Below avg food, not so avg pricing. Ambience is good but can be better. The sound system lacked calibration and depth. The music was just plain loud, the bass and clarity was all messed up. I appreciate loud music, but it has to be good. Not just dumb loud. Also I guess the DJ chose to play songs from YouTube, the songs were exactly what you hear in local gyms so that was another disappointment. I don’t think the DJ was mixing any songs since most tracks were just the same usual mixes heard locally. Food was not worth it. If I’m paying a premium for the food I expect food to be that good. Chicken wings were good but the sauce lacked taste. The Chicago style deep dish took a good 40 minutes to prepare but the pizza slices were falling apart in pieces. It tasted amazing but the end crust was thick and inedible. Also for some reasons the beers weren’t chilled. It was barely cold and in spite of repeated requests we were served warm beers. We also went for the burger challenge. The chicken patties weren’t cooked well enough. It tasted exactly like frozen patties, just that these weren’t cooked well either. The ingredients didn’t make any sense, it was not going along and it felt like everything has been put together just to make the burger big and make anybody lose the 5 minute challenge. At Rs. 2,500 per head for below average food and just a couple beers per person, I’d give this place a pass. The staff was very courteous and polite. 2 stars here just for them.

Disappointing Experience at Game Ranch I booked a table for three people at Game Ranch via the Zomato app for 7 pm yesterday. I received a confirmation on WhatsApp from Zomato, so I was looking forward to our evening. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was met with an extremely disappointing situation. Despite my confirmed reservation, the receptionist informed me that the restaurant was sold out. Her response was not only unhelpful but also delivered with a surprising level of arrogance. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied as a customer. While I understand that situations can arise, the lack of proper communication and the receptionist's attitude was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which unfortunately was lacking in this instance. I believe it's crucial for establishments like Game Ranch to honor their reservations and handle overbooking situations with grace and consideration for their customers. We stumbled upon this place while going to sassy spoon and thought of giving it a try... the detour was worth it. The first and foremost thing that caught my eye was the bowling alley, the whole group got all Happyyy especially the hubbies and kids... game, good food and music! That makes it a fun afternoon!! The place is tastefully done and decor is in sync with the theme...it gives a vibe of the old western ways. They have an open patio as well to enjoy the food and talk if not interested in the games. The food and drinks were good, they customise it as per preference (we had kids hence the special requests) We ordered Fully loaded nachos, Enchiladas, Steaks, stir fried Vegetables, Pizza snd mocktail. The place is overall okay for a dine in but the show stealer is the bowling which they provide which is still at a costlier side but considering the place it’s still fine since it’s not for a daily casual party but once in a blue moon kind of a place wherein one can bowl with the friends. The place was an instant hit with adults and kids alike cause of the Bowling area. Also, The guests couldn’t stop gushing about the awesome place as a birthday party venue! A decent place to play bowling and dine under the same roof. The food is not that great we had veg pizza, paneer tikka and a cheese filled fried starter a litchi mocktail and a orange cranberry mocktail and all these vere very average tasting. Pizza was the least good out of all. The bowling alley is good but we got technical problems after every two rounds so the overall experience wasn't that great. The other lanes were good though. Ambiance is decent not very great, it is designed like a stable. They also have a outdoor seating which looks good. We went to game ranch in afternoon hence we avoided sitting outside in bombay summers. But evenings would be a good option to sit outside

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at The Game Ranch ,as it's a new place in town so we were bit confused weather to go for it or not but believe me it came out to be one of d best place we had been for any celebration . From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding might have been the best meal I have recently been served. Service was delightful and very professional. To visited game ranch with my office collegues on last wednesday,The ambiance is very welcoming and charming Samruddhi took note of everything that i asked for from reservations to my queries regarding the bills, very polite . For service - we were sitting in the middle like near the bar itself very cozy place , vibes are good and our server Mr.basanta was very good in his job very attentive , great guy will ask for him again when i visit Bowling - there was a waiting in bowling but the bowling guy naveen was very helpful he managed to give us a lane and had not to wait for long Great play guys must visit this.. The place is a good place for bowling of course. Pizzas are good. Ambience is nice. But very important feedback if you really want to improve: 1. Music ambience in background is not so exciting and doesn't match the bowling vibe 2. The manager or owner whoever came to us asking us to mellow down...should really re think will such a place have quiet zones? Isn't bowling supposed to be energetic and fun. How can we keep it low for other guests? Which is why usually at such places music vibe is loud so that it masks the people's noises while playing. Powai needs such good places and you need to be more warm....that's it otherwise the place is nice. We loved the chocolate fondue!!!

This is a recently started pub with a bowling arena in Powai's Hiranandani Gardens. Ambience & DJ: Insta worthy decors with outdoor seating much better as compared to indoors. The bowling alley is the high point of the place. They definitely do not know how to cook. The music playing in the background is beyond atrocious. The ambience is nice. Service staff are polite and helpful. The Jaegarbomb shots we ordered were a complete waste of money and tasted the worst. Also beverages are ostensibly priced. Many people were dancing which is great. After a few drinks people enjoy letting their hair down and that's perfectly fine, but there is no dance floor.

Vìsited The Game Ranch for an office meeting. To put it simply, the food was good - it looked and tasted fresh . The staff were courteous and seemed to be well versed with both the food and alcohol menu and hence could give us suggestions. The cocktails were customized as per our preference. For eg: We called for a Caprioska with Vodka which actually has dark rum. The ambience was good. The decor gave a feeling of being in a restaurant on a ranch and had a Texan feel to it. The crowd was decent. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would like to visit again to give a detailed review.

Good food and fun ambiance. I'll have to go back to try the bowling. Poutine was delicious. I also liked the BBQ chicken tacos. They have a nacho option that's all segregated, which was not to my liking, but my friend raved about it. I'd rather try the loaded nachos next time to compare. There was one item we wanted from the menu that was unavailable, so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, customer service was a bit slow and a little judgy (the waiter told us we had ordered too much food for the two of us ).

Nice place with bowling esp. at Powai side for central side people from Mulund to Ghatkopar.But do not visit on weekends. Too crowded. Food is good , bowling and music is also good. But on a Saturday was horrible getting a table, after 1 n half hour of waiting we got one, even though we had made reservations.We could do bowling after 12pm. They should improve on managing crowd on weekends. The whole building has many places to go. So can choose accordingly.We group of 6 enjoyed a lot. May be new place so management is being worked on. Visit once with your group on weekday for better bowling price of 499 or weekend 699. Taxes separate.

Although the spacious lounge cum restaurant is well decorated according to its name and western cowboy theme- that alone cannot make up for a good experience overall. The music, the ambience everything is top notch but the food and pricing needs to be completely overhauled. Game ranch only has one game that is bowling. The space inside is a little clumsy as bowling alley and eating point is both together. But it has an open space as well which is spacious and good. The music is toooooo loud resulting in no conservation between a group or you get a sore throat next day . Food was good especially the continental ones but drinks were thoroughly diluted. Not sure whether because it was already a prepaid group hangout or its a general case. In short it's a decent place with very loud lunatic music.

The bowling lanes are so cramped that you won't be able to fit in large groups here. The food options were pretty bad with poor quality. They put out ice cream which had melted and said that it had been lying about for 2 hours. A big setup like this should at least be aware on how to keep their ice creams frozen. Recently I celebrated my son's birthday at The Game Ranch Malad and I have to say it was fabulous. The look of the place is wow, delicious appetizers and main course and over friendly and courteous staff. They have 4 bowling games and few arcade games. The kids had ablast. They were running all over the place. Their manager Wilson and staff member Siddharth went out of their way to make it comfortable for us. Special thanx to Suraj who turned out cameraman for the evening. Overall must visit.

Awesome place to hang out with friends and family. Quality service, appropriate music, unique decor are few aspects to describe this amazing restobar.The cowboy ambience and bowling zone makes it a must visit. Restaurant manager Sachin Shetty's professionalism and hospitality is commendable.

Excellent place for team outing. Good food options. Each dish was tasty and well made. You can do bowling as well. Music volume should be lowered down a bit. Overall a good experience.

Highly unprofessional right from the get go. Even though I had a zomato confirmed booking they told me they are sold out. I mean how does that even work, it's pretty basic right? The lady at the door has some attitude, I mean you are in the hospitality bizz and behaviour like this won't take you far.

Good place to spend time with friends if you want to go bowling. But the food is really expensive compared to the quantity. The main course quantity was very less thats not even sufficient for one person. Cocktails were decent. There is a long waiting line for the bowling so try to book in advance.

The management is extremely rude - does not have courtesy to return to calls. Have employed a bunch of jokers at reception who have half information and cannot answer questions. And like I said management (Pooja )either does not answer calls not cards to call back. Basically mood spoilers - if you think of keeping. Party

Loved this place.... The bowling game was much more fun, awesome place for Instagram stories and great for spending time with friends..... In evening also live music available.... Drinks were also at average rates but sometimes drinks are just in menu but still being here can change ur mood!!

If you enjoy Bowling and hip hop music- you may enjoy the place. The place had mature cowboy theme( stable set up ) with options for family and friends to book table and have dinner . The music is loud after a point , it’s in the same premise , next to episode 1 , socials and lord of drinks!

An absolute delight! Enjoyed the Wild West ranch vibe, plus the food was scrumptious and the service top-notch. The bowling alley added a fun twist to the experience.Kudos to Pooja and her team. Can't wait to return for more good times!

It's nothing but a Barcade and is great place to catch up with friends and enjoy bowling too. Staff is polite Heads up: For bowling it's on first come first serve basis and please assume atleast 45 mins to an hour waiting unless you get lucky.

Good place for bowling. Didn't try the food here, seemed expensive. Bowling on weekdays is Rs. 199 from 12-5 pm. Post 5 it is Rs. 399. On weekends it is Rs. 499 Rates are similar to smaash. On weekday between 12-5 the first beer was for 100, don't know if the same is available otherwise.

Pub with good ambience, nice music and couple of bowling lanes. The seating capacity is comparatively less because of bowling alleys but definitely Must visit place. They offer good discounts on bowling in weekday afternoons

Place is very good. Starters are awesome. Service is really good. Woofer is crazy.

It's a good gaming arena. It's good competition to SMASHH since the bowling is cheaper. The food is a pretty overpriced but it's tasty. The mutton chops are worth the money.

It's a very fancy place but it's just too costly for the amount you have to wait to even play. But it's a very luxurious place to have fun bowling with some drinks and snacks.
