We had a terrible experience, we went for put put (mini golf) and the employees was terrible to us. The games was fun and we enjoyed it, but first the guy that helped us was drunk and secondly another guy came and in a rude manner asked us to wear our masked, we felt threatened because he did not ask us nicely and told us that he actually have to ask us to leave immediately but for now he will only give us a warning. Our mask where on our faces but not covering everything because it was just on the put put grond. We understand that it is protocol but he could asked us in a nice manner and we would understand. Okay We wanted to go tin pin bowling after but after that we immediately left. There were 2 other couples playing arcade games and their noses where not covered and he also rudely went and told them the same. Both immediately left as well.

This place is terrible. My brother won a prize on the key master and we continued to play and the machine took our money 1 round and never let us play after he won his prize I complained to the staff and the manager was called and she blatantly said in a rude tone that we touched the button If we touched the button the key would have moved,the button would have lit up to but it didnt She was clearly angry that we won a prize and just didnt want to give our money back I dont know how adults can live with themselves scamming children, its disgusting !! Maybe Fun Company needs a new manager!!!!

I visited 2 months ago (December) to find out about prices and things like that and the guy who was supposed to assist me was straight up ignoring me cause he saw his friend. I had questions and he would give me 1 word answers and then make it clear through his attitude and actions that he would much rather be with the friend. Terrible experience, I don't even wanna go ever again. Luckily, the lady at the reception ended up helping me when I went to her and told her. But I still won't go again

A tad bit late, however this is a definitly a post that could not go without mentioning. 2 weeks ago my family visited the galleria branch. There was some issues with bowling and Pamela the Manger definitly made up for the hicup. She went beyond her call of duty and ensured that we left with a smile o our faces. She is truly an asset and knows the definition of customer service. Thank you for all that you did including for niece who was visiting from Gauteng. Thank you Pamela.

I went there with some friends and their child. Positives: 1. The putt putt is well-decorated and structured well. It was easy to follow. 2. Beginner level layouts ensures fun for the whole family. Negatives: 1. The equipments are extremely worn-out and needs to be replaced. 2. Most of the decoration needs to be cleaned. The place looked dirty at many parts. Overall we spent about 40 minutes there and were entertained throughout. The cost was R44/person.

Went for the putt putt/mini golf but was very disappointed. Instead of the previous glow in the dark set up in a dark room, the putt putt is now in the light in the middle of the arcade with fading uv lights from the ceiling that barely allow anything to 'glow'. Ruined the entire concept. The Lazer maze was also out of order (another attraction that people go specifically to this mall to experience) , and so was the photobooth. Not worth it.

Had a very poor experience at this place Staff very unfriendly Also miss informed me about specials they are running and calling me a liar telling me I dont know what I am talking about also prizes are very expensive and not a wide variety to choose from I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, you are better off staying at hom playing games on your phone

The bowling area seems much better maintained than the one at Pavilion. Lots of games and fun activities available. Only issue is that they aren’t very well prepared for loadshedding. Once it happens, the whole system goes off + has to be rebooted and not all of the lanes operate on a generator. It would be nice if they had a better system to switchover.

My 2 son's forgot to take their phones when they were playing games,,, 1 lovely lady called Zinhle took the phones,, kept them safe until we came looking for them,, she came to our rescue as she kept the phones safe...... Definitely coming back.... Thank you soo much Zinhle♥️Im soo impressed

Went there with the kids today, got to the fun company at 5 past 10, staff said they opening now, waited till just before 10:30 and they said they still not ready to open. I left. apparently opens at 10am. Not impressed Edit : Thank you for your prompt response, appreciate that.

Had good fun with the family, bowling and shooting some pool. I think the venue was a bit understaffed for this busy period. Staff are friendly and you can notice the willingness to assist. Pool tables are in dire need of a service and maintenance. Otherwise fun place to be.

Best place to be the bowling was amazing you don't wait long in the queue the service is quick and you are greeted with a smile such a comforting environment to be around with family the team was excellent we even got a good bye please come back again we will surely be back

I think it is a lot nicer than the one in Pavilion. There's a lot more space and light and there's better games as well. I miss when the golf was in the back though. That was much better than where it is now. It kinda takes the fun out of that whole experience.

I had a really nice time with my daughter on the 28/06, enjoyed every minute there. A big shout out to a lovely lady who assisted me on the till, Beneficial Mzulwini. She is very kind and explained everything with a smile through out.

Galleria bowling alley. The place to be. It's one of the best venues to be at right nw. All thanks to Sandys I'd love to come back here because of the hospitality. Looking foward for more. Love the service Sandy

It's the best place to go to with your loved ones and the little ones will love it. I would like to go back again. I loved the bumper cars the most. I would also love to book it for my daughter's 14th birthday.

Mini golf was very well decorated. A wide variety of games but a lot of them weren't working. A little overpriced and no sanitizing stations. We spent about a hour there and was entertaining throughout.

The service was top class I spent my whole day in the store I even got myself a prize keymaster this place is really amazing the staff is amazing too very friendly keep up guys...... ❤️ …

Extremely pleased with the service from sizakele in the gaming area (4d/5d)...super helpful and went out of her way to please us..bought new 3d glasses when the old ones wheredmaged

A fun place with lots to do for the whole family. So much to do, from bowling to miniature golf to laser tag to 4D X rider and ALL the other games there's something for everyone.

Your employees were very friendly, especially the lady was working at the reception named Nosipho. she was pertinent with us and recommended the VIP cards with are very cool

The fun company is beyond entertaining not to mention the service is extremely amazing by Nosipho therefore it was very fun and I would definitely come back again

Great fun bowling would have given 5 but I just wish the service was a tad faster otherwise we had a great day.
