Nice shop but spending 200 dollars on flowers which are starting to die not after 12 hours is a bit overkill. I purchased flowers at 5pm. I asked the shop asistent if she can make box arrangement. She advised that it will be 188 dollars. I asked how long will it take and I was told 10 min. She grabbed the box, soaked the foam in the sink and made an arrangement. I have to admit it looked nice. She said that because she had to put more flowers in it it is 200 dollars. Even tho it's in round box, the arrangement is facing one way only which is not a big deal. I was told that they always advise customers to transfer flowers to a vase (?!). Came home, put them on show in airconditioned room, went to bed and woke up this morning to flowers being all wilted. Not even 24 hours. See pictures below. Even the greenery is all wilted. I would not recommend using the place if you would like to impress someone for longer then 6 hours after purchase. If you like to have flower on show at your place for few hours, this place is perfect. Spending 200 dollars in this makes me very angry..... Absolutely stunning florist. My new favourite. Will not just return, but expect I will become a regular. Came in looking for two bouquets, knowing vaguely the sort of flowers I wanted but without the artistic eye to put it together. The incredible florist - whose name I wish I knew to include!! - was so lovely and fun and put together two completely different but both gorgeous bouquets in a matter of minutes (and very reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of the flowers). Was also just a really fun interaction. Flowers weren't for me but I am still smiling about the experience. Highly recommend both for the service and the original and stunning arrangements.

Such a lovely florist,the young lady who served me was so polite, curtious, and professional, the flower's are absolutely amazing, best quality, thanks guy's, look forward coming back.I Also wanted to mention what a outstanding job these guy's did for me,on such short notice, I rang yesterday, in regards to two bunches of flower's to be delivered if possible today,not only did they deliver the flower's, they are the most spectacular beautiful bunches of flower's I've ever seen,I highly recommend these guy's, support them I promise you you won't be disappointed, outstanding job guy's, I can't thank you enough.

The sweetest most helpful lady you will ever meet she organised and packaged my gift in less than 10 minutes including a card as well, organised quick delivery (even waited outside for the driver), the flowers are so beautiful; as well as the custom hand made gifts, I absolutely love the preserved dandelion, will definitely be coming back for more 5 star service soon, if you need help deciding where too buy flowers or gifts; very highly recommend this shop they help with anything needed and more so, service was such a great experience. I had forgotten it was our Wedding Anniversary today. I rang Green Elephant right at the start of business and was helped out by taking photos of current arrangements that were ready to go. Pics were sent to my phone. I selected my arrangement (beautiful!), provided all necessary details + loving message to my wife - completed order 08:20 - Flowers on wife's desk at 09:04 - now that's service - Thanks so much for making my wife's day and getting me out of the deep end! Highly recommend Green Elephant Flowers!

This is my go to florist. The flowers are always fresh and last a while and there is a great selection. Do yourself a favour - If its flowers you are after go to The Green Elephant Florist (near Mascot Post Office) and there is Free Council Parking nearby. I have tried may florists over the years and I don't bother to go elsewhere because Rachel has the best fresh flowers and selection.

I rang around 12pm and got the beautiful flowers delivered to my Sydney friend before 3pm! Rachel was very friendly and super helpful with good suggestions ❤️ I told her that I would like some Gold element and sunflowers, and she designed this absolutely beautiful bouquet which totally surpassed my expectations! Very happy and would highly recommend The Green Elephant florist!

Rachel was absolutely fabulous. We rang half an hour before the shop closed needing flowers delivered to Mascot on a Sunday urgently. She sent me pics of gorgeous flowers immediately and offered to drop them off on the way home. She was a huge help and provided the best customer service possible. Thank you so much!

Excellent service, goes above and beyong a bunch of flowers~ Rachael prepared with taste and care to detail and fabulously presented. Customise gifts are also recommended. Got the first one in the photo from my sister and bought the seconde one for my counsin.
