I really enjoy going the Bexleyheath Gym Group even though it is not my closest gym. I have to drive there but the free 2 hour parking really does encourage me to go often. The staff are super friendly and helpful, Kudos to to Sam for helping me getting back my water bottle which I thought was lost forever.

Great gym, lovely staff members. Equipment is up to bar and short waiting times for them. It’s always clean however at times there is a lack of paper towels especially in the evening hopefully this slight issue is addressed. All in all it’s a great gym for all levels of athletes.

So I decided to change gym the other one got to samey and boring and I’m honestly glad I made the move. This one has a multitude of machines it’s cleaner and everyone appears to be friendly. This gym is further from home however it’s worth it so far so good …

There has to be a better way to hold "learn to lift" classes that don't involve closing off one of the busiest areas of an already busy gym. The trainer closes off two lifting platforms and two squat racks and only uses one lifting platform and one rack.

I've been a member of three different "Gym" locations and this is the worst by far. The main issue is weights not being put back: I thought more staff would help but I've just watched a member of staff put a 22 and 24 dumbbell in a 12 slot.

Excellent classes at this gym! I have been coming to this gym not long after it first opened. I would be hesitant to go elsewhere as the classes are always fun but also feel like you are pushed to do your best every time. I especially look

Excellent staff service, they’re kind and supportive. LOVE that it’s 24/7 with parking close by on the second floor. Clean equipment and a tidy space for me to always work out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone !!!!!

Clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Missing a couple of equipment for legs such as leg curls and weighted calf raises etc but that aside a very good gym with good parking facilities. Top gym. Would recommend

I joined this gym after my son gave me a pass a few times I got on well so after joining I had an induction with Johan who gave me some exercises and good advise I found him to be very friendly and good mannered.

If you come in the winter, make sure you wear a hoodie and lifting gloves. There’s no heating and the weights are freezing cold, it hurts your hands to pick them up. Shame as it is a good gym otherwise

A "budget" gym with premium service and standards! Staff are always friendly and welcoming. It says a lot about a workplace when the staff have worked there since it opened and are still smiling!

I come here regularly, great atmosphere. Fabian at the gym group approached me, was friendly and told me if I need anything I can always come for help - need more people like him working at gyms

First time in this gym received lots of help from a man called Shawn. He showed me around and advised me on workout plans and being consistent with working out to achieve my desired goal.

Good value for money, open 24 hours. staff and PTs friendly and approachable. Shame the members can’t be adults and clear up after themselves but this is being dealt by the new manager

I have been going to this gym for 3 months and the facilities have given me the chance to be more confident. the staff are also really nice people they help when ever you need it.

Ewelina is a brilliant instructor, pushes you to your limit. Always come out of the class feeling I’ve just done the best workout .

Completely packed with no equipment spare, the app also didn't work with the QR codes making things tricker to use. Waste of time.
