The DIY wash bays are pretty good but the staff there are a cluster. Been burnt twice by them now. Once I was quoted a price over the phone only to be told on picking my dogs up later that day that I had actually been underquoted by $20. Second time - I'd just washed my dog there in a bay & booked him in to get just his butt gland checked the following day. On dropping him off the next day I was told he would need a wash as well because, and I quote here, "they couldn't gaurentee that my dog wouldn't be covered in it". Needless to say, I passed on that terrific sales pitch lol. Never in 9 years have I heard that. Even most semi capable groomers can do their glands, give the dog's back end a quick wipe and they're done. So either their groomer is a complete amateur or the staff there are trying to fleece their customers as well? Stick to the DIY wash bays.

Great Dog Wash! Helpful staff and a clean organized environment to wash your pet. They use fresh, not recycled water and the shampoo etc available through their wash are all top notch. These guys also sell a lot of grooming and cleaning products for pets and have a select range of pet foods and treats available. Highly recommended.

Definitely support this business if you care about your pet. Owner went out of his way to keep the store open as he was abo ih t to close for me to wash my 4 legged mate on a really hot day and then gave e a free dog wash to top it off. Good bloke awesome lone of food products at really competitive prices too. What a find!

Great spot to take your dog for a wash and scrub up. Quiet Sundays whenever I have been. The range of stuff they sell in the pet store is not as extensive as some places however the super friendly staff and happy furry friends make this a place I would recommend.

Best place to wash your dog in the outer east - no minimum when using the DIY wash. I get both my dogs groomed here (spaniels), one is anxious and scared of just about everything. The groomer has never had an issue with him nor is he afraid to return.

We only went here for a dog wash, but loved it and will be back. Super friendly staff, lots of baths, pay for how long you need instead of having to put in $10 every time. Looked like good range of pet supplies too.

Very skilled and thorough pet groomer did a fine job of stripping the dead undercoat from our Border Collie, trimming around her feet and hocks and a nice bath leaving her fresh, clean and tidy. Recommended.

Great place to pick up supplies, get your dog groomed professionally or diy baths. Staff is very knowledgeable. Not a huge shop with masses of stock, but they stock quality supplies

I came early in the morning. The staff was most helpful, warming up the water and showing us in. Google said it opens at 11a m on Saturday but it opebs at 9am.
