I want to give this shop a better rating but I’ve had a few negative experiences lately. On the weekend I came in to exchange a camp sweater for a smaller size and even though the price tag was on and they had my size in stock, we had to go through the trouble of showing a bank systement just to make an exchange. I would understand if it was months after Xmas but it seems silly to make customers paying this much for an item to go through this effort. Also my first Camp sweater I bought was pilled immediately after one washing and again when I went in to exchange the store wasn’t willing to do the exchange. I want to support local but difficult customer service experiences like this for items I’m paying more for make me reconsider.

I used to love going to their old location but ever since they moved it’s been rough. The staff are some of the most unfriendly, and honestly if I’m paying that much for products I at least expect the person dealing with me to be nice. I also don’t like that they watch/follow you around while you’re trying to shop. I totally understand retail theft is HUGE and I can only imagine what they deal with day to day, however it makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience when you’re being followed around the store. There are better boutique stores in the city to shop at imo, so I’d give this one a miss.

Really cute store that my girlfriend loves to browse and shop at. Some of the prices are steep because they are local companies or smaller clothing labels that don't mass produce goods but that is reasonable for what you are getting and supporting. They sell Duer brand goods which are a Canadian company and make great products (I own a few pairs and love them) and also some other clothing brands like Camp and similar labels that are quite popular and "in" right now. Check it out if you are in the area, worth it for the cool barn decor alone if you ask me!

I've had the best customer experience and it is so refreshing! I spoke to Mackenzie and Alison on the phone a few times because I was in search of a gift for my daughter that was completely sold out online and in stores - they took my info and managed to track down what I was looking for. So pleasant and helpful - definitely exceeded my expectations and made my day :) Both my teenage daughters love the Camp Brand and will be excited to get a new sweatshirt on Christmas morning. Usually love going to this place, but my last visit has left a bitter taste due to their price honouring policy. I purchased a Baggu bag that was tagged at $60. I later realized that the bag was $70 on the receipt. The employee I spoke to told me that they wouldn’t be able to honour the $60 price as Baggu has raised their prices, even though the price tag on the item did not reflect that change. I personally feel that the store should’ve honoured the price tag as it was their own mistake.

Nice shop, we love to visit. But last time we went in we accidentally parked in a staff spot. Honest mistake. We were in there maybe 15 minutes. We chatted briefly with the assistant before we left, idle chit chat. Then as we turned to leave she commented... "By the way, next time you come, don't park in the staff parking spaces. There are signs there". How rude. Yes I understand we shouldn't have parked there had we known. But seriously did not see the small sign. Won't be back.

Awesome! I have an amazing little necklace from here with my initials on it, the chain had a mishap and I took it to the store and they fixed it while I waited, very impressed with this service. The building is super neat looking. I like to show my friends this shop when we are near, last time I was there, there was a lady showcasing her vegan cupcakes (think it was around v-day) and they were amazing, love how a local business helps another local business.

Love the Camp Brand stuff they have here. Small hipster focused shop, if visiting the area it is definitely a place to drop in for a few minutes. Located in a historic old horse barn that was recently renovated. Personal tip, Gravity Cafe around the corner is a very solid place to grab a coffee before strolling in.

Best local shop in Calgary, maybe even the world! Granted, I haven’t been to all the shops in the world. But I do look at a lot of pictures of shops. Local shops, cool shops, hip shops. Various shops. This one is a great one. Amazing staff, kind owners, and an amazing selection of goods! Go there!

Great store in a great neighbourhood. Love their selection of Camp brand goods and great customer service. I bought a hat while visiting Calgary that had a mild defect and they replaced it and shipped to me in Vancouver with no issue at all. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Calgary.

The Livery Shop is such a lovely store, I love browsing when I go on walks through Inglewood. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I really like that they carry a lot of Calgary-based and Canadian brands. Definitely recommend this store for shopping for gifts or for accessories.

This store is awesome. They always have cool sales and products plus the staff is really nice. I like how they carry other brands like Patagonia and Mat and Nat. I think it would be cool if they carried more products from other local designers, but they are already doing a great job!

Not only have I found some of my favourite wardrobe staples here, but it is my go-to location for gifts (and stocking stuffers in the holiday season). The staff are lovely, the space is beautiful, and they are such wonderful advocates for other local businesses.

Great selection of local and Canadian designers. Ended up sadly having to return part of my purchase and they were super responsive and helpful. They take their staff and community’s health and safety very seriously which is really admirable.

LOVE visiting the livery shop! One of my fav local stores in Calgary. Even though everything is online for right now, I ordered from their warehouse sale and it was delivered so quickly! Can't wait to visit the store again.

Great local products and a really nice location in an old barn in Inglewood. You can find Local Laundry and various jewelry designers, accessories and home goods here. Great place to stop by next time you are in Inglewood.

Beautiful space. There's a lot of options, and they do sell a great variety of camp brand goods, and have a lot of other really fun and cute things. The entire vibe of the store is also great, totally love this store.

This shop is well worth supporting! Livery Shop was super responsive over Instagram when I had issues redeeming a gift card on their website. Their products are great and the service is even better.

Great Calgary local shop huge fan of Coutukitsch jewelery which uses this shop as their home base, as well as Camp Brand Goods. Highly recommend if you care about getting products sourced locally.
