the onions were cut smaller.

The only down is the quality of the burger was not that great. The buns also had so much grease on both sides. However, the fries are fantastic. I can tell there was no hydrogenated oil there (or at least I hope,) and the amount that comes with the como is generous and good for two people.

This is the 3rd time we've been in the last couple week and first two times we got huge meals and the strips were amazing and big and juicy. Tonight I ordered two of the three strip meals and this is what we got. Three tiny pieces of dried up chicken! Way over done and not worth the $30 bucks! Don't think I will be going back!

The only concern was the price on the upper side, but still, it was kind of ok. The taste was really nice. Need a little bit of improvement on the service. Will visit again.

The parking lot is too small. The french fries were short little ends. Bun was generic. It was the fresh fully cooked juicy beef patty that made up for everything. Got a discount as I did not want cheese, take that McDonald's. Yes, no fountain drinks, canned pop.
