February 22 2023 I went to purchase a car it was my first time they did me dirty I haven’t had the car for over 24 hours the check engine light was on and plenty of major problems was wrong with the vehicle they lied about me being approved I called westlake financial and spoke with someone those guys said they don’t see me in there system and that I wasn’t approved I put down 1,500 In then they did insurance fraud for me to get insurance they said they can not refund me my money back and today I had to call the police and get a report now I have to take these guys to court this is a very bad dealership please don’t buy from here ., I was being fast and just wanted a car this was my first time

Bad business. Very unprofessional! They have been giving my family the run around for a refund they told us to pick on Friday ever since then nobody answers the phone or is even there. It’s scam they are just trying to make a quick buck they also sold the car with out asking if my brother had a drivers license or capable of getting car insurance. I spoke this the manger and he acted as if he wasn’t in charge. Both my brother and him signed a document stating that he was receive a full refund. And that car is back in their possession. But still no response. Be careful

I came here trying to help my girlfriend get a car we gave them 3k down they gave a paper tag and let us drive off 3 weeks later they called saying they needed her to sign some more papers when she got there they told her she wasn’t approved and that she needed a co-signer and. A extra 2k then tryed to switch her to a smaller car she told them no thanks jus give us our original down payment of 3k since we wasn’t approved now they’re talking about store credit when she doesn’t want any car they have on that lot

I don’t think they deserved not even 1 star they are the worst.. they are a scammer they play dirty. They signed my husband name electronically we have called several times they don’t answer the phone . And they went out of business
