I would love to give you all five stars. Delivery was super-fast and products appear to be okay – didn’t use them yet so can’t be 100% sure. Unfortunately on your website you depicted all the bolts the same using generic drawing without going to great detail in the description. Consequently when I ordered my 150 mm bolts with nuts turns out that thread was only 35mm long, but I needed minimum 50mm. Technically you delivered what I ordered but somewhat I was misled by you item description. End up going to my local Bunnings. Sorry but I need to take some points for this. Couple of days later You guys sent the fully threaded bolts. Awesome customer service. Thanks Mick. You got your two stars back.

Excellent product range, good delivery times, very useable web site but then they feel they can bombard you with review requests on every single product you buy, not once but it goes on an on. Very hard when you order 20 or so items and they want a review on every item. We asked them to stop, ignored, we asked them again and again, then tried giving 1 star reviews to see if that would create a response. We have now stopped ordering from them after 3 years as we get similar service from another site without the continual harassment. If you can handle your emails getting bogged down by their marketing insecurity, they are good suppliers. Sorry to leave them in some ways

Excellent communications, had a problem understanding functionality of parts I saw on eBay so I contacted them by phone. Consultant was spot on with his product knowledge and steered me in the right direction. Was able to vary the order around so I got exactly what I wanted as a result of talking over the phone directly. Once fitted the parts were fantastic and well over the engineering strength I required. Mail was quick and cheap so by the time I had finished welding up my project the parts arrived. I checked with council as he suggested which was helpful voluntary information. This project , my first with this method for a 1m high fence is my own house. It will suit my Architectural style home. These guys are great! I needed something no one else in town has, and they have a selection! They have it all! Your call might go to message bank, because they are busy helping people in the know. I have never been there before, was treated like a regular, and service was sensational. They actually gave me the part for free as they obviously do bulk, and I purchased some cat clothing as a thank you. They are the fastener and bolt people of any size and type imaginable.

Have had 4 orders from The Fastener Factory over the last 2 years. I'm in Adelaide and was amazed how quickly the order arrived each time. Their prices, even including freight, which sometimes was free, has been better than at the my local large Hardware store. I find it much more convenient and efficient to browse on line because their web site is very clear.

Haven’t received order yet, only ordered today, but rang on 2 occasions and got 2 different sales persons and both were very helpful and gave me a few suggestions to save a few dollars and helped with placing an extra item. So far fantastic service with friendly staff. Price is great and got all I wanted in one shop.

The staff in this store are very approachable and are more then happy to answer your questions. A lot of the stock is on the shop floor which is great if you want to browse to find the right product. There is also a great selection of tools at pretty competitive prices. I’ll definitely be back

The Fastener Factory is one of the great finds on the Internet. They bend over backwards to be helpful and if something does go wrong with an order they are only too willing to set everything right. I buy in commercial quantities and their prices are so much better than buying bubble packs.

Order arrived in Mid Nth Coast NSW in 3 days. One small item incorrect but the correct item arrived by express post 2 days later. Great service- only gripe is that free postage doesnt apply outside of capital cities even though truck going past. I guess that is a freight logistics issue.

Thanks very much to The Fastener Factory for shipping the HR-710 riveting tool so quickly. Great service considering the difficulty of supply etc at the moment. My handrail project is now finished and very happy with it. The riveter is a great tool, handles 4.8mm s/s rivets with ease.
