I went to Dr. Rathod for veneers. I had previously had two consults in the area, but didn't feel comfortable with the previous dentists for various reasons. In contrast, I felt immediately confident in Dr. Rathod from the initial consult. She was the first person to actually take a look at my teeth and the mechanics of how I chewed, spoke, and bit down. She was also able to offer chairside (in-office) gingivectomy to fix my slightly gummy smile. Dr. Rathod also made sure I was aware of every step in the process and wanted my buy-in for everything, partnering with me to make decisions (one other dentist had told me I wouldn't see what the veneers looked like until they were permanently in my mouth, and I would just "love it"). Even though Dr. Rathod always asked me for my opinion before moving forward with something, I felt very comfortable deferring to her expertise. Overall, Dr. Rathod is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, and her clinical skills assure both technical and aesthetic confidence. Rosie, the office manager, and Jose, the dental hygienist are incredibly warm and friendly as well. Basically, you have the familiarity of a family-friendly environment while also receiving the highest level of patient care. I am incredibly happy with my new teeth/smile and while it was an investment, it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend Dr. Rathod and this practice enough!

I've been going to this office for many, many years. The staff is always so polite and friendly. The dentists and dental techs always clearly explain what they're doing and are quick to clarify if I have questions. Most recently, I had a crown replaced, and scheduled the follow-up appointment for two weeks later to replace the temporary crown with the permanent crown. However, two days after the temporary crown was put in, it fell off. I called the office and they scheduled me for the next day. When I arrived, to my surprise, the permanent crown had just been delivered, but the process to insert the permanent crown would take much longer than replacing the temporary crown, there wasn't a sufficient opening in their schedule, and it didn't make sense to go home and come back. Somehow, Rosie at the front desk worked with Dr. Rathod and dental tech Jenny to squeeze me in between their other patients. So grateful for their efforts and the new, permanent crown is perfect.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. Needless to say, I was very nervous coming into the office for an overdue cleaning and crown replacement. I was greeted by the very helpful and friendly receptionist, Rosie who assured me all would be ok. After a very short wait, I met Dr. Rathod who welcomed me and even further calmed my nerves. She was very personable and genuinely kind. She was also very thorough and gentle at the same time. The hygienists were very skilled and nice as well. I’ve never had such a relaxing and overall great experience at the dentist! I will never go years without a cleaning again thanks to Dr. Rathod and her amazing staff.

It's really nice to have a great Dental practice conveniently located close to my work. I had my first appointment here for a cleaning and saw Dr. Rathod. She was very pleasant, helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I went here for the convenience and was in-and-out within the expected time-frame. I was greeted right away by Rosie, at the front desk, who was very helpful and friendly! I will continue to come here and I would recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for convenience, friendly and quick service.

Dr. Rathod and her team are absolutely wonderful! She is a skilled dentist who takes her time with patients whether it be a dental cleaning or a consultation. I was curious about veneers and Dr. Rathod answered all my questions. She went over the different types of veneers, the pros and cons, and potential treatment plans. I also appreciated how she took into consideration my entire oral health when making recommendations from my previous fillings to dental hygiene routine. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Rathod!

this was my first time at this Dentist. of course i was a little nervous. once i walked in Rosie greeted me and made me feel real comfortable, she even asked me if i wanted listen to any specific music, which was cool being a DJ. i got checked in right away and the assistant and the dentist was very transparent on everything going on with my teeth. they cleaned and polished my teeth and i was done. really nice people, very clean place. highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist downtown sf. thanks you guys

Had an unfortunate prior experience of going to a dentist couple blocks down the road with plumbing on the tooth falling off after less than a year, so spent quite a bit of time reading through reviews to make sure i'm not stumbling into the same pothole again and i couldn't be happier with my choice! Dr Rathod is an excellent professional always delivering highest quality work on all the things she touches. Highly recommend!

I'm am medically complex so getting things done sometimes is tough. From the second I contacted the office I was treated with care and respect. Rosie/Rosy greeted me and took great care with me while I was waiting for my appointment to start. Henry treated me with care while taking my x-rays. Dr. Rathod listened to my concerns and was super kind and gentle while working on my teeth. I'm really glad I have found this practice.

I have been coming to this site for over 20 years. It recently changed ownership with Dr. Cox retiring, but luckily Dr. Sibal stayed on. She is an excellent dentist - practical, personable and skilled. Everyone is very friendly and seems to enjoy working here. Toshiko has cleaned my teeth the past two visits and I must say she is the best. She is gentile, skilled and thorough. No pain or discomfort at all.

Great service again at The Dental Practice. They have all my history and take me through what's going well, what needs improvement and things to keep an eye out for. In addition they are keeping me feel safe with questionaries, temperature checks, clean equipment and restrictions on how many people in the office at a time. I felt safe, I was in and out quickly and the service is excellent.
