Nurse is dreadful, unfriendly and hap -hazard in preparation. She was quite rude, arrogant, rushed and does not know how to give painless injections. I find her behaviour pathetic and unprofessional, especially if you are in the health care industry. Besides the unprofessional nurse, other Staff are friendly and helpful.
