Fresh, tasty, decent serving size although 15-20% more would be great for a big guy. Very happy with chopped leaf. A couple things I'd like to see improved. They close earlier then most so after 9pm it's pretty tough to get decent food... I'd like to see you open an extra hour at very least. The other is forcing people through the tip process on your interact machine. Currently theres only counter service for starters, a tip jar is fine but forcing me through means I cant tap and stay protected I have to punch buttons and certainly throughout covid, buttons are a no no. I tend to tip considerably above average but I dont tip counter service as that's the minimum service expected. Making me walk through the tip process when I dont want to touch anything is also frustrating. Your food is great, staff was friendly and helpful. Store clean. Improve a couple little things and your an easy 5 star!!!

Just got back from Chopped Leaf and my salad is soup.. the female working (older one 30's) smirked as she was adding the dressing. I should've known what was up and to check my purchase. I know its because I didnt tip.. I never tip unless I'm at a restaurant. I pay for a $12 salad and its mostly leaves. I'm very disappointed!! I'm a regular costumer and also direct my friends & family there. - Depending upon what transpires with this, I may tell them otherwise. Regardless if the worker was in a bad mood, she shouldn't act Vengeful because she didn't receive a tip. Its arrogant to even force the tip option on your debit machine. It's their job to make the meal, I'm not tipping for it and I shouldn't be attacked for it either. I'm very disappointed and will be sharing this experience.

They always miss things in my order one time I paid for tofu and it was missed she placed it in the oven but was in a rush and forgot to place it in my box..another time I went I paid for extra bean and corn salsa , it did not seem like I got extra..another time i went to the same location got extra bean and corn salad and that time I got none in my order.. I'm not sure if they are just not reading the orders properly but if I am paying so much for protein and extra toppings it should not be missed .o. Once is ok but it happens frequently at this location.. Mayfield on the other hand is very good always makes sure order is correct and always gives extra toppings and sauce worth going to that location versus this one.

Nice looking place, clean, but very disappointed in the service, ordered a sunshine salad which says it comes with avocado, get to my car look in the salad no avocado go back in ask the lady isn't this suppose to come with avocado she tells me "no" so I point to the giant sign above her head which says it does, she rudely takes it from me no sorry for the mistake nothing and all I get is one small piece of avocado for the price of these salads I'm very disappointed. (I have been to the Chopped leaf in st. albert better customer service and they don't jib you on the ingredients will keep my business there)

My family and I always come to this location and will continue to do so. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, not to mention quick with orders. We’re always greeted with a genuine welcome and feel so valued as guests. Today, I came in and the employee who was helping me (I don’t want to assume pronouns) was saying that they forgot a sauce in my bag but I couldn’t hear as I was leaving, so they ran out to my car to make sure that I received my order correctly. Remarkable customer service!

Today we went to this place for lunch ,ordered one sandwich two wraps and two soup, they gave us two salad instead of wrap and for sandwich I asked no pepper was filled with pepper and one soup !! The service was horrible and she didn’t have any manners and it seemed she wasn’t all there $51.00 went to the garbage it was disgusting don’t recommend this place to anyone save your money and spend it elsewhere.Waisted our time and money .

Made an online order, they messed up. I called back not to ask for anything but just to see their reaction and I was disappointed. 0 customer service, not even an apology. Just silence and I ended the call as I became very annoyed with the girl that answered. Next time you guys get an order and there's a request to remove a topping that can kill someone if they're allergic and you ignore it, listen to it and remove it. Also it wasn't part of a premade mix, it was a normal topping.

Visited this location around 1 pm today. The door was open and I saw a couple of flies flying inside. I told a worker with tattoos"Can I close the door because there are flies flying" and she just said "Sure" and kept on making food. I was waiting for my order but when I saw that fly landed on the cutting board I should have cancelled my order. The food is good but this place needs to educate their stuff not to leave the door open since they are handling food.

I had the delicious Pegasus salad. Portion is substantial and there is an abundance of ingredients/toppings. One thing that stood out was the customer service. Not only did they greet me when I arrived and make the food quickly, they also brought it to the table and later checked to see if I was enjoying it. This particular location is clean, spacious, and well lit. The style of tables and chairs give it more of a restaurant feel.

The food is good but this woman who works there ( I think she’s French) has twice given me a salad when I ordered a wrap. She looked frustrated when I sent to back this time. I don’t mind the mistake but don’t mouth “no he didn’t”. I’d know if I ordered a salad. A polite apology or just make the change is good enough. I’ll be back as I like the food but I think the staff need some customer service training.

First time at a Choppedleaf, I had a spicy chicken sandwich on sourdough bread. The bread was fresh, all thr vegetables and the chicken wa fresh. The taste sensation was an explosion of flavour with every bite, and it was just the right amount for a lunchtime meal. Staff was friendly and courteous, meal arrived in a timely manner. I shall return for another meal to try. Thanks for the good food and service.

So we ordered 2 salads to go and it wasn't till we got home that we noticed that it came without any dressings or condiments like the salsa and sour cream as advertised. Also another person had ordered a wrap but instead had gotten a salad. The girl denied him ever stating it was a wrap so we just left.....on the bright side, at least he got dressing with his.

The woman at the register had no idea what she was talking about. She kept saying that greens weren't included in my wrap and charged me $1.00 for spinach. She charged me for cheese when I didn't order it, and my wrap ended up being made wrong. I ordered 2 wraps and a drink and she charged me $30. Will not be going to this location again.

I always love going to the chopped leaf, whether I'm feeling like getting a wrap or a salad. Their regular menu options are great or you can customize your own flavour combinations. You get a decent amount of food for the price and the service is always quick!

Why are you staffing one person who can't handle multiple orders? I was forced to take my business elsewhere because of a large group that was in front of me and told it would be an upwards wait of 15-20+ wait for just salad rolls - something that is normally prepared in advance but for some reason wasn't at this location.

Great healthy wraps and salads. You can add proteins and otherwise customize your meals here. I believe this franchise started in Sherwood Park so I was happy to see them expand to Edmonton and I had been to a location in Kamloops, too. It's quick and convenient and the sizes are big for the prices.

Unfortunately there was a large skip the dishes order ahead of me so I experienced quite a long wait for my food. Acknowledging the long wait time, one of the employees presented me with a coupon for my next visit and apologized for the wait. Food was great and will definitely visit again.

I feel like this location has gone downhill… I used to love getting the salad rolls because they were packed of veggies and big prawns. Now they are tiny little shrimps and fall apart too much to enjoy

Spent 35$ on 2 salads on a soup and left a 4$ tip, to get home to find that a Bangkok wrap I had asked for, was not only not a wrap, but also not what I wanted. Called in to figure out some sort of compensation, and was met with doubt and hassle. Just lost a frequent customer :)

Excellent healthy food options in the way of bowls, wraps etc. Foods include rice, chicken, vegetables, and other hearty, healthy ingredients. It is more of a take out style venue, but there are seats and booths available. A nice addition to the many options in the neighborhood.

Good but not as good as freshii in my opinion The service is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. I've only tried a few things but have not been disappointed with anything I've tried from here so far. Good for a quick healthy lunch I'll go there again.

Okay. Not as good as usual. Found a hair in my sandwich and there was a bright red fingerprint on the inside of my soup bowl (no idea what it was, hoping it wasn't blood, but it did wipe off easily). It will be a long time before I go back there.

I am a newbie to the Chopped Leaf and was totally impressed with the items I ordered. The staff were friendly,service was prompt and I love that it is all so healthy. This may have been my first experience,however it will not be my last!

I love chop leaf but this location has a women there I think she's french not very good with customer service I always feel like I am a burden when I go in and she seems condescending.. I will avoid going to this location I the future

I ordered the Bangkok with prawns and it's my new fav. The sauce is absolutely amazing. The ingredients are fresh fresh fresh. I took my son and ordered him the Bangkok with chicken and he wanted me to take more home for supper

As aways, my experience at Chopped Leaf has been very enjoyable. Had the bowl #1 with chicken...very good. Also had a small bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup...also very good. Thank you and continue with the great work.

Ordered through skip. I live under 5mins away. Both our rice bowls had Cold under cooked rice, missing ingredients such as pita chips... and I received two incorrect dressings. Quite disappointed!!!

Service was slow even though not many customers were in. Food is great as always however used to be a quick visit just seems to take a little longer now. Don't stop if your expecting a quick meal.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile. I really enjoy the Baja quesadilla and the Chopped Water. This restaurant is a great alternative for fast food.
