SHAME ON YOU! The Home Depot technicians stood us up TWICE IN ONE DAY. They said they'd show up at our home from 7am-12pm. a FIVE HOUR window and they just decided not to show up. THEY DID NOT CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY WEREN'T COMING. When we spoke to customer service, they could only promise another 5 hour window. The technician finally called us saying he'd be there at 4:30pm. 1 hour and a half later (5:30pm) HE HAS STILL NOT SHOWN UP. Are you serious? We took the entire morning off of work to get this done and they don't even have the decency to call us and let us know. Incredible. SHAME ON HOME DEPOT. *EDIT: I ALREADY DM'D @homedepotCanada ON TWITTER AND NO RESPONSE.. STOOD UP AGAIN.. SHAME.

Went for a few things and was satisfied with how organized they are and so professional staff they know exactly where the things are did my purchase quick and easy with the help of friendly staff. One stop for all your home needs and much more. The quality and the products in huge range make it easy to pick the best we want, very impressive organized helpful, keep up the quality and service. I think I need to rent a room at Home Depot! Do you mount of time I spend in the stores is ridiculous. Today, had to stop in to grab a few items for a job and realize that I’ve never been at this location before. Very clean, well stocked and organized store. Joked and laughed with a few staff members along the way and ultimately had a great experience. Keep up the great work

I would like to give a shout-out to Associate Saranjeet from Home Depot store # 7114 for going above and beyond in assisting me. I was looking for an electric start power cord for my snow blower. The item was nowhere to be found at its usual location. Saranjeet got a high ladder to retrieve the cord from the stock on the topmost shelf.

The prices here suck! Look for flooreno or cosmorama and get all your supplies for less. Same brand but less expensive than Home Depot who has a huge overhead cost paying numb skulls to walk around and act like they can truly help. Listen i those guys you will end up in the ditch

We needed some last minute materials for a show we were doing at The Toronto Fringe Festival and Home Depot had all the supplies we needed - paint, wood, and thin plank like material. Staff were very friendly and helpful in cutting the board to the size we needed for free.
