I ordered my sons cake from here for his 1st birthday it cost me $75 for a chocolate mud, so I expected a pretty good cake considering it was from here and the normal cakes prices are around $30-40 The cake looked nice and when we came to serving it at my sons birthday the cake itself was inedible no one could eat it not even my son or his guests all the Kids said it was yuck and it tasted like coffee. I rang the store straight away to be told we can’t do anything it’s Christmas week and we’re to busy. Call back in the new year. So I did I rang again to be told they will get the manager to contact me back and that there’s no way our chocolate mud cake had coffee in it. Um ok you tell that to 30 guest who tasted it then. Still no phone call from them so I rang again to be told the exact same thing the manager will call you. It’s been over a month and no one has made contact. I would stay away from this place. A first memory for my family and my son has been wrecked by not even being able to eat his first birthday cake.

Customer service and staff attitude was appalling at this store. MANY times we've ordered half size cake and it's a smaller cake, we order one for my daughter and they gave us a cake cut in half and the rude idiots behind the counter thought it was funny and that were the idiots who ordered "half OF a cake". Will never return, the girl there today should be fired for the way she treats customers. Now they kept our money and the cake and took the 'donation' ... Disgusting... Correct ur website, cause the Frankston store never did this to us and always showed us the cake before leaving, Pakenham store doesn't show you the cake they just give it and expect U to leave.

Ordered my son's birthday cake to be collected on Sunday 1st May at 10.15am. On arrival and when I was shown the cake they had spelt my son's name incorrectly even though on the receipt it was spelt correctly. When I bought it up with the girl serving me she just laughed and said they will fix it. Once out the back the girls were laughing about the error. I was told it would be done straight away, after waiting 10 mins to have 1 letter added to his name I then enquired as to how much longer it would be as we were going to be late for his birthday party. I was told quite rudely it wouldn't be much longer. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service in the store.

Very poor customer service. I should give them a zero star but I can’t unfortunately.. I brought a cake and ask them to write customise message they said it’s closing time and they can’t write it was 6:50 pm. My baby did not cut the cake because she wanted something particular and I went to the shop next day around 6:33 pm same answer that they can’t because it’s closing time. I requested them but the lady at the counter refused. Normally cakes make people happy but this cake shop make us really sad twice. Never gona buy anything from them again

It's always great to open the birthday cake box pop on the candles ready to sing to your child with their friends and family to find the strawberries on the cake mouldy. Purchased at approximately 10.45am and attempted to serve at 8pm, refrigerated all day. Disgusting! Now it makes sense why they didn't open the box for us to check it before leaving the shop like they normally do, wish I had of realised and checked it. Never again.

I’ve been a regular customer for close to 10 years and always receive amazing customer service from the helpful and friendly staff. They are always happy to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The cakes are always fresh and beautifully presented, and no family occasion would be complete without our favourite selection. I recommend this particular store to all of my friends and family.

Hi, I called the Pakenham cheesecake shop at 4.22pm. The lady there was dismissive and was not at all interested in what I wanted. I asked her about some options and before I could order anything, she asked "is that all for today? " as if to get me off the phone. I have shopped at pakenham cheesecake the past couple of years but I am completely dissapointed with the service and attitude of staff there.

I got the white chocolate Naked celebrations cake for my daughter's bday and i asked them to swap the caramel drops for pink pipping and they did exactly what i wanted and also the cake was delicious, everyone was asking me where did i get it from because everyone enjoy it, good size for a party, I had plenty left to bring home, so definetly recomend this shop

I brought a Black Forest Cake today, and took to an event. I didn't realise that it was frozen. We had it for dessert and it was still frozen. I felt embarrassed, that I had brought a frozen cake. I thought if I purchased a cake from the cheesecake shop it was freshly baked. If I wanted a frozen cake I would have gone to Coles. I am very disappointed.

I received a $10 off promotion in my mail box. The flyer suggested I would be able to order online so i did. Online I was made to pay in full, so I presented the flyer to the store on pick up and was advised that I can't use the flyer because the cake has already been paid for. I am very disappointed. Be careful of deceptive promotional material.

Order the Wildberry Baked cheesecake. Seems they have changed the method of making this cheesecake.. They literally just dump a load of cream on top with some berry sauce. It looks awful and the taste is no way as good. I believe they have a generic cake and add the toppings to suit. For the price you pay it’s not good enough.

It was our 1st time buying the cake from Pakenham cheese cake shop. The cake looked amazing and on top of that it was super soft, fresh and yummy. The girl at the shop was very helpful and friendly. My kids love the cake and looking forward to have more. I would recommend this particular store to all of my friends and family.

Ruined my 8 year olds birthday because I order a half size cake and I get to the store and it's a full cake cut in half...... wouldn't give me a refund because I work out the store to call my wife and walk back in 30 seconds later. Absolute joke, I drove 40 minutes to pick it up and will never give them my business again!!!

Went to that shop to pick up the custom made cake, parking is convenient infront of the shop, the cake looked amazing and tasted very delicious, the young lady who served us was amazing and friendly. Quick easy transaction. Would love to use them again as we had a great customer service experience. Keep up the good work

Poor customer service. Unwilling to use the $5 voucher, cake you can purchase half, yes, they cut the cake in half, you must be kidding. You cannot use the voucher with the mid or half cake. To write the name $5, wow! Other cake prices are out of your range. Cannot recommend this shop to anyone sorry!

Excellent customer service. I'm in overseas and I ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday over the phone and the people attended my calls(Ms Suvi & Ms Talya) were very friendly and provide with excellent service. The delivery was on time and the the cake looks amazing as well. Keep up the good work.

When we came to the shop to buy cake fir my wife birthday, the service was very bad we had to wait for 30 minutes and when I ask other staff, how long i have to wait for more than 15 customers after ne took their cake cuz the staff member was new we had wait cuz she was in charge if serving !!!!

Awesome staff and cakes, busy but fast service. Place is very clean and there is a selection of 1/4 cheesecakes (and some cakes) that you can buy. They also have a digital display of the cakes they have and show custom made ones to give ideas. Their cakes look just like the ones on the website.

Though customer service was good, we found the cakes we ordered to be too sweet. The sugar taste was overpowering the other flavour and texture of the cake. Even the kids didn't like it.We would like to know if you do a less sugar version that would be nicer to the palate.

Ordered the Quad Choc cheesecake for a mates birthday and not only was it delicious, it looked amazing. Everyone enjoyed it! Have to compliment the service - was so easy to order, pay for and pick up with plenty of time before the night. Thanks for the great cake!

I've been going here for the last 4 years getting my birthday cakes I love this place. Friendly happy to do a quick writing on the cakes for you even on the day that you walk in and buy it.
