This was the worse holiday experience we ever had - - Customer service is abysmal and nonchalant: no proper confirmation given after payment of advance for 2 days and only received a normal WhatsApp msg after repeated follow ups, no letterhead or anything. The staff was also not fully aware about our booking and on reaching spent 15 mins explaining to 3 to 4 diff people. The owner didn't even bother to reply when we messaged him with a grievance - The sheets in our villa had not been changed.. THE PILLOW CASES AND BEDSHEET had HAIR on it when we just entered our Villa. At first the staff said they changed the bedsheet and "forgot" about the pillows.. and on pointing out the hair on the bedsheet they simply just changed the bedsheet without offering as much as an apology.. - The villa is spacious but the living room has NO AC and a part of it is a glass ceiling which made it feel like an oven. Forcing you to spend time only in the room - 80% of the items we called to eat were not available (response being "the kirana guy hadn't come" or that not many guests order it so they just don't bother), ..and for a KERALA themed place, there is practically no south Indian food, just north Indian and Chinese. We only got one measly idli after asking across 5 meals. The food in general, however, is quite good and that's the only reason for 1 star - The staff is not very helpful and not trained well to be hospitable, when the games room (which also doesn't have any AC) was locked, they expected us to go find out about keys at the front gate(which we refused) and when leaving there was no one to even open the gates. - The animal farm is just multiple animals (incl a golden retriever) behind cages - The whole property is under construction yet and everything is pretty much makeshift. There are loads and loads of workers all around the place Considering how expensive the place is, save your money and go literally anywhere else. Some Kerala style architecture doesn't make it a Kerala Village... the management should maybe take a basic hospitality course or at least complete construction before hosting guests. A complete joke of a place We were here to celebrate a birthday but the experience surely ruined the day

This was an amazing experience of 2 days of stay at the property In Shahapur. One of the best experiences one can have with family or friends is at Kerala Village resort. The overall ambience, service, location, rooms decor is at par with a five star property at a reasonable cost. I would like to seriously put in a word of appreciation for the entire staff here...they are always at service with a very positive attitude towards customer delight.. the reception, the checkin team, F&B team, the kitchen staff, the owner everybody was excellent...the property and ambience is just serene.. Pool and other stuffs is on process. Very soon it will be available. Still it's a complete relaxing package for the entire family and friends. Great property for large scale events with a cozy stay.

Thank you for the stay Kerala Village. Highlights: 1) Staff was extremely courteous and prompt. Great with dogs also in case you're traveling with a pet. They provide fresh food for dogs as well such as chicken / rice /eggs as requested (chargeable) 2) breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Their breakfast items include a vast menu. Food was fresh and hot while served. We tried the Chinese and tandoori dishes as well which were great. Special mention to the tandoori paneer tikka and paneer malai tikka! 3) Hiking trails nearby: if you're here for a weekend with your pets make sure you hike around the property. It's absolutely stunning! Overall a must stay. :)

i had gone there with my family.. the place is very quiet and farway from city noises.. cool place for family outing.. i had stayed in one of the villas.. villas are spacious and very nicely kept.. the staff is also friendly.. the entire place is still undergoing major construction work near the villas.. hence not fully operational with advertised amenities.. though must visit place...

It's a very nice project approx 12km from shahapur on Mumbai nashik road, with all amenities like swimming pool , health club inside and especially its gated community which is a must for remote places from safety perspective. The project theme and the design is very nice and also the material used inside the home is of a very good quality. The lay out of row house is well planned giving spacious 2beds and spacious living room with from and back door open for good ventilation. Overall it should be a good choice as a second home at max 3hrs drive from Mumbai. Only thing is it seems to be over priced for such a remote location.

Loved the ambience of this place Our villa particularly had river on one side, and entrance side had a pretty garden and lawn Villa was spacious and clean. Had 2 bedrooms with AC Activities- Enjoyed the horse ride My child enjoyed petting animals like dog, rabbits, horse and cats. Indoor games like pool, tt, carrom were there. Outdoor games like cricket kit, basket ball and badminton rackets were provided Staff was co-operative, food was good & tasty but choices were limited Swimming pool is under construction but we didn't miss it so much Overall a great stay!!

It is an amazing place with all Kerla Vibe, place where you can visit with family , office colleagues and friends also. Very supportive staff, river around the resort it is like a diamond necklace of the resort. Must visit small zoo and meet with parrot, rabbit,Dog...well care and clean and neat place .I will give 5 Star for this place.

We visit there in last week...stayed one night.. Place was good...we stayed in 4 bhk bunglow was impressive... food also in amazing love it... Zoo also there but just to say the least.. A lot of development is going on and they will appear in the next few years.. We enjoy ..nice place..staff..service also good....

It was a wonderful place,the house we lived in was too too good. Kerala in our very own Maharashtra. The staff were polite and the quality of food was great. We felt like we were in God's Own Country. A great experience.

Excellent place, great ambience, good food and a very warm staff, personal care given by the owners of the property. Had booked the resort for my 25th wedding anniversary, and they made it a pleasant memory with their courteous hospitality.
