Not impressed with the inexperienced and inefficient staff located in TMR. Went in to exchanged some items, but the store was just to overwhelmingly crowded with so much stock, it was difficult to find anything without asking a salesperson for help. Which I did and she couldn’t help me unless I spoke French. Which I do , but the whole experience was so frustrating and surprising that a retail store located in a bilingual and diverse part of the city, would hire unilingual staff. That speak volumes on the ignorance of management and the lack of hiring qualified staff to provide basic and expected customer service. I returned everything and went to H&M.They were helpful, polite and bilingual.

Poor customer service. Yesterday I visited the store on Rockland Mall in Montreal. The store was disorganized and dusty. Only one out of three cashier was working. Really??? The line was getting long and they didn't care. I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for the lady trying to pay and the sale representative figuring out how to use a gift card for the first time. I decided to leave the store and ended buying in a different one which was actually better in many ways than. Don't even bother coming inside, just go elsewhere.

Je vous déconseille d’aller dans ce magasin la fille brune qui travaillait là le 22-12-2023 en soirée prêtent être la gérante et elle est juste désagréable, elle fait de latitude quand tu lui demande un prix, ne veut pas bouger de derrière le comptoir pour apporter de l’aide aux clients en sachant qu’elle est là pour ça. il faut que la compagnie revoit son embauche et doit se poser la question pourquoi bientôt ils mettront la clé sous la porte

This place ! I have never seen anything like this. They do not think for themselves! I hate to use the word but the dumbest policy ever I ordered a 5.99 T-shirt. My husband works in the same area. He went to pick up and they refused. I personally called. They refused. His ID has the same billing address.They keep saying it's our policy. So really, you can't think for yourselves? I Live miles away and it should be me picking up?! Silly!!

My favorite children's store. Love children's place been shopping at different their locations (in US & Canada) for almost 20 years. My oldest daughter is 21 and I still shopping there for my younger two kids. When they will grow, I'll still shopping there for my grand children. Very nice Store for kids, good stuff, reasonable price.
