Haim, the owner showed up and did the inspection. He fully walked through everything with me. Knowing I'm a first time home owner and this is the first roof I've had replaced. He gave me some tips of things other companies try to sell you on, and was honest about it. Answered all questions. Very patient and understanding. They do a great job of keeping you informed when they will be coming, and how the process will work. Crew showed up early, and got to work on time. Completed all in 1 day by 3pm. Cleaned up everything, yard looked better than when they arrived. Being family owned you get the more personal service, and not corporate money/sales driven like bigger corporate type companies. The biggest thing I liked was the fact Haim has been doing this for a long time and knows what he's talking about.

I really needed my roof repaired before today as we have tons of rain pouring throughout CA. Mr. Haim responded promptly by text even coming out and doing the work on Friday which was only one day after I made the request on the job. He provided pictures and a detailed description of the work done and he did the job thoroughly and professionally. His prices are reasonable, and he used the proper tools to do the job (wearing special shoes so he wouldnâ t further damage the roof). I would definitely recommend The Local Roofers & Builders for any roof job needed to be done. His prompt action gave me peace of mind and he showed up just before the rains started. I definitely plan to use them again if I need to repair or replace my roof.

Haim was my Project Manager for my roof installation. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. He came to my house several times and always arrived on time. My work was done during the pandemic and he always wore a mask, which I greatly appreciated. He always made sure that I knew what was going on and had great follow through. I think that the workmanship was superb too. He was onsite for the entire project. i have never been in a situation where the sales person and leader of the crew were there for the entire project. I do not normally write reviews but I feltl I had to in this case. You need to speak to Haim! He is very personable and does not push the sale. I had 2 other estimates before he came out which was on July 4th when most people are off. That showed me these guys are serious about getting my business. The other 2 guys that did my estimates took a total of 3 min tops without explaining much detail but wanted thousands. Haim took the time and showed me where I could save money and didn't need to over spend. If anyone is considering purchasing a new roof or adding a layer I would tell my own family to contact Haim first!

we discovered two leaks in our roof. Haim came out to inspect the roof and found the cause of the leaks, plus found another place with broken tiles that needed to be fixed (or it would turn into another leak). He showed me photos of the three areas so I could see the issues. He did this inspection while it was raining. They were able to come out to do the repairs a couple days later. Haim and a co-worker arrived on time and completed the repair of all three areas in half a day. He provided me with photos of the completed work. Haim was very easy to work with.

Haim: responded in a timely manner to my request for a bid; gave me a verbal bid onsite;followed up the bid with a timely email; scheduled the work in just a few days;confirmed the scheduled time; showed up on time; completed the work in a timely manner; cleaned the work area; - and, as an extra that was not included in original agreement, cleaned the gutters at no extra cost. I found it difficult to find contractors that provide quality work in a timely manner at a fair cost. Haim exceeded my expectations.

We are thrilled with the final outcome of our roof. We had the roof replaced because of leaks that have been popping up around my sky light the last couple years. They removed the sky light and did a complete removal of the old roof (it is a modular home so it had to be removed due to the weight). They also installed gutters which did not have initially but was needed for proper irrigation so damage to my foundation would not result. Haim and his roofing crew did a beautiful job and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again !

By far the best company I’ve worked with my entire life!! We were recommended this company by our neighbor - who had multiple repairs done to their roof by this company. Haim from The Local Roofers and Builders ( we think he’s the owner ) quoted us for the job and gave us a more than reasonable timetable for completion. His crew showed up on time, finished the job promptly and cleaned up afterwards - all on the date we agreed upon. We are very happy with the results.

Haim at The Local Roofers & Builders was a pleasure to work with when we had some roof damage. He gave me a very competitive quote, with reasonably priced options for upgrades to certain components of the roof. He was easy to work with and get ahold of when I had questions leading up to the scheduled day of work. He explained that the (finishing shingles)? to do the edges were sent out incorrectly, and they would be back the next morning and finish. They were, they did, and it looks great! We had a great experience with great results. Haim is a PRO! He arrived and asked me if I had any areas of concern. I told him what areas I was conserned about. He took time to look at the attic photo I had. Him and his partner got to work inspecting the roof, vents and chimney. He found a few shigles loose and he took care of them. They caulked around the vents, stink pipe and chimney. We couldn’t ask for a better service & price !

The Local Roofers & Builders does a top-notch job, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to install a roof correctly. We had a problems with few leaks this winter so decided to get a brand new roof installed. We met Haim on Jan 18 2022 and he explained all the options available for us..we asked plenty of questions and wanted to understand the whole process...we ended up choosing the cool roof shingles. The whole process went very smoothly and so fast !!!!

We needed to quickly get work done on our roof and Haim was excellent. It was so great to find a profesional and responsive company. They assessed and gave a quote within a day. Two days later entire roof work was done. All business was done through email, phone calls and text. They even followed up to see if everything was ok days later.

A very well coordinated team of hard workers stripped the old shingles, put down new and cleaned up in about 8 hours for both the house and garage. I truly have no complains. One thing I think u should know is that they don’t work on Saturday’s but they work any other day !

Just Great ! Owner Haim came out and did an emergency tarp -- in the rain, as my ceiling was leaking. He worked with my insurance until the bid & repairs were enough to give me a great outcome.
