We spent $198 including a $35 tip to the server which she absolutely did not deserve but my husband gave it to her anyway because he said he knew how low server’s get paid as he was once a server and they only depend on tips but if that was me a $15 would already been generous the way she waited on us"

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT waste your money in this restaurant! We spent $198 including a $35 tip to the server which she absolutely did not deserve but my husband gave it to her anyway because he said he knew how low server’s get paid as he was once a server and they only depend on tips but if that was me a $15 would already been generous the way she waited on us. I ordered sweet tea w lemon she gave me unsweet tea and there’s not even sugar on the table, after she served the drinks she disappeared for 20 minutes until the manager came around and asked how we’re doing, that’s the only time I got my sweet tea! We told her to give both our kids regular size sprite and she served them these small toddler size cups which of course they get them empty fast and server kept missing in action! Took 20 minutes before she got back and checked on us to give them refills! Finally, the food. The loaded tater tots taste a okay I don’t know how they called it loaded but they’re just regular tater tots like what you get at sonic! Maybe the cheese that’s inside the tater tot’s but def no bacon bits nor chives! My husband ordered rib eye he told her well done when it was served it’s still pink inside, he ate the outer part of the steak. I ordered Salmon and also told this idiot server I want it well done of course it’s not well done, after she served the food she disappeared again this time for 30 minutes and of course all our drinks were empty and she no where to be found! The only good I could say was that my daughter enjoyed her cheese pizza and we enjoyed the cheese cake, yes I’m not gonna lie the cheesecake is good but the food does not deserve the price we paid for! But I’m pretty sure I can also get cheesecake somewhere else if not better, the same taste. It’s not worth spending money to this place!!!

As I stepped into the Cheesecake Factory, I was immediately drawn in by the alluring dim lighting, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere perfect for a cozy evening out. My appetite was whetted as I perused the extensive menu, eagerly anticipating the culinary delights to come. However, as I sat down, I couldn't help but notice that the bread was missing from our table. Despite this minor hiccup, I was still excited to try the dishes I had ordered. Unfortunately, my anticipation was cut short as I noticed that the utensils were slightly dirty, causing a brief moment of disappointment. But as soon as my dishes arrived, any misgivings were quickly forgotten. The skinny chicken pasta was an absolute delight, with the perfectly cooked pasta complimenting the tender chicken in a luscious sauce. The grilled steak medallion was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with every bite, and the tossed green salad was fresh and crisp, perfectly balancing out the rich flavors of the pasta and steak. Although we only had one napkin for three people, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the delectable dishes we enjoyed. And while I was disappointed that they had run out of ribeye steak, the other dishes more than made up for it. Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, my experience at the Cheesecake Factory was absolutely delightful. The ambiance was seductive, the food was superb, and the service was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a romantic evening out or a delicious meal with friends and family.

I visited The Cheesecake Factory for Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. We visited the Fort Worth outlet. When we checked in at around 7:20 pm, we faced a 1 hr 45 minute wait time. We registered our name and number and went for a stroll. We were back there at 8:45 pm when we easily got seats. So here are my food reviews and ratings (apologize for just sharing 2 photos): Appetizers - Tasted good but the quantity was less as per price. It had more shows as compared to quantity. We ordered the following: 1. Chicken Pot stickers - $14.50 2. Thai Lettuce Wraps - $15.95 Glam burgers - Absolutely delicious, more than sufficient portions, worth the price. An absolute favorite and a repeat item. We ordered the following: 1. Smokehouse BBQ Glamburger - $17.95 Other - Chicken, Beef steak and Pasta were good but not exceptional. Prices were ok. Whereas the chicken was quite different from regular chicken and portions were sufficient, the steak had excess salt and the pasta was absolutely bland. That's perhaps the expected taste but that didn't overwhelm our taste buds. Can't say we were unhappy but still it could have been better. We ordered the following: 1. Crusted Chicken Romano - $21.95 2. Chargrilled Bone-In New York Steak - $23.95 3. Korean Chicken - $17.95 Cheesecake - Well as expected from the name, this was absolutely the best thing in the dinner. Delicious, creamy, beautiful. We tasted the following but as we were full, couldn't indulge in more. We will be back soon just to taste the cheesecakes. 1. Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake - $9.50

ATTENTION ALL CHEESECAKE LOVERS Please come to this restaurant!! It is delicious. Honestly I was very shocked at how good it is. This place is definitely worth the money. When I walked into the restaurant I was in awe. This is a beautiful restaurant. There is a bar and a “bakery” with cheesecakes behind a glass. The restaurant is very clean. We dined outside on the patio. There is a mosquito catcher thingy, so you don’t have to worry about bugs. There are even decorative candles on the tables. One thing I noticed was how dark the inside of the restaurant was. It was very hard to see. The bathrooms were almost pitch black. Very… interesting. The food was PHENOMENAL. I ordered the four cheese pasta and it tasted so delicious . My brother got the Mushroom Madeira, it is a huge plate of food. He said it was delicious. My parents got the Tuscan Chicken, they said it was good. The cheesecakes were so delicious too. Best way to end the night. The service was great. Our server (I forgot her name but she had pretty nails) was super nice. Since the restaurant was so busy we didn’t get our bread until after we finished eating. The highlight of the night was getting a free mini-sundae, because it was my birthday . I was so happy. TLDR: GREAT food, GREAT service, super dark restaurant, great location, perfect place to spend an evening. 5/5⭐️ would definitely recommend

First I would like to do a comparison the first photo is what I got today ordering on Door Dash @the Fort Worth Location vs what I got on my vacation in Orlando Florida on 7/15 my bday. These pictures are truly worth a thousand words! I called the Fort Worth location to let the manager know that my order (which I’m only eating because I paid for it and I am hungry) was not good and the chicken was almost burnt also this dish has no flavor one of the reasons I re ordered this was because of how it tasted in Orlando! The manger was very nonchalant and did not try to do anything to accommodate me in any way besides saying that he was truly sorry and that he would have a talk with his cooks and that I could call DD and request a refund. I really wasn’t asking for my money back but it would’ve been helpful for him to offer something even if it was a simple as we can remake the dish for you. I will not order the pasta at this location anymore. Most likely I will just make the drive to the Arlington location. This dish was bland and over cooked and nothing was truly done for the time wasted and inconvenience of paying $16.95 for a lunch special! It’s not about the money but the principal I’ve had a better response for a late pizza order than this!

First time eating here, the food was no doubt unbelievably good and the menu selection was out of this world. Actually feel sorry for the cooks in the back there was so many dishes to pick from. The atmosphere was a little pretentious for my flavor. The bartender made my wife super unhappy and felt like she was just flat out rude. Didn't take as many pictures as I would like to have but got on a business call that took my attention away unfortunately. If you are low on cash, definitely not the place for you. I had the Baja taco plate. The tacos were small but a surprising amount of meat in them and the flavor was wonderful. My wife had the bacon bacon burger and loved it as well. The dark bread was delicious but the sour dough was tough and dry and just not for me. She ordered a piece of low calorie cheese cake to go and said it was an absolute treat as the one she chose was gluten free and it's been a while since she got to eat any. Food was amazing, but just didn't feel like a place I wanted to return to. Maybe it was just the day and time so we may give it one more try who knows.

Best Cheesecake Factory by a far mile. The staff were excellent and were always there for every little thing. Me and my family typically come here 5-7 times a year. The atmosphere was phenomenal. Food is a main factor, excellent, unique, and exquisite choices on the menu. My little one loves the kids' menu and orders pizza every time. I got an Oreo Cheesecake, and I my compliments to the baker because it was delicious. Definitely chocolaty. Would recommend this place to anyone in town or nearby looking for a family or a date night. Parking wasn't the biggest issue either. Just as long as you don't come during the weekends at least. This is your local "Cheesecake Factory."

We parked in a $10 per hour lot close to the Cheesecake Factory. It took about 30 minutes for our party of 4 to be seated even though the restaurant was not busy and had numerous empty tables. When we placed our drink order, my daughter couldn't get the milkshake she wanted because they were out of ice cream. When we placed our food order, we were told they were out of the impossible burger we wanted. The waitress showed us a long list of items they were out of even though the restaurant had only been open for an hour. Then, It took almost an hour to get the food to the table so we had to pay another $10 for parking. At the end of the meal, it took forever for the waitress to return and take our dessert order. By the time we got our dessert and paid, we had to add another $10.00 for parking. So, we ended up paying $30.00 for parking. Never again.

Wonderful meal in a great establishment. Our waiter was attentive and provided excellent service. We began with the bread basket and fried zucchini. It lacked flavoring in the breading but was cooked perfectly. We would have enjoyed some seasoning in the breading. Our drinks were a Strawberry Infused Margarita and JWs Pink Lemonade. Highly highly recommend the JWs Pink Lemonade as it was perfectly refreshing. Our dishes were the Pasta Da Vinci and the Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane Factory Combination. The Pasta Da Vinci had tender chicken bites and plenty of pasta covered in a delicious sauce. The Chicken Madeira and Steak Diane was a nice portion of each. Tender meat and complimented each other. The cheesecake slice was the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake. Nice sized portion. The crust was a nice brownie and creamy cheesecake. Highly recommend.

The wait at 5:30 was not bad. Strange thing. I ordered a bar drink just fine. Then my daughter (37) orders one. She gets carded but left her ID in the car. Drink order refused due to "policy". Funny how I didn't get carded. Waiter needs to get his policy straight. Other than that screwy problem everything was terrific. The food variety is second only to the desert variety. Expertly prepared with perfect timing. The desserts were so smooth and tasty! I had never tried fish tacos before. They are as good as everyone has been telling me! They have valet parking out front and these folks have their service to a science. Dining at the Cheesecake Factory was quite the experience! If you are attending an event at the Center for the Performing Arts the Cheesecake Factory would be a nice before or after addition (or both!). All in all a very good time.
Average food (likely due to the massive menu) and frustrating service (had to ask for drink refills 3 times). The shrimp pasta was lacking flavor, the spaghetti was decent but I don’t recommend the cobb salad as it was bland and didn’t seem fresh. The avocado egg rolls and cheese cake were the best items. I definitely felt like they were in a hurry for us to order, eat and get out. That all said, I am glad the wait was no where near the 45 minutes stated. On a side note, I did find it interesting that the drink menu has no prices. So in the end these restaurants are all the same, if you must visit one, order drinks and appetizers and maybe dessert. The rest of the menu is nothing special for the price.

I had a reservation made at this spot and waited an extra amount of time to be seated. (15+ minutes) A reservation is a RESERVATION. The table should be ready and reserved for the customers upon arrival. It took me to go up the front and ask why we are waiting 15+ minutes for a reservation, as soon as I said something, we were sat immediately. If I wouldn’t have said anything, who knows how long we could have waited. Besides that, we had exceptional service from our server, Lindsay. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and beverages and made sure our needs were met! The food was very good for the premium price you pay for. If you look to make a reservation make sure you are not waiting past 10 minutes here.

I had to change my review. Our recent experience was horrible. My husband and I 1st were called "them 2 are next" by the hostess which I felt was rude instead of getting our name. After we had our drinks a party of 10 get seated. The waitress said the bread was not out of the oven yet, which I was understanding. But how does the party of 10 get their food before us...well the waitress forgot to put our order in. And our waitress was the party of 10 waitress also. Now we had been there for 45 mins total had drinks and a appetizer. We told the waitress we just wanted to leave..we don't want our food that she had forgot. Horrible experience

Grandkids ( 18 and 15)and I went out for lunch. I ordered a jambalaya type pasta dish. The kids ordered a dif type of pizza and a chicken pasta dish. They barely ate theirs and mine was fairly dry and not really fresh tasting. We all took home boxes. Kids said weren't very hungry for desert but I ordered the strawberry Cheesecake to share. No extra forks were brought and the extra small plates had already been collected. That was the only good thing we had. Even the bread was just ok. So disappointed! We had eaten at a different C Factory over the summer and was good! Service was ok. when I reheated my lunch for night-time snack, couldn't finish..just not good.$100 below par experience(incl 20% tip) tea n soft drinks over $4 ea

We ate at the downtown Fort Worth location. Tim sat us at our table and made conversation with us the whole time he was walking us to the table. He was genuine and happy with a smile on his face. We appreciated his conversation and telling us a little about himself. Tim just seemed like a genuinely happy person! Luke was our server. He was attentive and offered side options that fit our dietary needs. Our drinks stayed full and the food was great. We will definitely eat at this location again!

So we came here and celebrated a birthday for our son and it was ok. They have a lot of options but to have all those options and only do them ok. Just isn’t worth a trip. Only go for the cheesecake. Our server was good but not always available and not to knowledgeable he knew enough to get by. Also upon arrival the host was just rude and not polite he was just blank faced and did not care to be there it seemed. White guy with glasses. When we sat down at the table to forks were dirty I mean noticeably yet no one who worked there seemed to notice as it got put on the table anyway. Probably won’t go back. Three star is just for the cheesecake

I have been to this cheese cake factory before and have enjoyed it. I have left reviews before. Recent visit not so good. Food was cold and took 45 minutes to come out after order. My shepherds pie came out cold on the outside. I was given a reason of short staff. Which would make since if the 3 tables surrounding us had not arrived 30 minutes after us and received their food before we did. Server was rude after I inquired about status of food. I was on a lunch break from work and didn't have 1.5 hours to eat/order food. Hopefully next time the experience will be much better.

Me and my husband went here for his birthday dinner. we ordered the ahi nachos, spicy vodka rigatoni and two cheesecakes. Everything was great. I took my gay boyfriend on a gay date to this establishment. this place is known for the cheese cake and chapter book menu. I partook in the ceaser salad which is one of the top 5 ceaser salads i've had. the sauce to lettuce ratio was insane it was very wet. I love it wet. the chicken was perfectly cooked and complimented the salad so very well. my one note is that the croutons were a bit stale. still a very yummo salad. our server Jess was very attentive and kept the bread baskets rolling. very good experience.

The wait staff was amazing. The food was ok but served cold. The hosts at the front were less than welcoming and quite frankly down right rude. Party of 10 2 booths separated and no possibility of making a reservation seated together the day prior. We traveled 2 hrs for 19th birthday dinner with our family and left disappointed. I understand not being able to accommodate our family but to be rude about it was not necessary. You are in the hospitality business and you can do better than this. ~ disappointed

I was very disappointed with this location. The services were slow. When asked if we needed a straw, it took about 10 minutes to get back to us. The cheese sticks were hollow. A waiter cleaned a nearby table and just left the food food from the table on the floor. Cheese sticks were to be served before the main course, but it all came at once but one of the side orders. It came after we were nearly done. The manager never came by.

Just got done being sick with food poisoning after eating here. I sent my burger back after finding it ice cold inside and that it wasn't sitting well. The waitress offered mash potatoes as a replacement. A side replacing an entree doesn't sound fair at all. Mash potatoes is not what I wanted. I wanted actual protein which is why I was even there. She told me she let management know but management didn't talk to us. Terrible food, terrible service. I ended up being sick before I even got home.

That was the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. Service was rude and slow. Arrived at 3:45 and was seated at 4:40. The waitress came to our table to take our order after 5 and would not let us order off the lunch menu (lunch menu runs until 5pm). She then leaves and then another server comes over and takes over the table and takes our order about 5:20. The ahi nachos arrived and it was just chips with a few pieces of tuna and avocado. Service was slow. The whole experience was frustrating.

Very disappointed in our visit, firstly 6 full grown adults and a baby in a high chair got seated in a booth. It was so dark that you can barely read the menus. Our service was terrible , some food came out okay some came out nearly cold but on extremely hot plates?!? We maybe got our drinks refilled once as the waitress was almost completely non existent if we didn’t stop her as she walked near us. Overall very disappointing for a place that has meant a lot to our family for many special occasions.

The wait staff turned us into the waited. They were never around. When asked for condiments they never came. The food left much to be desired. The silverware were so disgusting that we actually requested plastic ware. Once we were ready for dessert, there was no one around to take our order. My husband and I don’t eat out much but decided last night to have a nice dinner and we picked Cheesecake Factory. We were rushed throughout our dinner. We ordered an appetizer and they brought it with our dinner. While trying to eat both dishes the waitress asked what kind of dessert we wanted when we were still eating. We weren’t finished and she gave us our bill. We will never eat there again and be rushed out the door.

As always, my family and I had a marvelous dinner and delicious dessert! The food portions are so large, we always end up with leftovers. (Btw, their leftovers re-heat well!) And the many cheesecakes are so fun and delicious to try! My son has asked for The Cheesecake Factory for his birthday dinner for the last two years in a row! And the staff is always attentive, professional, and speedy! We all know the world is crazy still, but it's like you can forget it all as soon as you walk through those doors and get some food therapy.
First time here, definitely a nice quaint establishment. Many many many options to choose and our waitress said the menu changes every 6 mts Food was hot and fresh Waitress was on top of her game our drinks weren't half gone and she brought us another. First time visit. Reminded me a lot like BJ’s brewery. Huge menu, too many selections. Server was very nice and good. Dark bread was good but the white bread was nasty. Calamari was fresh and good portioned. A little too dark of a setting for me. Sheperad’s pie was really greasy at the bottom and wasn’t really flavorful. Cheesecake was really good. Probably wouldn’t come back though. Not my type of place. Also bathroom was dirty.

Went with a group from work and it was moderately busy but not too bad. Service was good and quick at first then gradually diminished until dessert. I ordered the mushroom burger and fries which was very good! But the fries didn't come to the table until i was almost done with my meal. But they were fresh and hot! So that made up for the timing. Cheesecakes were amazing!! U cannot go to the Cheesecake Factory without getting a cheesecake!! Very good experience! I will return!
It’s the cheesecake factory, expect what you would expect from a cheesecake factory. The food is pretty ok, cheesecake is really good, the atmosphere is very specific, if that’s what you’re looking for, and the bill will be high. We have been to this location a couple times, the wait is usually long but that’s to be expected. All in all not a bad spot for a celebration, or a night out of fun. Oh and the gluten-free cheesecake is actually quite delicious!
Love Cheesecake Factory, and this particular location is mine and my wife’s preferred spot over the Arlington location. Service and food are always on point. Only downside is parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s the city, for ya. Highly recommend the cheeseburger spring rolls and Cinnabon cheesecake!

We waited over an hour for our food. My husband asked if the hamburger was cooked and the waiter assured him it was, by the time he got to the middle he saw that it was raw. He got food poisoning for two days. Sick in bed, only had strength to go to the bathroom and dehydrated. It was awful. I got sick too but I only ate the sampler. We should have sued the place. Yuck,

The Cheesecake Factory is always as expected: a great bite for any occasion! It was a very busy Friday night but they still got us a table quickly, and the service was delightful. Even though the restaurant was packed the waitress (heather) was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was wonderful! I recommend the fresh strawberry cheesecake. It’s simple but delicious. A 5-star experience overall!
Sorry, but 3 stars max when you sit down and the silverware is obviously dirty and, frankly, wanted to walk out right there. But, I was on a date and didnt want to make a scene. Waiter made it right, and food was predictably delicious. Still, first *and* last visit to this location.

Service wasn't that great, for a top paying restaurant they need to hire cooks that know how to cook a steak, but the mix drinks were pretty good. But if your going for the vibes it's a cool please but food not that good, better of at Roadhouse for a good steak

I love coming here. The food is amazing but the service needs improvement. It took about 45 minutes after sitting down for us to get our food. And we ordered about 10 minutes after sitting down. They food was amazing so we didn't complain but it should by no means take that long. Also it was a slow Monday night. We got steak and salmon and pasta along with cheesecake. It was great.
Wonderful experience! We celebrated our engagement here. Enjoyed a delicious lunch meal. Had miso salmon, shrimp gumbo... the avocado egg rolls are amazing! Definitely recommend to try all these meal options. Jess was our waitress and did an excellent job to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. Great place to stop in downtown fort worth.
Food portions reflect price. Clean bathrooms and tables. Our waitress was friendly but would forget to come back and fill our drinks or say she would come back right away and come back 20 minutes later. Would try this location again. Highly recommend the jambalaya hash. Could easily deed 3 people! Free parking about 2 blocks away and valet is available
Only waited 10-15 minutes for a table. On a Saturday night! We shared Warm crab dip and Angel hair pasta with shrimp. Both were delicious. Then we had pumpkin pecan and pineapple upside-down cheesecakes. Wickedly awsome!

The food was excellent, as always. I particularly enjoyed the Steak Dianne. The staff was satisfactory, although our server could have been friendlier.

There are lots of options to choose from, but for the price you pay, you would think they would add some salt to their food. The presentation is great but lacks in flavor. The desserts, though, are really good.

I ordered a Louisiana Chicken Pasta and the Adam's Peanut Butter cheesecake. Service was good, food tasted decent, but $10 for one slice of cheesecake? Almost $20 for an entrée? Are these prices justified? You decide.

The only thing that is a bother, bit it is expected, is the wait to be seated. Other than that, the food was great, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was great!!

We ate at the bar, and our bar tender was fantastic! So was the food! We had the BEST Ceasar salad, and the herb-crusted salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes was so good. I can't wait to go back.

Great food great service. Our waiter Jose was outstanding. Always had suggestions. To bad they had run out of the stuffed mushrooms. I had the combination plate that had the steak Dianne and my wife had the lemon shrimp pasta.

The food is always fresh and exceptional. The lettuce wraps are my absolute favorite thing to get. I crave them. The skinnylicious lettuce wrap tacos are perfect for lunch.

Our waitress was amazing! She just started but was very attentive and professional. The food was great and came out fairly quickly during rush hour on a Saturday. We would definitely come back to this restaurant. We ordered the coconut cream cheesecake and it was GREAT!
A nice place to grab dinner before a show at Bass Hall. Often gets pretty busy so reservations are recommended.

I was surprised that they brought all the food out at the same time (5 dishes), and it was all well presented and hot. Good option for a diverse menu.
