The flowers here are incredible. Lyndi, Lucy, Emma and Georgie kindly did the flowers for our wedding and created the most beautiful flowers I could ever wish for. White wild meadow vibes bursting out of crates, milk churns and different heights of jam jars and bottles and then also strung along the mezanine balcony. Lyndi even kindly picked up my cake, took it to the venue and decorated it. The team were so lovely and helpful throughout the wedding planning and had loads of ideas and solutions. They knew exactly what they were doing I felt very confident just leaving them to it which one less thing to worry about in the pre wedding maddness. So many people kept commenting on the day about how beautiful the flowers were it was the perfect mix of wild looking but also looking expensive and chic! Thankyou so much ladies we will forever be grateful :)

I'm certainly not your average demographic when it comes to buying flowers - I hardly know the difference between a bramble and a dandelion, making the thought of stepping into a whole store dedicated to the things very scary. Despite my lack of knowledge, I was able to walk out of The Flower Shop with a beautiful bouquet which was enough to make my grandmother (a self-proclaimed floral expert) smile from ear to ear. This wouldn't have been possible without the professional and friendly support from the two lovely ladies behind the counter. They were more than happy to spend a good half an hour serving me, despite being busy putting together arrangements and bouquets. I'd certainly recommend paying a visit if you're unsure about what you need or simply want to have a pleasant experience while you do your shopping - a rare treat in the modern world!

Bought a large "sunny day" bouquet for my Mum's 65th birthday. Delivery was spot on, flowers were beautiful, but only lasted 2 DAYS!!!! Very disappointing! I would have given 2-3 stars, if I had a reply for my e-mail. Very poor customer service, won't be ordering again! UPDATE! Response from the owner an hour ago "As noted the flowers were spot on when they arrived. Unfortunately what happens to the flowers once they have left our care is out of my remit." My response to that: I have to say the flowers were not fresh! You got to accept that! And I am sure you are aware of this! Not that I didn't care for them... A week later I got a bouquet from a grocery store and they lasted a week! I am not the only one saying that they don't last long. Sadly I haven't read all reviews before ordering.... Lesson learned!

The Flower Shop supplied the flowers for our wedding on Sat 21 October 2017 and they were beautiful. They were perfect, they matched the theme and I was so pleased with them. The bouquets were simple but elegant and the buttonholes complemented them. We met with Anna to discuss what we were looking for. I only wanted a simple bouquet as my dress quite detailed. We had a quote which was within budget and they were delivered to the hotel in plenty of time. When I saw them I couldn't stop smiling. They were exactly what I wanted and fitted with our steampunk theme. The buttonholes were perfect and complimented the suits and the corsages went well the mothers outfits. Quite possibly the best florist I've ever been to! I've been lucky enough to enjoy flowers from Anna's flower shop for many years, from 'get well flowers ' when I've been in hospital or Ill, to general 'beautiful for the house flowers' through to 'my wedding day flowers'. Every single time there has been a vast variety of long lasting, sweet smelling beautiful flowers. Anna also sources many rare flowers and seasonal plants, she also ensures beautiful arrangements of any colour way you ask for. If you're lucky ask if they have any 'ecstasy roses', seriously the most exquisite rose I've ever seen or smelt! I couldn't recommend her flower service high enough. Thank you Anna's flowers x

I have pre-order flowers from this florist and ended up going home extremely disappointed. The bouquet was absolutely overpriced and from the customer service perspective the women with dark hair was enormously incompetent and rude. Will never buy from this shop again. Price quality ratio totally low and I don't recommend this florist at all. This shop and bouquets are absolutely a joke. I recommend a florist in Filton called Cala's Flowers. The woman there is highly competent, friendly and I basically get what I pay for.

I had a difficulty to find a florist shop in the central Bristol. I with my fiancée went to St.Nicholas market hoping to find one. We popped in a shop selling the plants and souvenirs. We received a helpful tip to go to Gloucester Road and find The Flower Shop. So we did. Lucy was friendly and give us the useful tips. I had my wonderful white Calais lilies bouquet delivered to my hotel room a couple hours before our wedding registration at Bristol Registry Office. Excellent service!

Can't recommend The Flower Shop more for weddings! I used them for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posies, and buttonholes and they were utterly exquisite! Lucy was so incredibly helpful at aiding my decision making around the colour, shape, and style of bouquets. She was sensitive to my budget too. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous - I loved them and they looked amazing in the photos. Beautiful arrangements and I've dried and kept my bouquet. Cannot recommend these guys more!

I communicated with Anna through several e-mails; she was extremely responsive and walked me through the entire process, which went without a hitch. I contacted Lyndi@ Flower Shop when my Son found a Man U Floral Tribute online and wanted it copied for his best friends funeral. I sent Lyndi a picture and she advised she could help. When the hearse arrived, my Son and I peered through the window and were stunned by what we saw. Can I just say what a fantastic service this place provided for me. My Mum had been down for a couple of weeks with our Dad in the Royal Navy being away quite a bit recently. Nate, Emma and Anna created this beautiful bouquet of Flowers that really complimented my vision of what I wanted to give my Mum and exceeded the expectation massively! I received the most beautiful service from Emma at the Flower Shop Bristol. I called from Australia to arrange several sympathy arrangement for my Grandmother due to the recent passing of my Grandfather. The service was compassionate and the communication was seamless. Emma listened to what I was hoping for and delivered the 6 goregous arrangements a few hours after my call. My Grandmother said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever seen.

I visited the flower shop just before Mother's day to get two bunches of flowers. I had little idea of what I wanted but was met wit a very warm welcome and some extremely knowledgeable staff. I ordered a bunch of flowers on Friday to be delivered on the Saturday (short notice) that included peonies (that aren't in season yet) and The Flower Shop were able to deliver a gorgeous arrangement the next day. The flowers in the shop look amazing, but only last days. I was bought an expensive bouquet on Wednesday and it literally started to fade by the Sunday! Friends have told me this before and I hadn't quite believed it, I do now. Do you buy in too much stock? Such a shame, but not fair on customers.
