I have been a customer for a few years and everything was going great with them until now. I called to refill my prescription and as always they asked me to call my doctor to ask them to fax it over. The lady over the phone had the worst tone ever, she sounded like she did not care to help or was over talking to me. I simply wanted to figure my medication out but all I got was attitude. It took me from the early afternoon to the early evening to find out that they can do a "refill request". They have never told me that they can simply contact my doc and request for refills in all the years i've been there.... it took me 3 days to get my medication and never once was I offered an emergency fill... they never contacted me about anything regarding my medications. When I called back to cancel my delivery (which they also failed to call me to let me know they never got my refills request back from the doctor and they have nothing to deliver to me) the lady once again answered and had the worst attitude when I asked to have my delivery cancelled. Long story short, this pharmacy is TRASH. Save yourselves the time and effort and go somewhere where they'll actually be helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the service and the capacity to understand medical needs of this business. As a person with a disability (degenerative thoracic discs) and chronic extreme pain, I was denied an emergency supply for my pain medication on December 28th after trying to go see a doctor for the whole week!! Different from most other pharmacies they chose to not give me the supply. Another problem is that - also different from most pharmacies - they have delivery only a few days of the week and take much longer to get your medication ready. In a few words: everything you don't need on a pharmacy and every level of lack of responsibility that you try to avoid on medical services providers.

Great location . unfortunately they are unable to retain employees to form a relationship with and after 4 years it remains a hiccup at every pick up. Come back tommorow , that's with phone confirmation that drugs will be ready.Also I reached my fair pharmacare deductible in the summer yet they continue to charge me. When I called fair pharmacare they informed me that they are tripling the cost. Fair pharmacare told me to switch pharmacies. I am I've had enough missed medications because of convenient location. I do not recommend the drive pharmacy

The manager, Rami, at the pharmacy was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had been searching for the flu vaccine for my father with no luck. Rami was quick to help us and even looked through my father's list of medications and made recommendations. Rami was easy to talk to and answered our questions - you will definitely walk away learning something about your health and medications that you didn't know when you first walked in. A much more personal experience than at a big pharmacy chain.

Staff are very informative and helpful when giving prescriptions, as well as answering any questions. Blood pressure monitor, as well as anything you may need that is health or beauty related. They remember you by name and make it a comfortable environment to ask for any health related questions. Will even call to make sure a new drug is going well. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else unless I have to.

Excellent selection of health goods. I went in to fill my prescription however and not only was one of the employees not wearing a mask the entire time she served me, but two customers came in without masks and were not asked to put them on. Given the PHO and the fact that it's a pharmacy where sick people and possibly immunocompromised people are going for medication, this was more than a little disturbing.

I love this place. Staff are great, my dog is allowed in with me and the products are well curated for such a small pharmacy. That said, if you have something specific you are looking for it is worth it to call ahead (for instance they have a very limited selection of reading glasses). But overall so happy with this place and the care they give their customers.

This pharmacy has a great selection of products and a good location, but the cashier customer service is poor every time I have been. I only come here if I absolutely need to. They are unfriendly, and if you ask them a question, it feels like its a huge inconvenience for them. I have never dealt with the pharmacists, so I can not give an opinion there.

Excellent pharmacists, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced - my grandmother is very old and ailing so I have to pick up a LOT of meds and figure out how to administer them all, and every single person I've talked to here has been jus SO kind and helpful and skilled. Takes away a lot of stress knowing I can rely on their support and guidance.

I really wanted to give my money to a small business but the customer service at this location is consistently terrible. The pharmacists are rude, they had a really poor understanding of my insurance coverage that lead me to paying a lot more out of pocket than I should have, and there is no accountability between staff members.

I filled one rx there, and tried to fill another. Both times they made it far more difficult than it needed to be. (The second time I simply cancelled it.) They also charge a ton for stuff like lotion, etc. I would prefer to use them over a Shoppers but I'm going back to the big chain. Service was much better there.

it is way too expensive there, my uncle needed some T1's because of his age and joint ploblems, they charged him 28$, Care Point is only 13.50, even on venables its only 10$, all the same name brand, he had to get them though cause he could barely walk around, last time he or my family go there for anything.

I've been going to this neighbourhood pharmacy since they opened in 2012, and have never been let down. Always treated with compassion, with excellent service levels. This is what healthcare should be about. And on top, great pharmacy selection with lots of naturals:)

I have had amazing help every visit from questions regarding my prescriptions to recommendations on supplements and other products. Everyone there is so friendly and very willing to help you find what you need.

Pharmacist was friendly and very knowledgeable! They went above and beyond for me, and even contacted my doctor to help solve a problem! Great selection of naturals and supplements! I'll definitely be back!!

Before coming here is had only gone to places like Shoppers, so wasn’t sure what to expect with a smaller pharmacy.....they were great. Very good selection, prices are fair and staff were fantastic
