One of the worse customer service you will experience. Not once but every time we have visited. No one even bother to even say hi. This time is even worse. After waiting in the que this lady decided to leave the counter and get on the phone in a different language. Speak English atleast and not be so rude. Not every one speak your language and we live in an English speaking country. When leaving she said one min and pointed her finger towards us. She didn't even return so we left. Just shocking. Just visit and experience yourself the most rudest shop in Melton. No wonder this shop has less than 3 stars.

We visited this place after shopping in Coles. They have great variety of Indian groceries. Love the brands of spices as its very good quality. Good to see a shop that sells quality Indian Groceries in Melbourne. Also good convenience as they have Kumar Sweet Shop items here too. Will be back soon...

I had an exceptional experience at the Indian Bazaar in Melton. The samosas were simply the best, and Kumars Sweets' Samosa deserves a special mention for their deliciousness. The customer service was outstanding, making my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Only shopped there twice and got the same lady serving at the front counter. Doesn't say a word, and doesn't even offer a receipt. Had to ask twice and she looked at me like I was speaking another language and got really huffy. Geez lady don't work there if you hate your job so much!!

Poor quality samosa and the price of samosa Is worst.also the lady at the counter so rude.don’t write again if you don’t like your quality go where you like.better do something better.don’t make money from old food.

Worst place to shop price is more than double for every items compare to other Indian grocery’s and on top customer service is very bad need to improve quality in samosas as well

Ridiculous prices on items. I’ve left the shop so many times to buy from other Indian stores. Some items are $5 more than other stores charge.
