I went to get a mani with a friend. They have 3 different price options for manicures (770 mzn, 1100 and 1550). We opted for the 1100 mzn option that included exfoliation and hand cream. When we started i asked for a new nail file to be used during my manicure because the one the manicurist was going to use looked like it’d be used on over 100 people. This had to be approved by the manager who seemed irritated about my request. If you’re charging premium price, you can afford to use a new nail file on every customer. When we went to pay they added another 200 mzn for polish — the total for the manicure ended up being 1320mzn. This is almost what I pay for a pedicure (1500) at another spa. The manicure itself was so basic and underwhelming and certainly wasn’t worth over $20. They did nothing special, didn’t even use base coat for the manicure. This place sucks. I’ll never go back.

I like the place and I give 3 stars for that only, but compared to others that are in the same price range, the customer service does not motivate me to go back unless I have no other options. The person at the front desk at the nail area does not know how to talk to customers, or smile, she looks bothered when spoken to. The rest of the staff is a hit or miss, some are very nice, some ignore you when they are spoken to (in Portuguese). One sprayed disinfectant on my feet, which I found offensive because this is not the norm (they spray that to disinfect the utensils they use on you) I almost walked out that day before the service. The owner is nice, but the staff needs to improve A LOT in how they treat their customers. Especially for the area where they are located at, where people don't tolerate poor treatment twice.

Very responsive by WhatsApp and Google maps messages. Staff was very helpful and aimed to please. There's no wifi but I guess who needs wifi when you should be relaxing. Point to note, the manicure and pedicures don't include polish. You have to pay separately for that. You get the choice of a drink, sadly they never had most of the choices on the card. They will also give you a bottle of water if you ask for it. Overall pleased with my visit.

Very lovely place. My first time there has been very pleasant. The environment is very relaxing and calm, I almost fell asleep while getting my nails done. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I am very happy with the end result. The location is nice, close to a park with restaurants and a space for kids to play. The price goes accordingly with the location and service. Mércia treated me very well, I recommend her.

Nao recomendo. Fiz manicure fcou mal pintadas e mal limadas. Pedicure nao pintei mas ao limarem aS unha limaram a minha pele ao ponte de ficar em ferida. Quanto a massagem, marquei expressamente para uma massagista que tinham recomendado no FB e marcaram com outra massagista sem informaram ou questionarem se continuaria interessada. Falta de profissionalismo no pessoal e falta seriedade.

I totally love this spa and I have to say that I am highly impressed with the excellence in absolutely all levels. I have chosen to go there on a regular basis as it has an equally spiritual and relaxing impact, been trying the different services and my experiences can best be described as wonderful. Well done guys for providing 5 star services for such affordable fees.

Fantastic service - I was a super difficult customer, needing to change my appointment at the last minute and come in before the salon even opened, and they arranged everything quickly and easily for me with such flexibility. Both treatments were wonderful and the environment is beautiful. I only felt intruded on after they googled my email address and surprised me with an email soon after my treatment. Perhaps they should be a bit more respectful of people’s privacy.

Best place to get good massage . Their hair cutting also very nice. Threading for eyebrows is perfect. Service is very nice and staffs are real friendly.. they speak English as well Manicure and pedicure also good.
