Since signing up to ‘The Dentist’ I have never felt in such good hands. Over the years visiting previous dentists I have had issues with my teeth and bleeding gums and even losing two teeth and only ever asked to visit for a quick clean or filling. That has changed now from the first day I walked into ‘The Dentist’ My initial check up was thorough, and building up towards implants to replace the two teeth I have lost in the previous years I have had fillings completed to a fantastic standard, which then progressed to finally dealing with what was going on with my gums by way of gum disease which has now been carefully treated as I wait for a final check up to make sure everything is in order to start with my implants and make sure that are being fitted in between really healthy teeth and into healthy gums. Every time I have visited ‘The Dentist’ I have always been made to feel really comfortable, the staff are very friendly, thorough and professional, the numbing process has been almost painless due to the gel given before injections. I actually look forward to going to see the dentist these days and my teeth and gums are the best they have ever been. I can not recommend ‘The Dentist’ highly enough, one very satisfied customer.

I just called this practice to ask if they had any availability for a tooth extraction. I explained I already had X-rays that were taken today but my regular dentist didn’t have availability and I’m in a lot of pain. The receptionist was very rude and said “we would need to get you in for a consultation and do X-rays” when I asked why since I already had professional ones done literally an hour ago she couldn’t give me an answer and when I explained that I was confuse as it didn’t make sense she just said “okay” with such attitude which made me a little shocked. You just lost yourself client. Well done Clearly you just wanted to make an extra buck

Thanks so much to all at The Dentist Putney. I was so impressed with the care and support I received when I attended for an emergency appointment following an accident this week. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the dentist, Dr. Vidhu, was amazing. Not only was she extremely professional but went out of her way to help. Rather than take my money she advised that I urgently needed to see a hospital specialist and took the time to write a note for me to take with me. I will definitely be going back there for the restorative treatment I need once my gums have healed. Highly recommended!

Great location, amazing service and very kind staff. I called in for an emergency and booked an appointment but couldn't go due to work, Rebecca (receptionist) called back and ensured I got another appointment next day so I could be fixed. Thank you Rebecca. Dr Vibu, who was excellent, she took her time and explained my options, for me to decide and work around my travel. Sarah the hygienist was absolutely phenomenal, she is undoubtedly the best I have met, It did not hurt one bit and my teeth look great. I highly recommend this Dentist (as on date) the best in Putney.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at The Dentist in Putney. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease (dental appointments are not something I particularly look forward to normally!). The dentist was extremely thorough and asked a lot of questions about my dental history to ensure he was able to recommend the correct level of treatment and associated aftercare. The prices are fantastic considering it's Private and the excellent level of service you receive. Will definitely be returning.

Let’s be honest, no one actually likes going to the dentist but this is one of the best dentists I have been to and they do everything they can to make it a pleasant experience. So far, I have had an extremely thorough hygienist appointment and have also been back recently for some emergency root canal treatment. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and you receive the best personalised advice and care. Located on the High Street with early/late opening hours that are really convenient. A superb dental practice.

I decided to sign up to this dentist as it is local to me. After I walked in, I asked the receptionist if I could join and the first thing she said was "we are a fully private dentist and dont take NHS discounts." Now I'm a woman of colour, I would like to know if everyone is told this upon their Arrival for the first time? I felt as if she had pre judged me before knowing my situation. Also if I needed 'NHS discounts' I would have asked for it. I signed up anyway but I dont feel comfortable going back! I'm so offended.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. From the second I walked in to enquire, they went above and beyond. Rebecca is an absolute gem, and ALWAYS so welcoming. Zeyneb, Jatin, Kim & Sarah have all been incredible in different ways. The initial examination was the most thorough I have ever received. You really feel like they care, and you aren't just another number walking through the door. I actually look forward to my visits now. Thank you so much for changing my view on dental surgeries.

I was walking past this practice recently, I stopped and checked the price list in the window. I was shocked to see the receptionist holding her mobile phone with gloves on taking photos of someones x-rays. The computer screens are completely visible for the public to see from the outside. You could see paper work that was on the desk and also on the floor piled behind the reception. This caused serious concern for me as it is a breach of data protection and i felt it needed to be shared.

First time using this clinic this week and I was overly impressed with their services, structure and organisation since Covid is affecting everything. All the health & safety procedures were in place and check-up done by Tom was thorough and detailed explained. I returned the following day for my dental cleaning and surpassed my expectations was fantastic! If you are looking for dentist in Putney look no further and they pale to comparison to other dental clinics. Top noch & recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The entire team at The Dentist are great - friendly, helpful and professional. I had a small dental emergency and they fit me in at short notice, the treatment I received was brilliant, everything explained and treatment was thorough and solved my problem immediately. The practice is modern and excellently finished, clean and a lovely place to be. And the reception team are brilliant! Cannot recommend this dentist enough, thank you!

I had a poor experience at this practice where the dentist was quite rude to me and made a number of unpleasant comments throughout the appointment. I was anxious before attending so booked here because of the good reviews but was unfortunately disappointed. The dentist also recommended just under £2000 worth of treatment. I have since seen another dentist who said I only really need one filling! If you are in anyway nervous of the dentist, I would not recommend.

The whole team at The Dentist in Putney that I interacted with was friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease. The dentist was very thorough and asked a lot of questions about my dental history, did a full review and checkup and then a hygienist appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. I also wasn't left waiting for ages between a check up and hygienist appointment as it was all carried out in the same session. Will definitely be returning.

To the ladies on reception and the dentist herself, I cannot thank them enough! Both my partner and her son who has Autism are completely overwhelmed on how good they are and how relaxing the dentist made Freddy feel as Rachael has found it very difficult to find a decent dentist who can support Freddy. Had a check up and a clean with Tom and Eugenia. It was excellent! Best dentist I have seen in London. No pain. Quick and efficient. Tom has excellent crocs! The reception staff were helpful and it was super easy to register, get an appointment and pay. Even during covid times. Everything was super clean. It was a bit akin to a scene from Dexter... but only due to the amount of PPE and plastic. Awesome place!

This is a very welcome addition to Putney High Street. Great location and a brilliant team. They completely understood my anxieties and put my mind at rest not just on that first visit but each one since, without them ever needing to be discussed again. I’m not sure you can look forward to a trip to the dentist, but it’s certainly something I no longer dread and that’s very much down to the whole team here.

Amazing Team here. I regularly go to The Dentist Balham however needed some work done quick and they got me in and have been amazing. I had composite bonding done and a composite filling and my teeth look great. The after care has been fantastic and communication between both branches is great which has helped mean my treatment plan has been really speedy. Highly reccomend. :)

Really happy with work done by dentist Tom, I'm such a nervous patient, and he has been very reassuring and patient with me. Also very happy with work he has completed. I was previously a Bupa patient for 20 years, but feel this surgery is more pro active, don't do unecessary work, and provide clear dental plans. Am very happy with this dental practice, and would recommend.

I recently took my 10 year old son for a check up and hygienist appointment at your practice in Putney. We had a really friendly welcome and Vidhu, our dentist, couldn’t have been sweeter with my son. She didn't rush anything and really took her time to explain what she was doing. Seems like they are just there to take your money and not communicate super short appointment slots. I hadn't even sat down in the chair and the hygienist advised me I needed to book another appointment the following week for another £65 as she wouldn't be able to complete everything in the unreasonably short time slot. Terrible experience, service and I won't be back!

A fantastic local practice. The staff are very friendly and personable (the reception staff [only remember Becky's name] are wonderful and so positive!) The dentists are equally as personable and gave me great advice on the invisalign process- the prices are great great value for money. As a result of such excellent service I have since joined the practice.

I requested an emergency appointment having not been registered here before. The receptionist was so helpful and kind, and they fitted me in, just hours later. My dentist was extremely welcoming and reassuring, doing a great job on my broken filling. I was really impressed with the whole place; clean and bright. I'll be registering properly ASAP!

I have always had a great fear of dentists. Imagine my fear today with a root canal booked!! 2 hours of work with Tom Coxon; he was wonderful, he explained everything beforehand, and after the first half hour of careful and painless work I fell asleep!! Who knew that was possible? I can't recommend this practice enough.

I went to the dentist today and was very happy with their service after having some bad dentist experiences previously. The dentist i saw called was Dheepthi she was so lovely understanding,made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I left the dentist feeling relieved they could help with my tooth problem.

Lovely experience - the team were welcoming and friendly, the process/ fees were transparent and reasonable, and the atmosphere was great. Tom's check-up felt comprehensive and really helpful compared to some dentists I've been too, and I left with a clear idea of what I needed to do going forwards.

Highly recommend- from my first appointment I got a great sense of confidence that Vidhu was more than capable of solving the problem I had. The end result was first class and despite some complexity of the work she made sure it was of a great standard. I remain a happy customer!

It was a terrible experience, very unprofessional and very unhygienic. The lady who was working there was constantly coughing and also after finishing with my hygiene, they gave me the used, dental floss and it had blood on it and it was disgusting.
