I was really blown away to see some negative reviews on here. Just about every person I have talked to at the store has been great, and they will go out of their way to help you. Any day I come in I'll see an associate speaking with individuals about their computer issues at home and giving free advice. I am very knowledgeable about computers but I've been able to learn more through my trips to the Grid, and through the help of their outstanding employees. The store does get some awesome things in from time to time, but it is all based on donations so each trip can be a bit of a wild card. I have found countless treasures, and yes, rarely but sadly, some things might not work 100%. So I take it back to return and the folks are more than happy to issue you a store card with your balance on it. If I only bought their refurbished systems I doubt I would ever have a return, but I like to bargain hunt. I have bought 3 of their cleaned and refurbished systems and I couldn't be happier. I ended up with safe and reliable machine for my older father, a nice iMac for the kids to use in my classroom, and a new laptop which can upgrade to Windows 10 soon. In addition to all of this when I found out that the computers were being pulled out of our classrooms at the school I taught at, I needed a solution. So, of course, I headed to my friends at The Grid. I went through and over the course of a few weeks built myself a respectable collection of laptops with low priced Solid State Drives, RAM, chargers, and some other pieces being sold mostly for parts. With 8 laptops to share among the kids it was great and we were able to complete our intended goals. In regards to the knowledge of the folks at the Grid, they are honest and direct on their own areas of expertise. Most are generalists and can aid in many areas, some have been writing code for years and others are more focused on the hardware end of technology. There may be a few new employees from time to time who have some room for growth, but that is why they are being trained. The experienced employees coach and guide them so that the store will be full of friendly, as well as knowledgeable salespeople. And lastly I'll speak to prices at the Grid. Prices for accessories and games are set with a very fair centralized system, so for most items you are going to pay a little less than you would than if they were being sold off online. You can easily come in with your college student or 5 year old and find something for them both for twenty bucks. Maybe you will pick up an older Kindle from the front case while you are in there (about 20 bucks too). The final thing for you to think about before you travel to the grid is this: there are easily hundreds to thousands of families out in Charlotte who now have a computer at home to use with their kids. Their child doesn't have to be the only kid in class who can't do research online and type their paper for class. It's wonderful to see the excitement in kids eyes are their father walks into the store and he asks about buying a new computer, he can lay down a few hundred (not thousand) dollars in exchange for a tool which will serve their family for several years to come.

A few years ago. I visited this place every day and they had an amazing selection on everything you need for computer gadgets, hard drives, laptops, parts and so on. You could have run your side buisness from buying here at prices you would expect from donated products. I spent about $400.00 a week here alone. We raced to get stuff as soon as it was put out.. In the past 2 years, they have gotten very greedy and upped their prices to where they only appeal to the resale market. It's a little sad considering everything in the store is donated. You can sometimes get an ok deal but it's not likely anymore. I still stop in for a visit but can't believe how any buisness (Goodwill) can call for such high profits on free stuff. There I said it! Lets be real. You are charging more for computers than other resellers are charging and you're nor even paying for your product. 100% profit. Someone is banking good on donations. Go ahead, pat yourselves on the back for having such a wonderful year.

Really love this place. It's great because it sells just about anything related to computers and gaming including parts, cables, hardware and just about anything related. You can even find stuff that's no longer made anymore like classic game systems and hardware. The store is very well organized and has a great selection. It is all used equipment since it is powered by the Goodwill and donations which makes many things reasonable. My only complaint is that the staff seems to be uneducated about a lot of what they sell and how computers work and how certain parts correlate to each other. But that may just coincide with the individuals that were working when I was there. The only other thing I would like to see is more computer shells with the main components stripped out to purchase. But overall a great place to go for computer and older gaming stuff. Their prices on used working computers weren't the greatest but they do have some good deals.

Absolutely amazing job that they've done during the subsequent remodeling and rebranding of this specific store (formerly the boutique clothing store);located inside the Goodwill campus store on Wilkinson blvd. They have an unbelievable selection of both new, used, and refurbished as well. There's pretty much something for everyone who considers themselves electronic aficionados. This store is immaculate, from the artwork on the wall to the Matrix-themed TV/advertising screen behind the main counter, to the cleanliness of the display items on row after row of shelving, separated only by the spotless shine on the floors. Everything is handicap accessible and the staff members whom I interacted with were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Awful location, The previous location right in the middle of University City was fantastic. Across US 29 from the UNCC campus let students (notoriously short of money) by tech, gaming and almost anything electronics needed in a hurry. Same goes for the very nearby residents. The site was very walkable for almost everyone nearby and a short drive for others nearby. The new location is non-walkable to ANYBODY, the area is crowded due to the airport and commuters. BIG mistake in moving what was a wonderful store and resource for the University community. Perhaps Goodwill management needs to take advantage of some business training to increase sales and provide increased resources to accomplish it mission. 2 stars only due to the contents of the store and its salespeople. Otherwise 1 or none.

Great design and layout. Everything is well organized so it's never difficult to look for anything. Prices vary from wonderfully cheap on certain games to ridiculously overpriced on other items. I was able to get a Gameboy Micro for around $50 a few months ago and it works like a charm. They claim to test the merchandise before it's put on the shelves but I've had a few Gameboy games not work. Bring your portable or home game system or ask to test it on theirs. That's a GREAT feature, being able to test ANY game they sell in store. The refund policy is a bit inconvenient but if you were planning on spending that money in the store anyways, it's not a total loss. Just be weary of what you buy and check competitors for prices. I hope goodwill expands this store to more locations.

This was called the Goodwill computer store a few years back when it was closer to center City. Back then the prices on everything were almost half of what they are now, but everything is still a great deal. Back then I got Rockband instruments for $10 each. Now they are $30. Still better than online prices. They are definitely cheaper than most used games stores. It's rare that they get anything special in like mechanical keyboards anymore, but it's still a good place. Watch out for reproduction retro games, I found a good many that weren't marked or priced as such. They fixed it when I notified them, but still. They also have some reshelled and restickered games with the original board inside so be aware it might look like a repo, but it's just a repair job.

I agree with many other reviews on here. Their prices on used gaming equipment are VERY high. When I visited on 2-15-23, I checked probably close to 50 different games and consoles and every single one was higher than eBay buy it now listings for the same items. Even retailers who don't get their stock donated and actually pay people for their old games beat the prices here. I get you guys help the community, but you would sell way more stuff if you had reasonable prices. I've seen things sit on the shelf here for months and not sell, over pricing things to the point they don't sell doesn't help anyone.The only reason you got 2 stars is because the non gaming items are reasonable price and quality.

I am a retro gamer and a computer geek, this store has so many retro games that it's not funny lol, anyway I was begging my brother to go to this store, I bought some computer speakers that came with a subwoofer, plus a second monitor because I also am a software engineer. I decided to hook the speakers up and monitor up, then went to Youtube for the new Call of Duty Cold War trailer and played the speakers........mannnn my brother came rushing out his room like it was world war 3 in my room lmbo his face was priceless lol he said man I thought something was going on lmbo.... Go get a good deal you won't be disappointed!!!

I realize this is supposed to be a discount store, but most of their products seem too pricey for what they are. A "gently used" laptop from 7 years ago will run you around $250, and I can get a brand new HP or a Dell from Walmart for $279 that has way better specs. If you're looking for discount electronics, you're still better off going to a Goodwill store than coming here. However, they have a pretty large selection of used Xbox, PS3 and PS4 games, so if you're looking for any of that, this is the place. But apart from that, new electronics will be higher-quality and, often, cheaper elsewhere. Shop wisely.

A bit of a drive to get there but they have solid electronics. From old MacBooks, iMacs, laptops, desktops, peripherals, retro video games (mostly ps2, ps3, Xbox, Xbox 360, and wii), controllers and even game consoles. I even asked if they test them before selling and they said they do. So I took apart the Xbox my brother got from them and it was clean like it was brand new and works like it was new. All the game disc's I have ever bought from thenlm are scratch free and work flawlessly. The more rare or expensive items are in the glass case, but overall the prices are fair. Definitely worth the trip.

My brother in law took me here as I never heard of this place. It's a Goodwill store but for donated electronics from video games to computers, to security cams. Definitely one of the coolest stores I have been to. Lots of gaming systems and accessories especially if you're a old school collector. Prices are pretty good for most items but some aren't a great deal. Items are checked for working order which is a great thing so you know you got a working electronic device/equipment. I am surprised there isn't one in Orlando, FL...I think they would do extremely well here.

Store is pretty small. Sure you can get money off used devices, but eBay/Facebook marketplace/Craiglist are better for literally everything in store. Example pricing: Guitar Hero guitars: ~$80-150, Logitech Racing Wheel/Shifter/Pedals: $200 (that's $60 less than new, and this was a set in what I'd call "Fair" condition), WiiU: $150-$200. If you're familiar with Gamestop pricing and selection, you'll fare the same or worse here. People raving about this place must not know where to look for good deals, or aren't willing to check the Web for independent sellers' prices.

Staff had no idea what I was talking about. They also did not greet us, or even help us. They did greet other people, but then back to just talking to each other. Prices are ridiculous. Everything is over priced and the system I bought did not even work. Most of the stuff is not second hand and cheaper on amazon. I can not believe they stopped good will electronics for this disappointing store. I am never going back again. I recommend people just look on amazon or go to game stores. Also no oculus rift , so my best friend was super disappointing.

I was unimpressed with their retro game selection, because after all shops that rely on donations tend to get picked over until it's just games like "Wheel of Fortune" or "PGA Golf" on the shelf. That being said, there were a few gems that I was able to pick up. What I was impressed with was the selection of used peripherals and spare computer accessories. I would definitely stop by every so often to see if you can find something that you didn't know you wanted at a price that makes too much sense to skip over.

I went to visit one of my friends in Charlotte, North Carolina. We were looking to purchase a remote controller for his Playstation 4. We called around to several stores and his wife suggested that we go to the Grid. It was an excellent choice. I had not known until then that there was a market for used electronics. I was impressed with their collection of used laptops that they refurbished. I would love it if they expanded this concept up north in Maryland. I think it is owned and run by the Goodwill.

I bought a used Nintendo DS Lite from here. It was on a peg board inside of a carded plastic bag kind of like a retail setting. Took it home, put in a game and started playing. Both trigger buttons are broken... Did they even bother testing the system (that was donated to them I might add) before putting it up for sale at nearly full market value? Now I'll have to make the arduous 45 minute drive back up there to do an exchange or refund for store credit since they won't just give me a refund.

Traveling the USA and thrifting. These are the WORST PRICES IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. Offensively high prices. Goodwill is attributed to practicing elaborate corporate greed, and it is very difficult to argue that point. Just waste gas and go here, and you will see for yourself. Better yet, DONT. I was offended for the donors. What an insult to all! (They will respond by making claims about the "help" they offer - Gangsters, now incorporated, are the biggest "charity" givers).

If prices are leapfrogging eBay's prices (in spite of being supplied by "FREE INVENTORY") then this place isn't a place I can patronize in good conscience. I was also surprised to discover that there is no vintage audio (in the pre-PC era sense of the term), at least when I visited. THAT was the real reason I would have any interest in your store anyway. But again, only at a "I'll have to refurbish/restore it myself anyway" price which these prices definitely AREN'T.

Great products and service! Walked out with a Nintendo 64 & PlayStation 2 with 6 games. Prices are very fair and in many cases low. (Saw Guitar Hero 2 for $1.99!) They also sell accessories & even computers if you're in need of inexpensive hardware. I tested everything when I got home and it all worked. The staff member I spoke with said they test all their products, and you can exchange anything you purchase within the first few days for store credit. Great store!

What a great place to go for refurbished and used electronics! Especially when you don't want to spend a fortune for quality electronics. The technician/sales rep, Camden, is so helpful and checks everything over to make sure it functions well. Great knowledge on the equipment and answers questions in easy-to-understand lingo. Very nice, too. NEW LOCATION! Now located at Goodwill Industries Training Site on Wilkinson. Same great refurbished electronics.

This is a Goodwill establishment that sells new and used computers, cell phones, tables, and all the electronic games and their accessories that are of interest to local UNC college students and at Goodwill prices. I am very satisfied with a tablet and think Pad I bought six months ago. It' is a great place to pick up missing power supplies, cables, adapters, etc. I wish I was local so I could take advantage of the sales they have from time to time.

Good mixture of old and new electronics. Mostly used though. They don't accept things that are too far abused. Always a good place to buy a printer or used television for a room. Great customer service. Nice space. Not too big or too small. Stay away during busy hours because it can get quite crazy. It's best to go during the business day from 11am to 2pm. It's dead and gives you all the time you need to really dive deep into all the gadgets.

Awesome place, Awesome prices. This places has a few rare items but I like the fact that they have things that aren't rare but are hard to find in other retro game store like the sleeves for NES games. Everything is in its place and alphabetized. Staff takes pride in the store. Update... Place isn't what it used to be. They get scalpers in all the time taking anything worth reselling. They have also raised prices on a lot of things.

So I call the store to get pointed in the right direction to sell my classic Sega Saturn and stuff and a representative name IYANNA spoke with me and gave me the best information possible while staying in her work performance,,while dealing with other customers in phone her energy was excellent well mannered and honestly,,she should be running the store THE GRID or be Manager,,I was happy and pleased with the service

The Grid is the store Goodwill, but for all electronic related things. I've been to the store a number of times, and they always have many items in stock that are worth taking a look at. Don't expect to find the newest Samsung tablet, iPhone, or whatever coolest new technology that's just come out. However it is worth taking a trip inside to see everything they have, and of course the prices are always really low.

we love this place! it's great for finding gently used electronics for really good prices. we just turned my younger sister on to this store on her visit, and she was impressed with the prices and quality of goods. she even found the exact type of tablet she had been looking at online, practically brand new, and for a third of what she kept finding it online for! it works great and she loves it. very good store.

This is a really cool store with used video games. The only issue I have with it is the prices are really high. I'm talking mostly the used video games. I think the only reason it bothers me is because they were donated at no cost and then being resold at current eBay prices. The other items like computers and accessories seem to be reasonably priced but I don't feel like those are necessarily impulse purchases

I usually like getting things here but make sure you do your research because some of there prices are inflated. I got a raspberry pi 4 2gb for $55 which is now the standard price for the 4gb model and they wont honor the price difference and only do returns for store credit. Now, to get what I want out of this I have to hope to sell it online. Most likely for the 2gb going price which is now around $35. Fml

This place is awesome. I'm a total electronics geek and to be able to locally buy a Raspberry Pi, older game consoles from my childhood, used computers, and networking equipment. All at very reasonable prices while supporting a good cause. I wish there were more places like this in the Charlotte area. I will continue to go here regularly because their inventory changes often. I'm a customer for life.

Electronic buff + video game geek in one store! If you are in the market for a gently used computer, computer periphial or vintage video game system look no further!! I love stopping here as I can slide down memory lane or just find some old Ram for my project PC. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone stopping by even if you are not in the market.

Can you say nostalgia? They have all of the classic gaming systems and games. They sell computers, laptops and various other electronics. This is where all of the game systems go that are donated to goodwill from all over the country. It is the only one in the country and it's right here in Charlotte. I love going, love bringing the kids and love the deals I get on classic games and systems.

Many of the items in here are priced matched to eBay and beyond. I saw XBox 360 slim consoles for $75 when I can find many of the same console for $45 on eBay. I also saw a copy of Cyberpunk 2077 for the PS4 and they were asking about $17 for it. I can buy the game for $10-15 on eBay. Honestly, you might as well support a small business or individual on eBay instead of buying from Goodwill.

Way over priced. I know what goodwill does for the community and, blah,blah,blah. I have alot of vintage electronics that i would never donate to goodwill because of the price gouging. I understand they are in business for a profit, but dont base your prices off of market trends. Your shelves are packed. 99$ for a ps2 109$ for a ps3. Thats incredible to charge that, but i know the better.

It's great for what it is. If you want an older console, you can usually find what you're looking for. Game selection is hit or miss, but it's always worth checking since eBay markups will always be worse. Their cables are also usually cheaper than Amazon. The 7 day warranty is also great considering regular Goodwill stores have no warranty whatsoever. They need to open more locations.

I came here to find a gently used computer monitor and what I found was so much more and at unbeatable prices! Every gaming system I used when I was a kid, games and accessories to go with each, desktop computers, all kinds of small electronics and computer peripherals, internet routers, and much more. I'm definitely coming back here next time I'm looking for electronics and tech gear!

Just stopped in the store. As a retro gamer, their prices never over whelmed me, but they were usually slightly below retail compared to other local stores, and you could find the occasional good deal. Not any more, apparently. They just jacked up their prices, in some cases to nearly double the former price (Mario 3). They are now more expensive than any other local retro game store.

Okay gamers here's the scoop, The prices are now so outrageous that it's not even fun or a bargain at all for anyone anymore. Staff said managers and people in the back price things at basically what it goes for online but honestly from everything I looked at was priced EVEN HIGHER. I've been a customer since the store was on freedom but today was my last day darkening the doorstep.

I like the new location better than the old one. If you are intro retro games, this store is a mixed bag. The selection is pretty decent, and the pricing is generally competitive for the lower-end stuff. Their higher-end games (in the glass cases) are significantly overpriced, as are their consoles and accessories. This store is worth a trip maybe every 3-4 months, but nothing more.

This place is positively the most amazing GoodWill thing ever. The computer parts here are so cheap and relatively new. Display Port cables are SO CHEAP HERE and I'm writing this review when most computers don't even use them yet. Go here to buy a computer not a store like Target of Best Buy because you'll get one that's so cheap and relatively good compared to them.

This is a great idea. Essentially, literally in fact, a goodwill electronics store. When someone's kids get older and don't want their Nintendo Wii, this is where it might end up. You can score games, consoles, computers, phones, chargers, anything electronic. Cheap too. I've bought replacement controllers here many times and even bought a friend's kids a wii console.

The mission and value to the Charlotte/Concord community that the grid does is invaluable. They are a wonderful organization and deserve the highest praise. They are have continued to supply computers to people who desperately need them for work and school. The staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and eager to solve your computing problems.

What else can I say about the Grid other than thank you to all the folks that make donations. I got an IMAC that came with the keyboard and mouse included. Was also able to purchase wireless Apple mouse for the fraction of the cost on both items. Computer surround sound and another 27 inch monitor. If you’re balling on a budget this is you go to place.

Sometimes they have really good prices. But on SOME items they have this ridiculous prices like they were selling on EBAY or AMAZON. Like C’MON all your stuff are donated and probably you guys have some privileges for running a non profit. I get that you have to pay for employees, etc etc. But please remember your products don’t cost you NOTHING.

Love this place. I've gotten two highend laptops and multiple other electronics at a fraction of their prices for personal use. It's basically got the feel of what an old radio shack felt like. I basically start at one shelf and work my way down researching ebay, it's a quick way to turn a profit. If you need a charging cable, check here first.

my favorite place to get used electronics and retro games. generally pretty fair prices and the staff are very helpful. make sure you bring a shopping bag though, they don’t supply them (which is fine by me tbh). games are always in good condition and they have an exchange/return program in case one doesn’t work, but i’ve never had to use that.

The Grid is one of the places I’ve been excited about visiting for a long time, I finally accomplished my goal. Glad to have made the trip, I had a great time. Great variety, prices were a little bit more than I expected. Goodwill as a whole has disappointed me with the prices. The Grid is a beautiful store clean and the staff is great.

I really do like this store, but the last year or so some of the prices have been getting a bit high. They sometimes put things up for the prices they see online, but they forget the online auctions have thousands of people on their target market. So in turn, a lot of the cool items end up staying in the store for a very long time.

I went to drop off an older Dell PC at the drive-up drop off, and then decided to go inside. Wow, what a surprise! Tons of desktops and laptops for sale (lots of dells and Lenovo's). Plenty of accessories, and lots of game system stuff. I bought a few cables and made a donation to help Goodwill with it's mission. Awesome store!!

The store is very organized and appears clean. The prices are outrageous and many of them are even over eBay prices. I understand they can charge what they want but their items are all completely free and if they want to continue using "you're getting a great deal" in their motto, they better reconsider their pricing strategy.

Such an awesome place to have. Donated electronics that is perfect for you to give a kid or look for retro games. You know that sometimes paying 800 for a computer that is new for a kid to do school homework is too much. The grid has a great selection and options to be able to give back at the same time meet your needs.

The Grid is my goto place for tech....they have laptops, desktops and everything in between. You gotta check out the console game and accessories. An added bonus...the staff is top notch, knowledgeable and just very friendly... if you need a new computer or just a power cord go visit the Grid...Inventory changes daily.

This store is tucked away in a strip shopping plaza. It is run by goodwill industry. They have used computer and game equipment. Most reasonably priced and tested with all the parts. There is a section for miscellaneous spare parts. And a section for hobbyist to purchase raspberry pi items. Well worth checking out.

Great idea for Goodwill to set this store up because most everyone needs some sort of access to social media, but not everyone can afford prices of new gear. Store is clean and organized. Employees are typical nerdy cool. Check this place out before mortgaging your home to visit/pay high-end stores/store prices...

You can find some obscure stuff here now and then, but if you're coming for games then don't get your hopes up. Somewhere around 75% of the vintage stuff is some version of Madden or an old basketball game. The prices are fair, but they know what they have so you're not going to walk out with any hidden treasures.

Lots of choices. Really clean and organized. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Goodwill needs to open another one of these stores in the other college communities. What could be more fun then gathering with friends to play classic retro and recently retired games with colleagues for a great affordable price.

I love coming to the grid. I got my computer, monitor, printer, portable DVD player, games and accessories from here and they work great. They fix up the electronics before putting them out for sale. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here at least twice a month so see the new things they may have.

Very large selection of vintage gaming which is amazing. It brought back alot of memories of gaming. I found the controller I was looking for and a few games at a much better price than G.S. they also have a wide variety of computer accessories and monitors. Great store a must see if you live for gaming.

One of my favorite places ever. A wide array of ever-changing tech stuff, gently used and refurbished. I've found some amazing bargains here. Computers, laptops, parts, pieces, game consoles and more. The staff is helpful, and if what you bought doesn't work for you, it can be returned for store credit.

A really good selection of games, and things were fairly priced. Imagine a tech/gaming store where you could revisit both your child hood and the more obscure world of gaming. I love that the staff hang back. The space is open and airy so it doesn't feel cluttered and overwhelming like some places.

I can’t believe how many people still don’t know about this place! It’s Goodwill but for tech and video games! Stop in for some great deals on old games, A/V equipment, and computer parts. You never know what they might have on a given day. Plus you get to help the community with your purchases.

The grid is a great company I love going there best friendly helpful people. The store is clean and organized. Stores set up for kovid and has all the proper things in it that it should have. this is a good place to go for older systems if you're looking for something that's hard to find. Diana

This is a cool place. All the local Goodwill stores send all the tech donations here. It is organized and well priced tech and parts. I like to check here before buying online. I just got a MacBook power supply for $25 bucks. It would be $60 or more to buy a legit Mac one online new or used.

5 stars! These guys saved me when I traveled to Charlotte without my laptop charger. Walked in, the looked at my laptop and immediately grabbed the right used charger for a great price. I also picked up some phone chargers while I was there. Cool shop, knowledgeable people. Would recommend!

My girlfriend and I were on the verge of breaking up because I would keep her awake at night with my constant mouse clicking. NOT ANYMORE! Consider this relationship saved. This mouse is so silent she will sometimes forget I'm even home and invite her lover over. He's a pretty cool guy.

If you’re looking for cheap vintage video games, you’ve come to the right place! Whether it be cheap PC’s, consoles, console games, or TV’s at a reasonable price then chances are they’ll have it! Went in to purchase a Playstation 1 and some old games and didn’t spend more than $50.

Great store with lots of low prices on electronics. My favorite sections are the old Gameboy and DS games and they have lots of other games and consoles as well. They have lots of computers, monitors and other things to buy from, all at a great price. Definitely worth checking out.

A bit less than what I was expecting. Still a neat place to look at for retro games. I did not see anything rare or any deal that I could not pass on. Seems like a good place to get a cheap computer if you know how to check them over for any issues. Good place for part computers.

Calling all tech nerds and old school gamers (myself included), this place is great. Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I always stop by this place when I'm in the area. You never know what treasures you'll find here. Got a 1tb usb hard drive for 60 here for my xbox one.

Place is literally a JOKE!! sad they take donated items and ask super ridiculous prices on used gaming items. Don't waste your time going better off saving the gas and buying on ebay BETTER Prices. Sad people still donate to this place instead of their local town thrift stores.

Very helpful staff. Very good prices. It was the same as any other tech store experience . Staff was uniformed and very informed about the technology of the product. I reccomend it with a 10 star rating. Peripherals,xboxes also available. Calculators to cameras 4.99 to 14.99 .

Great place to buy used/ refurbished electronics cheap. Their prices cant be beat. Great selection of video games, as well as most gaming systems. Plus at goodwill you are always helping people learn new skills to improve their lives. You will definitely leave with a smile.

A bit over priced for some of the hardware. The prices on the computers are laughable. $200 for a used Optiplex 8 years old for an example. Web cam for $25 when it's $18 new on Amazon. Some things are a good deal if you are into games I guess, but otherwise not for me.

If you want a great deal on old computers and related paraphernalia this is pretty much the only place in the meck. county area. My only request is that they sell ram outright for a good price and quantity however they need it to build the ready to go computer systems.

This place is amazing. What you get is hit or miss depending on what's been donated, but I was able to get a pair of Turtle Beach X12's for $12. Typically $50 headsets that looked brand new. Overall this place is great for anything tech you want to get on the cheap.

Decent spot for used electronics. Sometimes the location is a bit high on price on retro items. They used to have a B2G1 on gaming which was an awesome deal. Without that, many things can be found cheaper on eBay so it's harder and harder to find a good deal there.

Awesome people, wonderful service, and all-around great experience. If you're in the market for a lower-end computer or anyting of that nature I have PlayStation 3 PlayStation 4's Xboxes and the whole 9 yd definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a chance.

The Grid offers a host of tech items. They sale used monitors, laptops, CPUs and game consoles. They offer accessories as well. There are keyboards/ mice (new and used), digital cameras, cords and cables galore. Prices are pretty decent. Staff is knowledgeable.

Spent about 100 dollars in here. This is a wonderful place for collectors, gamers and computer geeks. They sell a little bit of everything and it's not dusty or an awkward environment. Its organized and pleasant to be in and easy to find all of your interests.

This place will bring you back to your childhood! They have plenty of older gaming systems and games to go along with them. Also sell computers and accessories for various electronics. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and will help you out as much as possible.

Fantastic prices and selection, if the latter is a bit dated. Went in for a new keyboard, and walked out with it, a new set of headphones, assorted cords, and recharge bricks for my phone. Thirty bucks, no complaints on any of it. Will definitely be back.

I love both the stores located here My favorite of course is the electronic gaming specialty store. Always great products at a great price. Then you have the last chance Goodwill store where you buy by weight versus per item. Amazing deals all the time!

The quality of the items to buy are great. There's always something new to buy any day of the week. We've brought 2 complete computer systems, an additional monitor, electronic games, a digital camera and more. Everything works brand new.

Great place to go for a last resort as a collector. They love to price 10 to 20% above market average. Which is unethical for a "non profit" but who am i to judge. Check local retro stores first but they tend to have a decent selection.

The techie in me loves this place. Affordable tech with a gently used touch and you can get parts to build your own desktop or laptop for a 5th of the cost from other tech shops. Plus the money you spend here is going to a good cause!

Very clean and organized store with donated equipment for sale at reasonable prices. Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a replacement power cord for my laptop - much better option than amazon or other stores.

One of the coolest video game stores I have ever been to. Was able to find a lot of older games that are now hard to find. The staff was also super nice and the store was very organized. Would love to see more of these stores.

Every purchase goes towards Goodwill so I'll definitely buy games and accessories here knowing I'm supporting a local nonprofit. I wish I lived closer, but it's worth the drive. Huge selection of games, especially Wii games!

An excellent place to explore used electronics on the cheap side. Electronics are tested to ensure they work before they are sold. We are big fans of Goodwill in general so we highly recommend checking out this location!

This is a really fantastic place. Used tech at affordable prices. I will be back when I am in need of something like what they have. Also for the RaspberryPi enthusiasts out there they have a whole section just for that!

Overpriced! Prices MUCH higher than comparable refurbished computers also with warranties from Amazon, Best Buy or New Egg. I know the money goes to a good cause. They are reselling DONATED used gear at premium prices.
