I gave 2 stars purely for the personality and friendliness of the staff who have served me. If it was based on the cake itself it would have been zero. The torte was far from a torte, it was layers of very dry sponge with a minimal amount of mock cream between. Flavour was ok, but certainly not worth the cost.

The birthday cake I ordered was nowhere near their cake on the shelves. The cake was dry, very compact and has a starchy taste. I hope they improve the quality of the cakes they sell and stop dissapointing people who pay a fortune for their birthday cakes.
