My wife and I strongly suggest you do not use this Real Estate Agent to sell your most valuable asset. They overestimated the price of our home and preyed on our desire to get the best price so they could sign us up to their 4 month agreement. Most other agents will do a 3 month agreement and this might not mean much initially, unless something goes wrong? They refused to put a sale price on our home even after we asked them twice and on top of that asked us to reduce the price twice after they were the ones who originally set it! When we asked to be released from their agreement, they said “why would we release you and make it easier for the next agent.” They wouldn’t even allow us to have our photos back even after we'd paid in excess of $4,000 for their marketing campaign which included the photos. I sent them emails on at least 2 occasions to which they didn't even reply. They even told one of our perspective buyers that if she was so concerned about interest rates maybe she shouldn't be looking to buy a home. These people give real estate agents a very, very bad name. List your home with them at your own risk.

The team at The Home Bureau have always been so friendly and helpful with any questions I had whilst looking for a new property. They were a breeze to work with and made the whole process smooth and quick. I truly appreciate the high level of customer service and care taken by the entire team whilst making such a huge investment! Will be using this agent again in the future
