Justice finally served, 5 years later and with almost $1 MILLION awarded My son was the victim of an assault at the hands of his trusted Sensi. He suffered medical and emotional pain. Over the next 5 years he stood by us, even though he relocated his practice from Houston to Austin, he continuously kept us informed of the case. The trial lasted 5 very long, intense and exhausting days. 5 years in the making, 5 days to plead our case and 12 strangers to determine our fate. At the time of the verdict, holding the sweaty hand of my son and my heart beating out of my chest the judge asked the final question. The head juror had ruled in our favor and no sooner than the words came out Todd's arm was around my son and tears filled all of our eyes. It was a day we will always remember. The day that my son finally felt in some small way a sense of closure, a sense that justice prevailed and that he does matter. It is my hope, that no other child should suffer at the hands of a trusted adult instructor, coach, mentor or leader. Todd is very genuine and sincere. Two years ago I was involved in a hit and run. Supposedly my insurance took care of fixing the vehicle. 4 months later, I discovered that my vehicle had structural damage. Once I was informed of the state of the vehicle, I called Nationwide but no one was able to tell me why I had been given back a faulty and potentially dangerous vehicle. My search for legal assistance began after I realized I had been treated unfairly by the insurance companies. I reached out to over 15 different firms. All would show little to no interest. Even in these trying times, when I was told that they were going to do everything in they could to win the case, they were able to keep their word. Legal Assistant Monciavis was very cordial and professional when informing me about any updates in my legal matters. With the teamwork of Case Manager Carlos, I was represented by Joshua Crowley. I will be forever grateful for their assistance and receiving the proper compensation for that was a result of a mishandled incident by the insurance companies. Legal Assistant, Valerie Salvador, did a horrible job keeping us updated on our case. Every time we would contact her it was the same answer, "we are sending a demand letter". This demand letter was never sent but instead we found out, after bringing up the fact that we felt we were not getting the proper service, that the lawyers decided to not pick up the case. We feel completely lost now due to the horrible service given to us by Valerie Salvador and now we are stuck looking for a new lawyer months after the incident happened. The situation was already stressful, Valerie and the Carlson Law Firm made it even more stressful. All we wanted was justice and instead the only thing we received from The Carlson Law Firm is bad service and more stress. Valerie really should work on her customer service and understand that the people she is working with are dealing with real stressful situations, show some empathy sometimes!

We started a case back in spring of 2020 with the lawfirm, and they were the only lawfirm that would take our case with it involving a military installation. Amanda, Todd, and Jacob were the paralegals/lawyers that worked with us. After almost 3 years, our case was settled with a better outcome than everyone expected. During the tedious/long process they always kept us updated, and pushed to try and speed up the process/get answers when the other party tried dragging it out. They were always professional and cared about us, rather than than just caring about how much money they would make of our case. Nothing can bring back our daughter or make up for what happened, but the Amanda and Jacob made sure they were held accountable for what happened. Highly recommend them to everyone if you ever need a personal injury/wrongful death lawyer, or your situation involves a military installation.

I am very disappointed with Mr Carlson terms. I was looking for a lawyer to represent me for a car accident. I end up talking to three different people. They were too busy to get my address and where Area I live in Austin .they decide to tell me that they’re not going to take my case ..that they have a different team that is going to help me. They told me they need me to sign a contract with them. I ask them who are the other Team. What is their name. Who sings a contract with out knowing the name of the person who is going to be walking with me. The name of who going walk my case ..they will not give me information of the team.please, be careful about Mr Carlson law firms .or who you .higher to represent you . Do not fall for their scan. I was on the phone for hour of interrogation with all of them. This is not acceptable. I hope Mr. Carlson will say this review.
