I have been a pro customer at Depot for the past decade, and probably spent close to $500,000 since then, just between Lander and the Northgate store. Let me start by saying I RARELY leave reviews for any company, but I felt this one was necessary, as Chuck's willingness to help and find a proper solution to my problem was the perfect example of an examplarary employee, and I won't let it go unnoticed. I hope the manager's or owners of the Lander store are aware of and appreciate Chuck's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers, and that you pay him well enough for what he's worth. Recently I've been trying to order some overlapping stair noses online as they do not carry them in store, and the ones that were delivered did NOT match the color description on the website AT ALL. So I went in to return them, and Chuck went above and beyond by bringing me to their stock inventory to help me find the proper color match. On top of that, I was unable to place an order online because I prefer not to use credit or debit cards and there was no option to order online and pay in store with cash. I'm old fashioned and believe in cash, because I'm a firm believer in no taxation without representaion, especially when our government is under the control of global elites poisoning and enslaving their own population. So using the same banking and credit systems that are increasing the poverty rates, indebting the population, and forcing companies to pay more taxes when we're already taxed 50%+ of our income and can't even own your own home without paying $10,000 a year in taxes (theft) to the government (that's called slavery, by the way), is only complying with your own demise. Anyways, I've done this for years with no problem. You used to be able to create a customer invoice over the phone, they would place the order, and then you would pay in cash when you picked it up. However, since The Great Reset/Covid Scam, society is falling apart, and due to the massive increase in theft and corrupt/bought off politicians signing in laws that make it impossible to penalize thieves, this is apparently no longer an option. Since there was no longer the option online to place the order and pay in store with cash, I contacted the Lander store and got in touch with several different customer service agents and explained the process I've done many times. None of them could help, however I was eventually connected with Chuck (whom I believe is the operations manager..? of the Lander store). Chuck was able to find the perfect soloution for me--where I can come into the store in person, with the sku numbers from the online products not available in store, and then pay in cash, in person, then have it shipped to the store, then come back and pick it up. Although this is still unpreferable to being able to place an order or create an invoice w/ cash as a payment option, and then pay for the product once it's at the store (because it's two car trips versus one), Chuck still managed to find a solution when no one else could. Once I get to the store to pay and place the order, if there is the option to have it shipped directly to the jobsite's address, then this is the perfect solution, because that would mean only one car trip, not two. That concludes my review. Thank you Chuck, and I hope this review reaches whoever is above you and they take it into consideration should Chuck ever need a raise or promotion.
***WARNING*** by reading my email, you may agree with my opinion that Home Depot CEO has been overpowered by Home Depot subcontractors. I am going to try to make a long saga of more than one year, into an informing review so that you do not go through what I went through. For Google employees… I swear under penalties and perjuries that I what I am writing here is true so that this review cannot be reported as incorrect. In addition, I have all the pictures and videos to prove the condition of the doors when they were delivered. Furthermore, I have emails exchanged with Home Depot’s employees regarding this despicable experience and defective product. On June 11, 2021, I purchased custom made Contractors Wardrobe mirror closet doors (“doors”) at the store 4702 in Seattle. Then, the first two sets of doors delivered, the frames were literally FALLING APART from the mirror. The second two set of doors delivered had SCRATCHES ALL OVER on the frames. The third set of doors delivered had the “sticker” in the back of the mirrors FULL OF BUBBLES (the mirrors were not well glued into the sticker as a prevention of the mirror breaking in pieces). The fourth set of doors, WERE THE DOORS THAT HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO ME IN THE PREVIOUS DELIVERIES. These doors were either falling apart from the frame, had scratches, or had bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror. I ended getting one good door with no problems, and the other three doors either have scratches in the frames or bubbles in the sticker behind the mirror. Home Depot offered me to deliver the fifth set of doors. However, when I asked Home Depot employees to assure that the doors were not going to have the frames falling apart from the mirror, scratches in the frames, and/or bubbles in the sticker in the back of the mirror, I NEVER RECEIVED the confirmation. In addition, Home Depot wanted to deliver the doors to the “door,” (the doors were not going to be delivered to my condominium on the 23rd floor). Home Depot also offered to give a reimbursement for the money paid for the doors, but I told them that what I wanted was the doors that I paid for, but never received. I asked them to keep their part of the agreement as I kept mine. That is why I believe that the Home Depot CEO no longer has the power to make Home Depot subcontractors to do their jobs well. I also purchase a washer and dryer tower machine, which was twice delivered with extensive damages. In addition, the delivery company when delivered the third machine, scratched walls, doors, and left a large hole in the dryer duct. The refrigerator I purchased was also delivered twice with damages, but I ended up canceling the purchase due to the problems.
*Update July 1st, 2021* Home Depot sent me a whole new microwave and redid all the work and addressed all of my concerns. The new crew was friendly and competent. *Original Review* I ordered a new microwave and opted to get the installation service from home depot. Words cannot express just how unhappy I am with the service. The installers were in a massive rush, and made so many mistakes. Here's the laundry list of problems: 1. I was missing two important components - the turntable and metal tray. Without the turntable, the glass tray doesn't sit flush and rotate correctly. I noticed this after the installer had left. I messaged him and he said that he had noticed it was missing (which means he lied to me when he finished the install and said that everything was in order), and that I should call the manufacture - they can overnight it for me. 2. The back plate of the microwave was installed incorrectly, and they only used two out of the three bolts to mount the microwave to the top cabinets. As a result of this, the microwave does not sit flush with my cabinets, and wobbles when I open the door. When I pointed it out to the installer, he said, "No, it's level and flush. Look. Also, it's a problem with your cabinetry." Great. So it's both not a problem, and also a problem. 3. The installer made mistakes where the holes for the bolts needed to go, and he drilled massive holes. As a result, I have huge holes in my cabinets. Additionally, the hole for the electrical power was not drilled in the correct location, so the power cable is pinched between my cabinets and the microwave - this also contributed to the microwave not being flush. My biggest problem here is that they were in such a rush. Instead of doing the job right, I now have more problems to fix, and additional damage to my cabinets. 4. They asked me to lay out a towel over the stove. Nevertheless, they left saw dust all over my stove, and there was even blood on the towel. What is going on here? Amateur hour? This is completely unacceptable. I definitely could have done a better job myself. But I needed extra hands to help me with holding the microwave while bolting it in. Save your money and hire someone else to help you if you need help with installation. I've called support, and they said they are going to send someone out next week to help. I'll update my review if they solve my problems.
Worst retail experience I've ever had. I came into the store on the 27th and spoke with a lumber associate about dividing (cutting) a sheet of plywood into 4 even strips for shelves. We discussed exactly how I wanted it cut and he agreed to do it that same evening. I told him I’d be renting a car to come back the following day to pick up between 5-7pm. He assured me multiple times that he would have it done and ready to pick up by that time and instructed me to purchase the sheet at the customer service desk and relay said information. I did exactly that during my visit that same evening. When I couldn’t reserve a car for the following day, I called and got confirmation that it was ok for me to pick up on the 29th or 30th instead. When I arrived on the 30th at 6pm to pick up, I was told that the wood hadn’t been prepared. I reiterated the aforementioned details to the associate who told me that “we don’t cut wood without the customer present”. The 3 associates I spoke with in the days preceding this never mentioned that. I was extremely upset by this, as I had spent $42 renting a car just to pick up the wood. This associate repeatedly tried to get ahold of someone in lumber to cut the wood while I was there but wasn’t able to get through to anyone. I eventually left, as I couldn’t extend the reservation of the car I had rented and couldn’t afford the $50 late return fee. I’ve now wasted money on other materials that I bought for the shelves, yet I have no wood, and no feasible way to acquire said wood, as I can’t afford to rent another car. I was ultimately treated as though my time and money is completely disposable, despite being decidedly communicative throughout every step of the ordeal. I never even received an explanation for why this occurred, aside from “we don’t cut wood without the customer present”. I could have waited there for it to be cut on the 27th, 28th, 29th, or any other day prior to renting the car, had someone just told me that. There’s really no excuse for why this happened.
This had to be the best experience in a home improvement store that one could ask for. The Downtown Seattle store (among other retailers throughout the state) was dealing with call after call and request after request for any and all portable air conditioning units. Having had a 110 degree day in Seattle (which hasn't ever happened in my lifetime), all stores were out of stock. I was visiting my parents and realized they needed a replacement. Saw online that this store would have it. They hadn't received it. Had been waiting a couple days for an emergency shipment by truck coming to the Seattle area. There was hope though. Many of us arrived around 5AM and it was down to only a handful who could wait and waited. Managers, Mike, Cody (who greeted every single person with a smile at 5AM who was waiting in line), and Dan (from the Merchandising Team) were so kind, incredibly empathetic and were just as hopeful as we were. It didn't help that we waited with our carts in the section of empty a/c shelves. They knew we were doing our best not to leave without an a/c unit. They even graciously brought us bottled water. They did not need to do that but it was a simple yet kind gesture. By chance and patience, the truck arrived 4 hours later and they led us to what felt like gold. I seriously will NEVER shop anywhere beside Home Depot from now on. In fact, Downtown Seattle (Lander location) is my place. Thanks so much to the kind, honest and incredibly amazing team at Home Depot Lander. You have a 'forever' customer. On a separate note, Dan (in the pic) mentioned to a small group of us that he has been working for with Home Depot for 18 years - we get it. Clearly a great company. You can get items from anywhere - but it's the people that make a business stand out.
Don't waste your time ordering online for pickup to save time. I placed an order for this location because the closer location did not have the number of shackles that I need in stock. My order consisted of 5 products of varying quantity. I received an email that 3 of the 5 items where ready for pickup and the other items where being shipped! I called the 800 number and told them to cancel the order that was going to be shipped, I just received an email days later that the items where shipping on the canceled order. I did not need the items to show up a week later. I went to the store to pickup my order and purchase what the picker clearly only spent a minute trying to find and then gave up. 1 of my 3 items was at one pickup location and the other two items was at the pro desk. After purchasing the parts the picker left out of the order I left. I know have parts showing up in a week that I do not need and will have to make a trip back to the store to return. What a waste of my time this online order has been, its 2022 how hard could it be to get an online order with 5 products right. Why did they automatically assume to ship me products that were not in picked?
Always impossible to find an associate to assist or answer questions. Online inventory counts are never correct ( if less than 10 are listed inline skip it and go to Dunn) and when i try to call ahead to confirm stock before coming down I get a huge attitude even though I have a manged account! Never buy lumber from here its terrible and next to impossible to find a straight 2*4. Just go to Dunn! They maybe a bit more but much better quality and I can not tell u how much better service! Pro tip: order ahead so u just walk in and pick up ur items at pro desk and leave. When ordering online do not trust the ETA to ur house or to the store. I have not had anything arrive ontime or even within a week of date listed online. Regardless of if your pro account or managed account it does not matter your buying power if and when you can skip Home Depot DO IT! everywhere else appreciates your business even if your just a homeowner replacing your showerhead i promise McClendon's, Ace or Dunn is a much better value better quality better customer service better trained associates who actually have product knowledge
Well I used to frequent (as in go here every day almost) this particular HD store until a few days ago. The normal employees that I interacted with are amazing, key word in that sentence is "NORMAL". I just happened to ask an employee about something in particular and she wasn't sure what it was so she got her manager, well the manager didn't even know what it was. So I explained to them both it's this thing that you guys do once a week and it does this and this and shows this and that. The manager in the most condensing voice you can imagine said exactly " yea, well there is no way im giving that to you. You dont need it, but you're more then welcome to check out the shelves and see what's there." I asked why not? Again. And he said " because you dont need it and I dont want to give it to you" at this point another "manager" chimed in and was like " yea no. In my 18 years of working here nobody asked for that so you're not getting it either" so I just said ok and walked out. Now I'm going to return absolutely everything that I have bought at this particular store and never shop there again.
Every single time I buy spray paint from this home depot, the spray paint comes out thick and rubbery, destroying anything I paint. This has happened at least 5 times in the last two years and each time before I go to purchase spray paint from them, I ask if they’ve fixed the issue and each time they assure me they have. If I buy the exact same spray paint anywhere else, it’s fine. I was desperate last night and in a hurry to get home, so I grabbed a thing of spray paint in a section that had just been restocked thinking that new spray paint wouldn’t be f’ed. I had nice clean shelves to spray paint and then I’d be done with my house and ready to put it on the market. But nope, the first shelf I tried to paint is now covered in sticky, rubbery paint and completely destroyed. Also, while I was there a worker was destroying hundreds of dollars worth of perfectly good wood because ‘it’d already been entered into the system’, so they couldn’t sell it and therefore, instead of donating it, it’s better to make sure no one could possibly benefit from their mistake.
I've been advised not to give out any specific details just yet, but I beg you---if you're having anything delivered from Home Depot be sure that you make a recording, including both audio and video, starting at the front door and ending when they leave your house or building and drive away. It's important that you document the entire delivery. Bad things can happen, and if they do, you will be glad you have a legally-admissible record of it. If they refuse to allow you to record what they're doing, then you should refuse the delivery. TRUST ME. Or, just Google the horror stories yourself. Search for your local Home Depot store, then read the bad reviews. Many of them are related to delivery issues--far too many for it to just be a coincidence. Unfortunately, leaving a bad review is the only option for many people, since without a record it's just you said/they said. (Although, in my experience, it's more like "I said/And then I had to say it again three times until someone actually listened"--but that's probably not a Home Depot-specific issue. Do better.
Worst customer service. Went in looking for the self service key maker, couldn’t find it so I asked an employee. He said they don’t have one anymore, ask for Patrick on aisle (I don’t remember sorry) I go there, see him and say “you Patrick” he rudely says “I don’t know you”. I tried to apologize and tell him I was told to ask for him and I need keys made. He tells me he’s making other keys right now and “maybe” he’ll make mine. I stepped back to wait, but then told him I’d actually rather just go somewhere else. His tune kind of changed? He immediately said he’d make them, but not with a friendly tone. I did end up waiting because I didn’t want to have to come back in the morning. I honestly think this may have been his kind of humor, but it didn’t land. It came off rude and condescending, not at all in a joking way, if it even was supposed to be in a joking way? Either way it just was a not great experience there
I am writing this for my dissatisfied experience I had with Home Depot in SODO district regarding my appliance buying experience. I came here to buy several appliances for my place and when I talked to the sales person they mentioned that there will be a 20% sale the next day on all yellow tag items. I arrived and picked 3 yellow tag items and 1 non tag item. After getting the appliances picked I went through the buying process and when it came to the 20% discount I was not discounted 20% for all yellow tag items. At the end, in tiny little writing said "only selected items". This is a total bait and switch because the sales person didn't even know which items were discounted. I ended in not buying all the appliances leaving the store in frustration and disappointment for wasting my time. #localguides
Multiple employees were rude to me in 1 of my visits @ Lander St. Home Depot in SoDo neighborhood even 1 lady @ the customer service dept. 3 employee's in 1 visit back to back was like they really need to teach their team how to treat customers especially when you choose to work at a job where it entails working with customers and then you're rude it's like if you can't treat people good or are having problems in your personal life & can't separate it then why are you working in a job where you got to deal with people get a job working in a warehouse or something. That goes not just employee's@ Home Depot but all jobs where you have to communicate with the public in 1 way or another!
As a person who likes most people and has been in customer service for many years, I have never been treated with such disrespect as RAMONE back in Receiving greeted me with. My husband I I deliver to many home Depots for a local shipper. As he proceeded to tell my appointment was yesterday, I told him I would call my shipper to find out what was going on Ramone proceeded to snidely say ( I DON'T CARE WHO YOU CALL). We are just trying to do a service without getting slapped in the face with Ramones' bad attitude. I refuse to be a punching bag for someone who doesn't like his job or who doesn't treat others with basic respect.
Annoying spot; always very, very slow. Most recently on a slow Monday afternoon I waited 20 mins and asked for help three times, each time they paged someone I think, to have them unlock the lightbulb case to get a single lightbulb. Was never able to get the lightbulb. When I went back to the front and told them they could cancel the page because I had to get home, the response was: “No problem.” Maybe they were just having a bad day, but this sort of thing seems to happen at this location. If you value your time at all just go somewhere else or, ugh, order from Amazon.
The Federal way store in boise has the absolutely hands down BEST team that ive ever dealt with. Top to bottom they know how to get you what you need. However, every HD i went to in the Seattle area....listless employees who turn around when they see you, empty shelves where all the decently priced stuff displays, and overfilled with the more expensive but worth less option. Small parking lots, EVERYTHING is locked down. Small selection in departments that actually offer a retail choice. Basically telling contractors, "YEAH WERE STRICTLY DEALING WITH DIY HOMEOWNERS NOW"
I've been to Home Depot in various places lately, the service is better than before. The floor inside the store is clean and no trash. I came to buy 2 of 4x4 wooden posts and some parts. They were quickly found where the lumbar was. Everything has been raised prices, but it can't be helped. I always see the gardening center at the end. There are lots of indoor and outdoor plants and I buy something while I'm watching. The colorful flowers and trees are fascinating and always exceed my budget. Shop all your home improvement needs at the store or online.
Was shopping there for the first time today and got some gutter guards, a cordless drill and some lumber. There were a ton of people working and it was easy to find help when I needed to unlock the cordless drill. Their selection of lumber is also the best in the area. And when the gutter guards didn't have certain screws in the box that were supposed to come with it, the store manager refunded me 50% and promised to send me screws basically the next day so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back.
From all the THD store that i visited withing 30 miles radius i have to said that i was disappointed with the selection, which it was not that bad, but lacking in comparison with the other store, or maybe simply due to the current situation of the market, in any case the store was well maintain and have most of the stuff i went to get to, but if you can go to another THD closest to this one, you might want a try that,.. but if want you need is something comment, you might be able to find it here.
Employees are always too busy to help. There are never enough lumber carts inside. So if you're buying anything that's heavy you have to get your own cart from the parking lot. If they're all being used tough. I had to carry three internal doors from the back of the store to the front and no one offered any help or to give me a cart. Oh also it's only self-checkout most of the time. They almost always out of stock on the things I need which are everyday items.
This place really sucks - nobody in paint but a manager started one can for me and the left, 15 minutes later, after I asked for a person to come back at the desk, another manager walks over and hands me the finished paint, but leaves without mixing my second can - he said he was sorry and was so incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. He didn’t care I’d be standing in paint waiting for someone else to do what he could have done
When some other fireplace store wanted $3500 to finish my fireplace surround, I decided to visit this Home Depot store. Dropped $153 and did the work myself. This downtown store is a bit of a drive for everyone, but this was the BIGGEST and NICEST home depot I have ever been inside. They had everything, and it was super clean and the staff was very chill and nice. Got a big project, consider visiting this store.
08/04/23: I had a great experience here with their staff. I went to buy some heavy-duty tapes for my work and their staff is attentive and friendly guiding me to right directions. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. The experience was smooth and enjoyable. The store has everything you need in your home. The store is clean and well maintained with clear signs for different items. Would love to be back soon
Home Depot is a joke of a corporation for not having a back up method to process transactions if a card isn't working with their card readers. If I was on their board I'd feel like a complete failure for the company's incompetence to offer customer service. It will be a joy when they are all replaced by robots from CEO on down. The height of mediocrity, no wonder the owner uses his money how he does.
the best hardware store I've ever experienced. staff were helpful and friendly, two associates actually asked if I needed help instead of having to chase someone around like I usually do at Lowes. Selection was good, found exactly what I was looking for, with competitive prices. Definitely going to come here instead of the Lowes on Rainier even though this Home Depot is a little farther from me.
It was a great experience. Alan and Clem were great to work with and made it happen. We had a scheduled delivery date for December 18th, and they were able to get it delivered on the 15th of December. That saved us time and money on our project, and our client was super happy. Emerald City Builders LLC will definitely get our next take off with Alan and Clem at Home Depot in Utah St Seattle WA
Unfortunately, this home-improvement store is the most convenient to my house, but I avoid it now whenever I can. The check-out crew are typically great, but my experience with the floor staff is that, at best, they avoid interacting with customers, and, at worst, are rude, dismissive or interject their unsolicited political views. The store is a mess compared to other area locations.
Saw a tool online that said there were 3 in stock, the shelf was empty and was told by the tool associate they were actually out. Went to the next aisle and found the tool above the aisle myself. It then took 30 minutes to get someone to get it down for me. Please train your employees to look instead of taking the easier option of sending people away empty handed.
My partner and I had a really terrible experience with a secondary company for getting our appliances delivered and installed. We came in person and Dylan (not sure his last name!) was incredible. He was apologetic, very knowledgeable and understanding, and helped correct the mistakes. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Thank you!
What happened to home Depot. You gotta sacrifice your first born to get someone to help you find something. Used to be full of dad's who loved to help you, now they just search their hand held device and tell you what you're looking for is on the other side of the store in some bay that doesn't exist. Did COVID kill home Depot? Good lord.
I have yet to see a tree that grows as crooked as the 2x4's Home Depot sells. Also, if you ever get the chance to go dumpster diving at a Home Depot, you absolutely will not be disappointed. I mean, you will be because of how wasteful they are, but it's a rare thing to experience pure bliss in a dumpster.. Live long and prosper
I had surgery last weekend and needed a little assistance today. Without even knowing that I was injured, Kenshawn saw me struggling in the parking lot, asked if I needed help and then helped me load up my wood. You’re an awesome human being Kenshawn. Thank you. I never ask for help, But he could tell I needed it. Great employee!
I think this is s great HD, others may seem bigger but this one hasn't let me down and in adjacent to downtown, a 7 min walk from the lightrail, 101, 150(sodo busway)..5 min walk from 132, 131 busses walking west on lander..2 min walk from 21 Bus line walking west on lander and 12 min walk from 124 bus line walking west on lander
The Home Depot delivery team visited my home on March 22. They delivered a Samsung kitchen set which was all the wrong color. On March 29, my wife told me that she took a pregnancy test and was not sure specifically which of the delivery employees got her pregnant. We will be suing The Home Depot for child support. Thank you.
This place is not good. The staff although appearing to be helpful, have no idea what's going on?! Whether this is down to low staffing I don't know? Things all over the place on random shelves, abandoned carts all over the place and infrastructure of stuff people are looking for! I won't be back, place is a mess!
The young woman who I first approached was too busy making a video of herself eating an apple to help me and the customer service person she dumped me on was surly at best. I just wanted some wall clips and a plant or two but I left rather than risk interacting with either of them again. Do not recommend.
This location has a great selection of plants, seeds and gardening supplies. Everything is in good condition and well organized. My only issue was nobody in the gardening section outside could help me find what I needed. They need to hire at least one person with gardening knowledge/experience.
This home Depot has been hit heavily by shoplifters. Are they closing their doors? Heck no, they are fighting back! Expect excellent knowledgeable staff to help you with your building needs but the stock has to be half locked up so it isn't stolen. Same great store it's always been.
Horrible customer service. Twice I've been questionined by a male associated if the part I was buying was right. One time I showed the serial number of the part was compatible with the equipment and the guy said, "well look at you! So many women don't know what they are doing".
The customer service person gave me quite a bit of attitude and took FOREVER when I was trying to pick up orders for delivery. She also gave me the wrong quantity of items and when I tried to nicely suggest a way to help speed up the process she got very defensive.
Mannnnnn I don't know how to feel people are cool but asking for help or insight does not go very far at this store at all. Home depot use to be people retired from a trade and they work in that department. Just a bunch of kids slinging parts out here. …
Worst home depot in the city, horrible customer service considering its a place you need a ladder for so many things, the people are rude, I didn’t catch any names but the manager is the worst, you can tell they have no idea how to organize or schedule staff
Today I was trying to rent a truck but everywhere else is fully booked. Found HD online with availability and those people in tool rental department were very easy to deal with, especially the old gentleman. Deserves a thumbs up! This place saved my moving.
Best people/hard working crew ive ever had experienced.. helped us in every way. Kind , polite. Unlike Lowe's. Very unhinged workers who Literally ran from us as we tried getting help. I believe Lowe's won't be seeing me nor my freinds too much
Wasted my lunch break trying to buy wood here—no one in the lumber section to cut it down to size and no response from paging. It’s the middle of the day, on a Saturday! At least an associate tried to help me find someone, so thanks to her.
In general, if I was more confused and understood less, I might work here. But no matter how much I try I can't match colors and use enough drugs to rattle my mind. Two stars for being big and orange. The third in hopes you find your soul
I like this location. Easy to get to and well supplied with what I'm looking for. If you're able to find a service person, they are generally helpful with what you need. Still, Home Depot is a place I avoid unless there is no alternative.
Everything is always in stock (which seems to be an issue at most other stores). The staff is really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately thanks to all the theft, they make you feel like you stole something the second you enter the store.
Not my favorite home Depot, tends to be crowded noisy and just in seeming disarray. Also relatively small by comparison to some of the others. That said, staff is friendly enough, and as helpful as one could expect from a home Depot
They have armed private security at this store. Guns have no place in this city and definitely do not belong at the hardware stores. Fix your gross mistake before it's too late and someone gets hurt or killed over some hardware.
Had the employees helping me with cutting wood with the power saw. And 5 stars especifically for Izaya (Zay) that helped me find everything I was looking for in this huge store with no time. He was very knowledgeable and nice.
Stores are laid out nearly identical to each other so finding something is not usually a problem. There also seems to be available associates who will answer questions and help you if you need them unlike other locations
Visited Lander store twice today. Even 5 minutes before closing the woman in plumbing was so nice to help me find the right drain. Security guard so good looking he could be a part-time model but keep his day job too .
It is wonderful to have a Home Depot so accessible to downtown Seattle. The folks at this store have always been very helpful also. Do not leave anything in your car here though. It's not the best area sadly.
Of all the home depots in this area this one is by far the best. People are friendly and helpful. Completely different from the one in Tukwila. Will make the drive over here to do business with them.
Who doesn't love home Depot? It's a very big place but it's not too hard to navigate. Plenty of employees to help you get to where you need to very friendly and knowledgeable people.
Very good Home Depot, workers were helpful and did things fast. One issue I had was when I went to get a candy bar all of them were covered in saw dust and had gunk all over it.
this is the worst home depot ever management is horrible the scheduled deliveries are total mess they need to fire everyone and re-hire managers and good hard working employees
Was looking for a 12 volt LED high LUMEN bulb for my SQUID light system. They had the bulb that I was looking for. Got excellent service and help from the staff …
It's alright. However! They need to hire better greeters and when I asked the lady in aisle she pointed across the store and spoke very poor English.
They always have what I am looking for. Unlike most “big box stores” there are nearby staff available to help find those items on my shopping list.
Shopping was good. The only thing was whentrying to find a compact magnetic drill guide by itself they only had 2 selections of 2 different brands.
They're short-staffed. It's sometimes hard to find things around the store and find someone to help locate things.
Pleasantly welcomed and treated well. Very happy with my visit as I researched some products for future purchase
Bough tools, a bit bummed with the customer service. Find it better to just go online with my purchases.
The new manager and his staff have really turned this Home Depot into a great experience when shopping!
Usually have what I need but not very many people, who know what they are doing or can just help.
Huge, didn't have stock listed online, Nice folks working there. It's Home Depot, whaddya want?
Helpful staff. Not quite the I inventory I was looking for but overall good shopping experience
The store is OK. The parking lot could use a makeover. Most of the employees are courteous.
Happy to drive an extra 15 minutes, pass Lowes, for the better service and inventory at HD.
Or Review the hardware upgrade and yes my head has been cut off only I can mute Maine.
Securities uptight but it's nice to know you have a safe place to go to the bathroom
It’s pretty good here, although there were no cashiers and only self checkout.
Always has what I need, Prices are better that a lot of other hardware stores.
Poor customer service no body helps any body here. Lazy people work here.
Your average Home Depot… not the most organized but gets the job done.
Got a problem the store has excellent staff that give helpful advise
