Again, for the second so called appointment within two weeks, I had to walk out of the Dental Clinic without being treated. This clinic is incompetent when it comes to adhering to patients time and suffering due to their failure of time management. Each appointment I arrived on time and wasn’t called to the treatment area until a hour later and then had to wait the first visit for the doctor to treat me for over another hour. I was so fed up and had to attend a meeting elsewhere, I had to leave… untreated. However, before I left I made another appointment which was for 10/16/23. October 16th’s appointment was even worse. Again, I arrived on time and witness another patient complaining to the receptionist desk how she waited for over two hours and had to leave for another engagement…she was so upset…however, I wasn’t place in the treatment area until an hour after my appointment. What are they really running here? Once there, I had to wait another 25 minutes until the doctor finally came in to service me. I’m very familiar with the kind of treatment I was expecting and this doctor was doing it all WRONG….OMG, what the hell are they teaching these young people in these dental schools because she didn’t have a clue as to what she was doing… so finally she walks out and her assistant asked her if she was finished with me and she said no, I’ll be back in a minute…we’ll that minute almost turned into another hour by her working on 3 more patients while I’m sitting in my room wondering what the hell is really going on because she didn’t finish with me…I asked her assistant when was she coming back in and she told me that I was next… next never came, she went into another room and worked on that patient… again disgusted and angry, I walked out again without proper servicing from the only Black female doctor there. Her assistant even told me with a slight attitude that I could leave if I can’t wait… What? I’ve been waiting for two and a half hours! What do you mean , I bet you not going to wait to bill my insurance company… they are crooks… I believe they bill patients insurance companies for work they didn’t complete and I will call my insurance company to tell them not to pay them because I did not receive my full service… Listen to my advice, run don’t walk away from this clinic, they are shisters, crooks and incompetent in many common treatments… don’t waist your time there because they do not care about you or your time. HORRIBLE! When I called to make the appointment I told them I was making it for an oral surgeon. We I got there I gave them my referral for an ORAL SURGEON and my XRays that I received from my original dentist. They brought me to the back and did more X-Rays when I questioned them about it the said “the doctor wants new X-Rays. (Mind you the X-Rays I brought were just done the Monday before my appointment on Friday). I thought nothing of it because they are about to pull my wisdom teeth so I’m thinking maybe she wants to double check prior to pulling my teeth NOPE. She comes in and starts digging in my teeth causing more pain then what I came in with and then said she’s going to give me a referral for an ORAL SURGEON so that I can get my wisdom teeth removed. I told her that what I’m here for. I told the front desk, I told the dentist assistant. I would have never drove 50 minutes from my house to to get the SAME referral. Long story short I cursed everyone out. They did things to get money that wasn’t necessary like taking more X-Rays, and doing the EXACT same exam I already had done. I will be calling my insurance to dispute the claim because it was a waste of my time and my out of pocket coverage with my insurance! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A ORAL SURGEON DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THAT YOU ARE SCHEDULED WITH ONE, WHEN IN FACT THEY DONT HAVE AN ORAL SURGEON ON STAFF! Horrible experience I was so pissed!

The staff seemed nice but the clinic inside does not look clean. The Dr.Morales also isn’t very good. In all my years of going to the dentist not once have I come out of a regular dental cleaning with my teeth aching. She didn’t even use the paste cleanings usually require and as she was cleaning it was hurting. I tried pulling away several times and made verbal noise so she could stop but she didn’t. I just got to my car and checked my teeth. My gums are bleeding and they ache. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THIS FROM A RUTINE CLEANING. In the beginning their drilling tools was not working and she continued to use it. I know it wasn’t working because she told her assistant in Spanish (she was speaking English to me the whole time) and proceeded to use it. I am a Spanish speaker so I understood what was said. I’m not sure if this is normal but I do not recommend coming here.

My experience was pretty much good. My mouth is getting better after the tooth extraction. I am constantly taking pain pills and applying an ice pack. I hope this remedy will heal my mouth in two weeks. After my 2nd tooth extraction, I was having trouble controlling the bleeding in my mouth. Because I was taking blood thinners, I had to put a new gauze in my site and keep it in my mouth for 45 minutes to hour so the bleeding will stop. After an hour, the bleeding stopped .

This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. From the timing to the after care instructions. Staff failed to properly educate me on proper instructions. Unfortunately, I also had to correct the staff on several occasions. Dr. Morales was very rough, unprofessional and made jokes about her arm being tired during my procedure. Also, my prescription wasn’t written correctly. All-in-all this was a terrible experience. No one should have to go through this.

I love this dental clinic so far. The ladies at the front desk are nice. Doctor Lee is super patient and very well at explaining procedures throughout visits. The only complaint I really have is the wait time. I’m not mad about it, though. I see why this office has a lot of business and I look forward to continuing care with them. (I’ve only had one appointment with them and it was a consultation. Will update once I have a second appointment.)

Very clean place. Customer friendly and explain everything what to expect. And if they are not able to complete the work you need to be done they will refer you to some one who will be able to accommodate you. Was a pleasure going for my first consultation and look forward to goi g back for my extraction date. Staff, assistance and the doctor are excellent.

I really wish no stars was an option. I 100% do not recommend visiting this establishment. The people taking my X-rays did not know what they were doing. They spent over an hour trying to take X-rays. The dentist was not able to do any of the of the work I needed done even though when I visited two weeks prior I was told they would be able to.

The Dental Clinic on kedzie... what can I say, As I was making small talk with the staff about meter parking they informed me the have a parking lot... I will post pictures for reference. Unfortunately they didn't provide me with any medication for an infected mollar extraction or anything for pain. Now I'm sitting here after hours I'm agony.

Dr Abdullah is amazing, so friendly, so informative and her assistants were all helpful. Front desk was all very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is needing a dentist or an emergency appointment because they do walk-ins also. I'm getting my dentures and the procedure has been going pretty well and smoothly.

Don’t go here for cleaning doesn’t use proper materials or safety precautions was using device on me teared my gums seemed like a drilling device not even using paste . The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. The desk receptionists are very professional. The dental assistant are professional as well. The Dr. made me feel comfortable and answered all questions. My teeth were well cared for. I will recommend this dental office to both family and friends.

I have been a patient at this clinic for over 10 plus years. The employees are very pleasant and attentive. Dr. Abdullah is awesome. She always explain everything very thoroughly. My overall experience is excellent. I would recommend this office to anyone who's looking for a excellent experience.

It was wonderful! My dentist is the best! He told me I wouldn’t feel a thing getting my 3 fill ins! And thank you Lord Jesus I didn’t feel a thing! I trusted him! And he came through! The other student dentists were amazing! They were all so very friendly! They made me feel right at home!

Extremely long wait times even when you book an appointment. Treatment plans are a long list and inaccurate, had the same X-rays done with a different orthodontist no issues. Meanwhile this place will make your treatment plan very long especially when you have good insurance coverage.

I use to love coming here but there new staff waste your time.dentist takes forever to come see you then give you a referral elsewhere.They do enough to charge your insurance I won't be returning and I will be taking my family elsewhere for the future I wish I could give it no ⭐

I don’t think the doctor displayed as much patience as I would have liked. She chipped my veneers when cleaning and didn’t acknowledge it. Also I asked for a prescription for my tooth that I’m having pain in and she didn’t provide it, told me to go buy it.

Dr. Lee was very kind, patient and informative. I love that he seems to love what he does! His Dental assistant was equally pleasant! I’m happy I am taking my journey to fix my smile with them. I couldn’t do a 5 star rating, only because of the wait time.
