Great place for healthy pet food choices, and very knowledgeable. They order our dog food for us that we can't get anywhere locally, and they store it in their freezers so we don't have to load up our freezer at home - we can just go pick up another bag when we run out! Also one of our elderly dogs had itchy sores all over his body for at least a year and we'd been to multiple different vets many times, no one could help him - we were considering putting him down because his quality of life was so bad with all of the scratching and biting his own skin! He had to wear a cone 24 hours a day which was making him miserable. The owner recommended a diet change because her cat had a similar issue, and about a month later almost all of his sores were gone! This was about a year ago, and he's almost perfect now - we're still trying to figure out the last bit (he still scratches/chews once in a while), but with regular baths and his current diet he's doing great and 1000% happier - no more cone! They figured out what 3 different vets couldn't figure out. I highly recommend their store, lots of great choices and very nice people - they clearly love animals and that's why they're doing what they do.

Lady at the counter talks too much and asks a lot of questions concerning pet parenting .oops. Visited only once and not planning to go back anytime. What I feed my dog and why, it is something i will discuss with my Vet, not a store person, even if she is from pet food store. Also she talked about omnivores and carnivores, explaining the difference. Why? NO REASON at all! I never asked what she feeds her cat and why yet she dares to ask me why am I reducing my dog's meat portion. Phew Few minutes in the store made me feel dizzy. I walked out. Wondering did she assume a East Indian won't know about carnivores or omnivores? Vent is over.bye

I've been shopping here for ten years and I love this place a lot. I'm so grateful to them for their wide selection of raw and grain-free foods, and their standing-order system: if they don't have a product that fits well with the store's theme, chances are they'll stock it for you if you ask, and you can have them set aside certain products for you to pick up on a set schedule so you never have to worry about them being out of something you need (outside of factory-side shortages, anyway). They're friendly, knowledgeable, and there's a sweet little loyalty system where you get $10 off every $200 or so you spend, just to go that extra mile. They're the best.

If you have a cat or dog this place is for you, these animal lovers with their small space have an incredible following including us. We changed our cats diet to natural food and the difference was amazing. Or second cat came to us bloated and pear shaped and miserable. Within 2 weeks with their help we adjusted her diet and I'm grateful for it, night and day difference, thanks guys!!

This is a very cute boutique pet store that primarily sells dog and cat gear and toys. The price point probably won’t be for everyone but all of the items are beautiful and well made. If you are someone who really likes to spoil your pet and yourself with adorable stuffed toys, elegant dishes, and chic collars this is your place.

The staff there is very helpful. The store is pretty big and have many necessary supplies from different brands. It's easy to find what I need. The most wonderful thing is that there is a huge supply of raw food that meet my requirements. This shop does not smell like some of the other shops I had gone.

The owner is always nice when I visit to get bones for my dog, offering suggestions for food and nutritional supplements. I wish they were more consistent with their hours as I will often go by in the morning when they're supposed to open and no one will have arrived to open the shop up.

Friendly Mom & Pop store, don’t treat you like a stranger, always have what I need or will order it. They ask for my name, not my phone number, when tallying up reward points. Sharon and Georges are especially nice people.

Excellent selection, great staff. I am so glad that I have found the Cat and Dog --- and so is my cat! His coat is now so incredibly silky due to the amazing selection of non-grain based foods. Thank you Cat and Dog!
