The response from the owner is not correct. 1. There was no mix up with part numbers. They just gave me the run around with sarcastic answers every time we ask something about the repairs. 2. Your board didn't say it starts from that price. It said ECU repairs R650. (I think 20 minutes work it's more than enough to charge instead of R1500). And if it was as you say, why did they remove the price before we arrived to collect the vehicle? If we didn't enquire over the phone, you wouldn't have instructed them to remove the price tag. 3. Btw, when they did the test to see what's wrong, they said the computer didn't pick up an ECU fault, which means it could have been something verty minor. Why would they then bill me for ECU repairs?. 4. With regards to your staff member who told us they chase people away who ask how long it would take to repair a vehicle, I would definitely institute disciplinary procedures because he's gona cost you to lose a hellava lot of business with that attitude. The customer has the right to know how long his vehicle is gona be in the workshop 5. Maybe the company should call them together and tell them to be NICE

Honest and efficient service is what I've encountered thus far in my dealings with The Car Lab. I have generally received fair treatment and no hassles. They are reliable and definitely recommended to approach for any auto-electrical/electronic issues. If there's something they can help you with they will take the effort. Hope it is kept up because business will definitely prosper if those qualities remain ongoing.

I had an unfortunate accident where my jeans was in the washing machine with my key fob.so tried drying it. (should've taken the batteries out).after this the key just didn't want to activate eis or els..took the key to Angus (carlab) and 20 min later .I was so impressed with these guys..Thx CarLab I'll give you a 10 instead of the 5 stars.

Unbelievable... Those guys know there stuff and explained everything to me in detail so educated me as well as to how to avoid future problems. My vehicle still needs to be fixed, but the initial experience of their professionalism and expertise gives us hope that our vehicle will be fixed. This after our vehicle was with the original dealer for 2 weeks and they couldn't find the electrical fault...

Had the most disappointing experience. My Renault Megaine stood for almost 2 days without Aircon.problem being fixed.Just gave me a diagnostic report and said I must first fix mech.issues which is not what I took it in for.

Best car service . Audi car dealers couldn't fix my car and they had it for about two months and then someone recommended the car lab and they were able to fix my car within a week. I'm so grateful thank you car lab team.

They are professional and honest. After my car going from garage to garage for 6 months with some quotes as much as R 26000 , these guys fixed it in less than 48 hours and for less than R 3000. Say no more !!!
