My first time at any Chopped Leaf was a few days ago when this location had its 50% promo and was very disappointed. I thought it was supposed to be 50% off their regular prices not 50% of salad for a 50% off price. We ordered a few different salads and all of them were a lot of lettuce with a tiny bit of the other ingredients, for example, the Mediterranean one had 3 cherry tomatoes (yes, counted them) and about 2 spoonfuls of cucumber, the rest of it was lettuce and it’s regular price was $12. Another of our salads did not even have enough lettuce to fill the container, its was half empty when we opened it. If you have a discount promo, make it a real one! Because if you give customers less product because it’s price reduced they may not be coming back, like me. So disappointing…

Really bad customer experience. Staff needs training.. Today is the second time I went to the location, the lady in the store left me with the same odd experience as the first time. Her Customer Service is not so welcoming. I saw the behavioral change when dealing with Customers with different race. It gives no positive vibe to any customer. Kindly take care of it..

I was under the impression that bowls came with rice I was starving and all I got was a huge container of romaine lettuce?? No rice at all. Starved at work all day cuz I need more than lettuce. Thanks. I paid big bucks for a bunch of lettuce. Cant possibly tell u what a disappointment that was.

Super happy they opened in the hood. Fresh, fast, healthy and the staff are great!
