Came here for the first time for the Empire watch party. Loved it. Before you walk in, you ring a door bell that sounds like you're entering someone's home-ding dong. You walk around a short corner and see a place which is literally no bigger than a living room so glad I got there early. Was greeted by the bartender who made a mean rum punch. Love the decor and how nice everyone was dressed. When I sat on the sofa, some guy who must have been the owner told me there were complimentary wings in the back. Went to the back where some old guys were smoking and chopping it up. The wings were smothered in sauce and very tasty. It started getting crowded and the dj( the same bald guy who I later found out was DAmu) was on point. Love the vibe of this place. Will definitely be back!

There wasn't live jazz when I went on a Friday night, which was really the reason I even tried it. The door was locked, had to ring a doorbell. I guess they were having a party, but they let us in anyways, which was nice of them. A sign would've been nice too. Kinda sketchy. The crowd was... not for me. Cash only, little seating, overly loud music, and the air was 30% weed smoke. They were friendly enough though. Left without getting anything. Might be for you. Just not my vibe.

I remember this place from a few years back..a whole-in-the-wall on Crenshaw Blvd. Tried to go the other night for their "Blues" and they were CLOSED for renovation. ): ): ..One must keep calling to find out when they'll open again...But it looks like they're really are trying to make their place a bit more classier...So, can't wait to see what it looks like when they do reopen!! The long time establishment been around for decades.. this lounge is family and friends friendly no matter who you are.. you feel at home ...the bartenders are very attentive.. it's good place for happy hour, games ,private parties theyeven a live band down home blues on sundays try them out for yourself and enjoy a drink in they little livingroom area

Good Interior as far as looks go on the inside not so much on the outside.. The size is small hole in the wall joint. the parking is pretty good because you enter thru the back door. . The Drinks are pretty good ... the neighborhood now that's where you use discretion... its can be a little rough around Crenshaw and Adams neighborhood ..

I was there for my nephew Jorome and brother in law's Aaron birthday. I had fun it was very nice not only because of the birthday but it's a very chill place to just kick back. The bar tenders were very nice and respectful. The DJ (Aaron) my bro in law was really laying down some tracks. I'm definitely going back to kick it..

Get the Spa Collins! Get the Spa Collins! What an absolutely fabulous drink. All the fresh ingredients-- cucumber, mint.. make it extremely refreshing and crisp. You have to try this drink. I mean, really. Did I make myself clear about this? A very nice fellow bar patron suggested (and bought) my friend and I one of these.

Yeah had a good time, as usual. I have been going to the living room for fifteen years. I have never had a bad experience there. Great customer service and nice people. The drinks are reasonable and atmosphere feels like home. I do miss the live bands that use to perform there on Sundays though.

The Fabulous Living Room is a iconic neighborhood cocktail lounge in addition to live jazz and blues venue that has been supported by tourist and locals for decades. Plenty of safe parking and Rt next door to Chef Marilyn's Soul Food Spot.

Good times and good vibes starting with security and all the way down to the bartenders and most of the people there. A few of the regulars and locals showed us soo much love it was insane. Will be back for karaoke.

This place is a historic landmark. Friendly and laidback. Ring the doorbell to enter. This place is called the livingroom for a reason! Feels like home. Live music varies, however they do have a jukebox.

Tried to call but got this weird recording just says "Goodbye!" and then it drops the call? Wish I could know how they're doing since covid. Hope this place is able to keep on keepin on …

Whenever I come here I feel at home. The atmosphere is very welcoming and exciting!!! You meet new people every time. And the DJ on the weekends is great!!! Old school and new school music

Nice place. Friendly staff and good music! They have Karaoke every Friday and Saturday. It has a patio and very convenient parking.
