I would highly NOT recommend this place to anyone. Maybe a worst enemy to waste their time... speaking of enemy I never would have thought that's how I would see this lawyer. It seemed as though i wasn't a human to him because he didn't care about my situation and my case to make sure we get it on time. Customer service is AWFUL from him and his assistant! The very first call I made to inquire about his services the lawyer Diamond had picked up and was rushing me and seemed rude. Didn't think much of it so I went on to continue my services with him. It was slightly the same attitude when telling him my experience at the office. But he seemed very frustrated when I couldn't get the hospitals staffs title right. Ok.... I had arrived to the office within half the timing I need to file the lawsuit. He informed me that we have just a few weeks to get info (that I was never supposed to get myself... an experienced and successful lawyer had told me). And it took him 9 days to even file for my medical records (even though he told me I had to rush). I had 3 months to file the claim but came to him a month and a half later due to the docs and everyone stressing to me that I have to rest and heal from my c section. I was just too busy heading to NICU to see my baby girl. Thank God for the hospital's social worker who had noticed I was in a lot of pain walking, had spoken with nurses at the labor and delivery who had later informed me I had an infection that they had to cut open the length of a hand, which kept me on a wound vac (which was a horrible horrible experience painful and funky infection) for over a month, and was specifically told I need to rest. So after I'd finally gotten the wound vac removed I set up an appointment with Diamond. After the appointment I had done a follow up call to make sure that I could make a case before the deadline. I was informed that they were still waiting. 2 weeks later I had called again. Diamond told me to give him 4 weeks, and I'd call after 4 weeks and was met with an attitude that was totally uncalled for.... he was unecessarily rude, loud, and just awful. I would have never that I would ever argue with a lawyer. I simply asked about my medical records and he WENT OFF! I said "wow "in disbelief and he said it back and said he can say it too. So after a long argument at the top of our lungs he said it's my fault, I waited too long to file my case after he took 9 days to file for my medical records after telling me its urgent. He also told me that I'm not going to win my case anyways. He knows NOTHING about cerebral palsy and I guess hospital cases period. I told him that my child needed cooling after her brain injury and he asked my baby if she was hot! Which I had to explain to him that the body cooling was to stop anymore brain damage. Of course I can add on more, but I believe this sums up my experience with him.

I am utterly speechless, staggered, to the extent that I am still dumbfounded and in awe of Mr. Diamonds amazing victory. Mr. Diamond's task was daunting for he was thoroughly outweighed against a behemoth of an opponent with endless resources and a towering staff of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, executive assistants, etc., (a truly unbeatable foe). No other attorney, some of them friends of mine, would even touch my case, and I was dissuaded from pursuing it, however, Mr. Diamond obviously possesses a rare and uncanny insight that cut straight to the point and he rose to the challenge. Furthermore, because Justice rarely prevailed on my behalf I stood at a distance to avoid intermingling my energy/experience with Mr. Diamond's expertise, and I patiently waited and was overwhelmed when Mr. Diamond's announced that he reached a dual victory in my one case. Not only did I receive a settlement beyond my expectation, also, at least $100,000.00 in liens against me were waived - I can't breathe!! There is so much more to be said, but continued delay in expressing my Gratitude just because I can't find the appropriate words to express that Gratitude and the Magnitude of his Victory, is thoroughly counterproductive - a word that does not reverberate in Mr. Diamonds vocabulary. On behalf of myself, my children, and my family, Mr. Diamond is One in a Million.

This guy was in such a rush to take our case came to the hospital to visit my wife and made us feel like he was gonna fight for us. As soon as we signed the paperwork everything changed. He stopped calling us, he never returned our calls and to this day we dont know what happened with our case. Terrible experience. As you can see from his response he is abrasive and ignorant.
