Money minded doctor!! I usually visit my family doctor but as they were out of town, I had to visit this clinic for a gum pain issue. I was checked by someone else and not Dr.Priya. She is probably new there. She told me that that I have 7 cavities, and that one of my molars might need an extraction as well. She told me that my brushing is not proper. She wrote me a prescription and asked me to start brushing with soft/medium brush and also buy a kids toothbrush for cleaning the molars. She insisted on starting the treatment the same day!! But I could just not believe that I had 7 cavities and I waited for my family doctor to come back. Upon my checkup I found that: 1. I had 0 cavities. There were minor stains and old silver fillings were coming off which needed attention 2. My gum pain issue was not treated by her which my family doctor took care of 3. My family doctor also asked me to stop using the kids toothbrush and soft/medium brush as that will be unhealthy for my gums. Usually soft bristles are recommended to old people. Please don’t commercialise your profession and I hope patients will get second opinions for their treatments after reading my post.

Dr Priya are so far the most comforting dentists i have been to. After an accident early in the morning at workplace , i fell on my face , broke my front tooth and dislocated my jaw , i was taken to The Dentist in Electronic City . Very bad experience. I wish i could give minus review. I am new in this so they fooled me with lots of unnecessary bills and charges without even treating my gum problem. They said we need to do xray which was just money waste. Because i confirmed with another dentist no need to do costly xray because i had only small gum problem. I am very angry. They promised that they will call once doctor will available and didn’t call me. If you guys can’t solve user problems then don’t promise.
