Did not show up to court multiple consecutive times without notice. When confronting her about it over the phone, she spoke as if it wasn't an enormous inconvenience. She blamed one of the no call/no show events on the attorney she contracted my case out to, which was the first time I'd heard of it. After a lot of headache, she offered me a partial refund. If you need help with a minor traffic ticket, it will be a painful process here. Seek help elsewhere.
