***BE AWARE - DO NOT DRY CLEAN HERE!! I brought in a brand new shirt, I only asked them to iron it. When I took it home I realized that it was damaged with stains so I took it back and showed them the issue. The person there said they were going to try to fix it and that the owner (Edward or Anwar) would call me. The owner never called. After a day or two I went to pick it up. The owner was there but in addition to not being able to fix the shirt, they had the nerve to accuse me of going home and swapping it out for a different shirt (to scam them or something???). It was so insulting that I was taken aback. Not only did they not take responsibility, but to add insult to injury they also accused me of lying. This was a $600 Dior shirt that I had never worn before and all I wanted was to have it ironed. EDIT: The owner claims the shirt is not the one. When: a- The owner never received or gave me the shirt. b- The person who received the shirt was there with the owner afterwards and she said in front of the owner she wasn't sure, as she didn't remember it. c- The owner just pointed at the poster that says "they are not responsible". They will not take responsibility, you can see from other reviews.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me after I had posted this review. But instead of staying true to his own policies, he shamed me for posting a review and offered me $25 to take it down. I initially chose this place bc of their high ratings, but now I'm questioning if I was the first one to be bribed. ORIGINAL: Unreliable dry cleaning and an awful customer service. They damaged a $275 coat with multiple holes and tears, delayed a week to resolve the issue, and told me that the most they could compensate was $50. The owner’s reason was that the fabric was delicate, even tho the whole purpose of dry cleaning is to clean delicate garments. The policy by the counter clearly states that they will compensate up to 10 times the fee for a damaged garment, but the owner refused to take the responsibility because this one “didn’t count”. At the end of our 20 min conversation, he threatened me that either I take his offer or leave empty handed. Highly encourage everyone to avoid this place.

I wish I didnt have to post here to speak to someone but unfortunately i was told my laundry would not be washed after being charged. I asked for a refund they said no I asked to speak to someone and the front desk attendant told me no this was just before telling me tthere was a new policy to pay in advance for the laundry service and dry cleaning. They were now stating after charging me they would not be washed and I would have to wait to find out about a refund. I will certainly remove this negativity review once i have either my refund or the washed laundry back. Pretty crazy I have to go thru this method to reach someone. I just want to be able to drop off laundry and pick up washed not have to deal with the drama from one attendant that either doesnt like her job or having a bad day. All the rest of the other staff i have dealt with here have been polite and professional.

Update: the owner reached out about my unfortunate dry cleaning experience and was very understanding and generous with trying to find a solution. ———————— I can’t speak for their self serve washing, but their service and dry cleaning is abominable. I brought a silk dress in with a dairy stain on it. When it came back the stain was still there. They offered to send it in again, free of charge, but when it came back the stain was still visible and the silk dress had been stapled to the plastic wrapping, creating stun in the fabric. There’s nothing they would do so I took it to my old dry cleaners who removed the stain on the first try with no issue. Do not go here for your dry cleaning. One of the women working, who I interacted with twice was also very rude to begin with.

I can’t truly put into words how excited I am about this place. I came in to check it out when it opened and the staff were SO nice! They showed me around and answered any questions I had. I’m back to do laundry now and it’s so clean I could cry. All of the laundry carts roll smoothly, all the machines are new and sparkly and there’s a good variety of sizes. I opened one of the machines and the sweet smell of clean laundry drifted out. It’s nice and bright and there’s plenty of room for folding and sorting. There’s also a kids play area when you walk in. Oh and how could I forget! You don’t need quarters!! There’s a laundry card system which is really easy to use. I AM IN LOVE.

UPDATE: The owner personally called me to fix this issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. I appreciate the personal phone call and the customer service to address a problem and fix it so quickly. This is a great example of how all businesses should listen to their customers and take action to nip issues in the bud asap. thank you! I had an expensive dress dry cleaned here. They used safety pins to put the dress on the hanger even tho it had straps. It was a heavy dress and now I have two big noticeable holes in the sides. I don’t understand why this is a common practice at dry cleaners. Please stop using safety pins and putting holes in expensive garments!

The Laundry Hub and especially the owners are incredible at communication, details, service, and the quality of the cleaning speaks for itself. We just had some of the best customer service on top of the best dry cleaning experience with this location. They assessed every single item we had and treated it with high regard we felt very safe working with them, the prices are affordable. Our clothes look brand-new, Mr.Anwar and his staff were very assuring on the quality, it's hard to find real people and small business owners that are as determined to out shine!

I love this place - I have my laundry picked up, washed and delivered in a timely manner at a great price. The employees are so kind and professional. It makes it so easy to get laundry checked off my list of things to do. The location is clean and tidy and so accommodating- the machines all are new and there’s even a kids area so your kids can play. My laundry comes back folded, accounted for and smelling fresh. Absolutely a lifesaver! Thank you for your excellent and reliable customer service!

EDIT: the owner called directly and addressed the issue. i appreciate the direct conversation and effort to resolve the problem. they helped find all the dry cleaning and delivered in a speedy manner. thank you for addressing the problem my experience was with dry cleaning— and they had extremely terrible customer service. my dry cleaning is still not here.. and they cannot explain why. they said i have to keep calling every day to check in…. not sure what to do at this point

Can’t recommend this laundry enough, it's exceptional! Friendliest staff you’ll meet. I just want to mention few of the services, free Drop off and pickup services, same day services, dry cleaning, wifi and charging stations, even a kids station. Good way to keep the kiddos busy while getting the laundry done. The best of all is how squeaky clean the environment and machines are! Hands down best laundromat in bedstuy!! So happy this place exists!

This is my favorite laundry spot in the neighborhood! I am always greeted by Antonia with a smile and warm welcome. She helps me with any questions I have and also we just have great conversations! It’s a clean spot with machines that actually clean your clothes and the dryers work fast/efficiently. They also have drop off service, dry cleaning, and even tailoring! Thank you to Antonia for making every visit great!

Great place, clean and friendly. Very convenient card as well. Claudi and the owner are the best staff, they regularly go the extra mile when I speak with them. I left my paycheck over night one time, and they returned it to me. My only complaint is I wish the rest of the staff where as knowledgable or helpful as those two. When they're not there, small things can become a hassle.

CHILD FRIENDLY , CLEAN AND FRIENDLY MANAGER This place is so clean and their additional dry cleaning services are great. But what I love the most is I can bring my children here and they have a play area to keep them occupied. The manager is very friendly and accommodating also. Now he has tailoring available too!!! We've been coming here for over a month now with no complaints.

I really love the service at The Laundry Hub. The ladies are sweet and helpful. They always wash our (my mom and I) clothes well, and I love how they neatly fold our clothes. I admire that they always greet my mom by name when we drop off and pick up our laundry. I also love how CLEAN it is including their washer and dryer machines. Their dry cleaning service is good too.

Omg finally a place you can feel like you at home! Super friendly and hospitality is superb. I was one of their first customers to go try and I fell in love with place all new machines super super clean place. There is no chaos like the old place all machines work great you don’t have to wait around for machines or dryers. Totally recommend this place hands down!

The Laundry Hub is the best!! Anwar took the time to learn my name, and now greets me every time I come in. My laundry is always clean and I’ve never had anything get lost or treated incorrectly in regards to its care instructions. They really put the meaning behind “service with a smile,” even behind the face masks thanks to COVID. I highly recommend them!

Excellent, everything is new and it is huge and very clean. Employees/owners are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that each time I’ve been here there’s been obnoxiously loud television blaring. This time it’s Kidz Bop which is a good way to drive your adult customers insane, especially when the Christmas videos come on.

Really sorry to report that this place is very dishonest and has really terrible service. I never do this but I have watched myself and other get jipped here. They tell you one price and charge you another, and the service people are extremely disorganized and hostile. I use them for dry cleaning I don’t know about regular laundry

Clean clean environment new machines you have to buy a charge card which is approximately $1.99 There are small medium and large machines there's a place for kids to play there's a tailor on site you can also drop off alterations as well as your laundry to get washed and they're open 7 days a week

Very clean, nice laundromat. Has plenty of machines and dryers. Prices are not too bad and you can conveniently load up on a card. Workers are nice and helpful as well. Will continue to come here for all my laundry needs! Glad to have a pristine, well kept laundromat in the neighborhood.

Love this place. It’s squeaky clean, and they put my laundry in the dryer for me one day when I was late getting back to do it myself. They called me to tell me they’re closing for the weekend so I could pick up my coat on a Friday too. Super clean facility and great people!!!

Great dry cleaner. Janina is always friendly and willing to help! I needed to have a quick turnaround on a garment I needed for an event and she was able to take care of me. The tailor is excellent as well. My advice to management is do everything to keep your staff :).

I used to hate going to laundromats, but this one changed my opinion. Its always clean and the people who work there are pleasant. I recently tried the pick up and delivery service and it was such a good experience! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Let me just say this is not your typical laundry mat. The owners are super friendly and show such hospitality. It is always clean and the kids section is just the icing to the cake. Would honestly recommend to everyone.

Probably one of the cleanest and most efficient laundromat I've been to. They even offer tailoring and dry cleaning in an area that lacks in those services. Customer service is always sharp as well!

My wife use their dry cleaning service for her coat (which had a belt attached as part of the coat). When getting her coat back the belt disappeared, she only got the coat without the belt.

Very clean, reasonable prices. $1.99 for the smallest cycle, $9.99 for the biggest cycle, $0.29 per 7 minutes for dryers. Wifi, bathroom and children playground is available.

My go to laundry for drop off service. Usually clothes are ready within 2 days. I mention to do light dry for certain clothes and they always adhere to instructions.

The two women who helped me were so wonderful. The rugs and sweater that I dropped off came back looking beautiful. Good price and friendly service. Would recommend.

This is over 100% better than Mei Tai concerning the condition of the machines, cleanliness, and a lot more. Only issue is that you have to pay to use the dryers.

Overall not a good experience at the laundry hub, the machine I used was dirty and the manager seems to have some attitude issues.

It's very spacious and you can relax while you do your laundry. The dry cleaning and tailor services is awesome, all at one stop!
