On the way to see a client in the area, I spotted this cool looking print shop that appears to have the ability to work on industrial applications. Having a background in consumer beauty products and services, I thought I would came by the office today to see if the owner was interested in working with my current company as well as ask him about the potential of creating a product line for a few of my former staff. After the owner told me he was not interested in the services that I was offering, I thanked him and told him that what I really was interested in was a product design. I explained to him the concept that I was thinking of and why I was interested in the product and he seemed to understand what I was looking for and said he could do something like that. He must have thought I was being a pushy salesman because when I asked what I needed to do to get further information on making it happen, he told me to have the people I spoke of contact him contact him. I asked for his card and he said I could not get one and immediatly pushed my shoulder to direct me towards the door. I was confused, I found this rude and unprofessional. I clearly switched topics from one of salesperson to one of potential customer. It appears that the products that they make are of great quality and exhibit unique creativity, so I will not disparage their craftsmanship. I have been a business owner for many years and would hope that I never treated anyone as rude as I was treated today. I write this not to tell you that this is a bad business, but merely to remind the owner to treat all customers and even salespeople with respect and dignity. You have no Idea what business you could be missing out on. Update: I decided to change my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. The owner did all he could to reach out to me to attempt to right a wrong. My only reasoning for this negative review was to remind business owners to value each person who walks into your establishment just as much as you do your reputation. After all, your reputation is only based upon how you treat others.

Completely unprofessional dude answered the phone. I called asking for pricing on DTG Print services. He asked if I would be providing the hoodies and I told him the price I can get them for (I have my own wholesale accounts) and then he just flat out told me “we’re not the shop for you.” He also told me that they can’t SUBLIMATE on my preferred 80/20 cotton/poly hoodie… because that has ANYTHING to do with DTG Printing… Yeah, if you don’t know the difference between cotton and poly and the appropriate printing method for each…you’re definitely not the right shop. So bizarre! **Actually, the definition of sublimation is a substance changing from a solid to a gas…it USUALLY refers to sublimation printing on a 100% poly garment. Sublimation won’t work on cotton…hence probably why it isn’t working for ya on a 80% cotton garment. I have my own DTG machine - it’s out of commission so I was looking for a local company to work with to fill an order. You were right. It’s definitely not you guys. And I hung up on you because you were rude. I don’t waste my time like that.

I worked with Liz and her team to plan and execute a hoodie project for a hot yoga studio. Liz happily fielded endless questions from me on everything from quantity, colors, logo arrangement and pricing to payment and scheduling. There are hundreds of blank hoodie options available on the wholesale market which can be overwhelming if you can't see and feel them in person. Through our conversations about what I was looking for, Liz was able to present me with the PERFECT option for a high-quality, luxuriously thick, soft, organic cotton hoodie. We could not be happier with the results! The embroidered hoodies are top quality. The Foundry is a first class, customer oriented operation. The embroidery machinery is impressive. We can't wait to work with Liz and the Foundry team on our next project!

I chose Foundry out of the many print shops available to us nearby because of their stellar communication and follow-up, plus they made the shirt-making and ordering so easy for me to understand! I have no knowledge of screen printing and shirts whatsoever, but with Clint and Kara's help I was able to pick and design one for my company AND THEY TURNED OUT AMAZING! I came to Kara with a long-time dream of mine and she brought my entire project to life. She made everything so incredibly seamless from start to finish. My customers LOVE the quality and I've placed my 5th and 6th orders are in process. All of the embroidery is so clean and durable. I am always impressed by the quality and craftsmanship The Foundry provides to the customer. I have quite a few printed clothing items from their shop and they are all still in incredible shape even after tons of wear and and a lot of washes. We had 150 beer koozie printed by their team and I was surprised how nice they were once delivered. In my experience printing on the foam material doesn't always last since the material has so much stretch but after a few years still no cracking or peeling on the print area. All items were delivered on time at a killer price and managed to exceed any expectations I had.

Got apparel made for University of Washington Formula Motorsports done here. The embroidery and printing quality is excellent. T-shirt printing was done with nice gradients and a broad range of colors for a vaporwave style design. Hats had both front and back embroidery and were detailed enough to put small font sizes. They even accommodated printing on water resistant material that really has been holding up nicely. If you pick from the clothing options in their catalog, you can bet that these guys will get the job done right the first time. Quality is top notch.

The Foundry is an exceptional screen printing shop. I worked with Liz and her team on multiple shirt designs that were to be worn by executive suite members from a massive, global corporation. Not a job to be taken lightly. Despite an expedited timeline, Liz and the team were flexible and responsive throughout the entire process, and I never once felt like they wouldn't be able to get everything done on time and to the quality expected. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough, and the reviews from others who have had a similar experience to mine prove it.
