Went to buy dental floss here and also needed a pack of surgical masks for covid mask mandate. They had packets of 10 standard blue and white paper masks on the counter, unbranded, in zip lock sandwich bags, with no price on them. I assume they had broken up a box of 100 or so. I went to buy a pack and they rang up at $17.99. For ten paper masks. You can buy packets of fifty most places for around $20 - $30 Unbelievable that people would try to profit so much from this situation. I asked for a credit immediately. Will never shop here again.

I've been using this chemist for several years now and they're normally great, but was very disappointed when they gave me tablets that were the correct medication but double my prescribed dosage. Luckily it wasn't a medication that had any bad consequences from taking the higher dose, but this could have had a very different outcome for other medications. When I went in to tell them, there was no apology whatsoever, they just gave me the correct one and pretended like nothing had happened. Very disappointing.

Went to the store to fill out a prescription and looked at the testers for makeup but was met with a look of disdain and disgust by one of the staff as if we were some sort of delinquents. We were then followed closely out of the store. Such a uncomfortable shopping experience, I can’t believe how she hovered and followed us until we’d left.
