I have always received great service from this place. However today’s service from the male pharmacist was disgusting. What makes matters more worse is that he is too proud to even acknowledge his mistake and apologise. He can speak out loudly and rudely but when it is time to apologise he pretends as if he is busy in the dispensary. I even asked his colleague why he was being rude- whilst he was standing right behind her and he pretends as if he can’t hear me. When you are acutely ill, the last thing one needs is to be dismissed as if you are talking rubbish, if he didn’t want to assist me for whatever reason he should have said so instead of being rude and dismissive. The fact that he did not want to even acknowledge and apologise in actuality it means the behaviour was intentional. Thank you to Michelle for jumping in to assist me and apologising for something you did not even do. But I definitely will not be stepping foot in there again, definitely not recommending my patients to go there. No one deserves that kind of treatment especially when you are ill.

The worst service, wish I could give zero stars. No one acknowledges you and keeps on with other stuff and does not even bother to assist you even though you are first in line.

Great customer service, they didn't have what I was looking for, however the manager called their branch in El Corro which had stock. A quick drive and sorted. Thank you.
