The reason I rate 1 star is because of the nurse. Every staff is so friendly, but when I ask the nurse to put a patch on my pulled neck, because I can't rise my arm,takes her only 5 seconds to do so,she told me she can't touch due to the covid,, and she is going to charge me for it, that is unacceptable for a nurse to do that . THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE I HAVE HEARD !!!!!!!! If she so concern the covid19 then stay at home enjoy her retirement, and put a note on the outside door, says: if u need my help, u need to pay me! Shame on her!!!!
