"Pretty awesome experience"
Beautiful spot for our wedding. It was absolutely stunning, and thanks to yours truly, went off without a hitch. I’m an event coordinator so maybe I have high standards, but I am glad I had my bestie there as my day of coordinator to make sure all the conversations I’ve had for this one hour over the last year, went off without issue ands as expected. First off, the NSM employees for our rehearsal & the day; the gentlemen who helped our parties with our entrances, and the nice young lady who assisted my other vendors for the ceremony, they are 5 out of 5 stars!! However, I am not sure why our coordinator we booked with, didn’t come to the rehearsal the night before. There was no organization from the coordinators I dealt with to book this & helped me organize it in the months prior to booking. They were excellent up until the day. One example of a lack of organization; my umbrellas weren’t there that I asked for, to provide shade to our guests. This was a moment of “Ok DOC, you go tell them I was promised umbrellas & I want umbrellas”. I also don’t know who books a photoshoot, the hour right before a wedding with 50 guests and 4 other Las Vegas vendors… I would expect a venue to be set up 1 hour prior to the ceremony, no? Not mere minutes out when guests are all waiting at the muster point, watching them set up the benches for our ceremony.. Again, maybe I just have high standards. I don’t regret booking here at all, it was perfect at the end of the day & I dealt way more with the employees on the days leading up/ day, who were amazing! They made our experience. I just suggest making sure you are organized in what you want, and have support on your day that isn’t from the museum itself.

I had a blast learning about some history of Las Vegas and all its glory and lights. I purchased tickets ahead of time, the process is extremely easy. I recommend booking directly on Neon Museum site. They have the best price, not really worth it to do a Groupon or other City Pass type of deal. I want to say our host for the tour was named Bob, i could totally be making that up but he was an older gentleman and he did a fantastic job explaining the different signs and some history behind them. Our tour was later in the evening and it was a pretty quiet crowd who didnt have a whole lot to say. I checked with Bob at the end of the tour to ask how he prefers his tours to go. Does he like when people are quiet and listening or does he like when people ask questions. Bob enjoys when people ask questions and engage more with what he is saying. So if you are booking this, keep in mind your tour guides want to feel like someone is listening and not being completely ignored.

Title: A Mystic Tour Down Memory Lane! Review: Visited the Neon Museum in Las Vegas and it was truly a dazzling spectacle! This museum offers a unique perspective on the city's history, beautifully preserved in a myriad of spellbinding neon signs. Each sign has an enthralling tale to tell, and the well-informed guides make sure to keep you captivated with fun and intriguing anecdotes. This was a visit that piqued my curiosity, stirring a newfound appreciation for the artistic and historic value of these glowing gems. The brilliant splash of colors against the night sky is a sight to behold. The blend of the old and the new, the whimsical and the profound, serves as a splendid visual diary of Las Vegas's vibrant past. But this is only half the story. Can you imagine what was my experience walking through this light-studded wonderland? You've got to see it for yourself!

The Neon Museum provided the absolute picture perfect place for my wife and I to get married. After touring this venue back in 2018, we always felt a connection to this museum, and we finally were able to book and have our ceremony here in 2023. It is one of the most magical experiences to be surrounded by some of Las Vegas' oldest history. A big thank you to the staff at The Neon Museum for fitting our wedding into their packed schedule and being so welcoming and accommodating to everything we required to make the day happen. If you get the opportunity, make sure you schedule a nighttime tour of The Neon Museum during your trip to Las Vegas! It's a real treat to see these signs lit up in their olden-glory. Also, please make sure to donate to the museum as all proceeds go towards funding and restoring more of these Neon Signs!

Pretty awesome experience. I’m a local who’s been I believe three times now. I went at night for a guided tour, another time for the Lost Vegas exhibit by Tim Burton, and this time to show a guest around. We did the self guided tour at 6pm. They provided small white umbrellas to help with the sun which I thought was pretty considerate for them to take that extra step of catering to their customers. The history shared is amazing - you can read the history on little stand podiums throughout your walk. Of course the signs are amazing all by themselves as well. Great photo opportunities, a gift shop, Photo Booth, and history behind the signs. Can’t beat it!

This might have been the best tour experience that I have ever had. And I've had some really good tours. Randy was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely hilarious. The tour of flew by so fast. I couldn't believe we were done when we were. Everything. There is a real magical gem and you definitely get the feel that you're part of the Vegas experience and is history. It's a nice departure from the strip. And the gift shop has a lot of really great stuff. I can definitely understand why people have weddings and stuff here. It is really fun. Totally beautiful! We went at sunsets so we got the opportunity to watch them start lighting up and it was pretty great.

Been there last week. The place is definitely worth the visit, it’s really suggestive to walk between all the signs that made Las Vegas famous around the world. Some of those are incredible, real artworks and they still work just fine. I chose to go with 4 stars because I believe that it would have been better to have more things to do/see, as the loop is very very short (Approx 15 minute taking your time for pictures) while they sell it as “One hour visit”. Apart from this, I believe it’s definitely worth the visit if you are in town! Price is approx 20$ and you can make your reservation online on their website. Happy to have seen this place too

Neon Museum was a very cool way to experience Vegas history in a non-standard way. By the end of the museum I had about a dozen Wikipedia pages up for various hotels to read the history when I got back. We spent about an hour there. I wish we would've paid for a guided tour. I wanted to know so much more than the little placards said on them. One thing to note is we walked to the museum at night from our hotel. It wasn't a far walk but it is through some shady parts and you have to cross under a freeway. Would suggest driving or getting a ride to the museum.

Such a cool Las Vegas gem! We did a guided tour at night to celebrate my hubby's birthday. The guide was awesome and had really great tidbits. The exhibit ticked off a lot of check boxes for me - walking around, cool stuff to look at, picture opps, history and education. Make sure to make a reservation in advance, check for available discounts (local / military/ kids / etc.), and give yourself 15 minutes for parking and check in! Note* They have special reservations for non phone cameras, portrait hours, etc. So plan on using your phone!

If you like nostalgia and Vegas history, go for a visit. I enjoyed walking around looking at all the old signs. They have small signs posted that tell the history of some of the signs and casinos. I'd recommend going at dusk or early evening so you can see the lit signs better. There's probably more bulb lit signs than actual neon signs. They have a separate area for their evening show that has more signs, but the normal ticket doesn't get you access to that. Staff is friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. It's not a large place, so unless you really dig in you can be in and out in 90 minutes.

Charming little museum with a lot of heart, clearly they love neon and it's place in Las Vegas history. From the thoughtful displays to the super knowledgeable tour guides to the wonderfully curated gift shop, it was a fun change of pace from the otherwise craziness of a Vegas vacation. Go at dusk for the best photos and hang back from the group for the best shots. And do not miss "Brilliant" it is an amazing piece of projection art and so clever to incorporate the unrestored signs and make them shine again!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I would highly recommend anyone to make a visit here at least once, especially if you understand the history of Vegas. We went at what I believe is the best time to visit, at sunset. The neon signs shine best once it starts getting dark and it is no longer hot outside anymore which makes it tolerable to explore. We would suggest doing the guided tour as there can sometimes be more interesting stories that you learn about the sign's history that you may not normally know or even read on the sign's descriptive plaque.

This is an excellent place to go if you are into the history of Las Vegas via retired neon signs. We had a 45 min guided tour at night where some of the signs were lit up. We have been to the daytime self guided tour some years ago but this was better because it was guided and at night. Signs in the museum are from casinos, motels and other businesses that have donated their old neon signs. The old LaConcha motel lobby, which used to be in the strip back in the day, now serves at the museum ticket office

Our second visit to the Neon Museum included the guided night time tour and the Brilliant experience, both of which were amazing. Highly recommended purchasing tickets online, well before your visit as these tours seem to fill up quickly. Guided tour includes history of the signage, some tales of Vegas characters, and overall stories of what has made Vegas what it is today. This family friendly experience is a must see when visiting town or even if you’re local. So go be mesmerized!

The Neon Boneyard is a worthwhile experience where you get to see and learn about Las Vegas history. Go at night to see everything lit up in all its glory. The guided tour was informative. I did feel a little rushed through and it was hard to get good pictures without the whole group being in them. The tour guide stood in front of the signs while she talked which also made it hard to get pictures of the signs alone. I'm glad we made this apart of our Vegas tourist agenda.

The experience is worth it, everything is well organized, if you book in advance it is much better, they have many unique pieces. Beautiful and everything is super nice, the staff is super polite and attentive. There are of course many neon signs that I didn't know about, but they teach you the history of all of them, it's very good. I would like them to make all the signs work and for the place to be closed and with air conditioning... that would be my only concern.

Every time friends and family ask me what to do in Las Vegas I immediately tell them to go check out The Neon Museum. I’ve been twice, during the day and at night, and I definitely recommend going during the night. The team there is super engaging, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Vegas’ history. It’s a vibe. I went recently with my cousins and Trinity did a great job as our tour guide. Anyways, what’re you doing reading this? Go check it out, now!

We visited late May 2023. The neon museum is one of a kind and a great tour! It’s neat to learn about the history of the signs and all the different ways to bring them back to life. The tour was fun and informative. I hated to see Lady Luck was retired retired when we came, as I saw that one on the website and loved it. Our guide was very accommodating and kind! I’ll never forget the neon museum, as we got engaged there and it will always hold a special place in our hearts

This place is awesome to walk around the little area they have outside while it’s dark outside.. interesting to see the history, read and admire the restored and non restored signs. Honestly, thought there was going to be more for the hype this place was given, but was content with what we did see. Kid friendly. Staff was very nice, and answered all questions asked. Decent amount to look at.. walked the museum in less than a half hour.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas. We signed up for a guided tour of the neon boneyard and the newer exhibit Brilliant! Jackpot, which is the "Double the Glow" package. Our tour guide Satyra was extremely pleasant and assisted us in learning about the history of neon signs in Vegas. The Brilliant! Jackpot in their North Gallery show was an amazing way to bring decommissioned neon signs back to life, sort of magical if you will. Overall, a phenomenal experience from beginning to end.
We went in the evening and walked through the boneyard. If you had questions while walking around, there were plenty of staff to help you. They were very informative and nice. It was so cool to see all the signs, some I remembered from a long time ago. It is a little pricey for the size of the museum but definitely worth it. They have a nice gift shop as well. My son lives in Las Vegas and said he had never been before, and he loved it.

We had a great time at the Neon Museum, which we visited at night, guided by Sofia. What an entertaining, interesting, knowledgeable and fun guide! The vintage and calm vibe gave us a break from the hussle bussle of the Strip, which was much appreciated! I didn't know what to expect from the show "Brilliant!" but I appreciated it. The shop is really cool. I recommend!

The tour was incredible, and the entrance to the museum is through a historic Paul Revere Williams-designed googie motel entrance! What more could you ask for? The Neon Museum is a Las Vegas institution and should be the #1 destination for any visitor. This art is quickly being forgotten, if not for the passionate advocates and organizations working to tell its story and preserve the pieces that remain.

A fun place for families and couples to visit in Las Vegas. An interesting slice of nostalgia of sin city. Went went for the tour to the neon museum and it was so well executed! What a neat way to experience the history of Las Vegas. They had signs datings back to the 40s! We chose to do the guided tour and Brilliant jackpot; The tour guide was very knowledgeable and animated, and the lighting technology used in the show was fascinating. I’d recommend this for anyone who wants something a little different to do while in Vegas.
The Boneyard has more than 250 unrestored Las Vegas signs and numerous signs that have been restored. So the signs that you have seen in the movies, television shows or previous trips from years past are available to see. It was so interesting seeing all the different signs. Pictures do not do this justice.

An outdoor museum with many of the neon lighting collected around Vegas from the hotels and restaurants showing us the history of the city. Some of the signs are broken while some of them still light up. Everything is outdoor and certainly more interesting to be viewed at nighttime. It's not a big exhibition thou, basically it's a round circle of pathways to walk and view the exhibits
Brilliant is the best light and music show and the best bang for your buck. They have taken non-working signs from the strip and have produced an excellent show with great music , and the technology behind it is very classy and professional. Well worth the money.

We had an amazing night here. If you get the chance do their “Brilliant!” Exhibit where they used projection mapping to restore old signs that were previously unrecoverable. It was a fantastic show with an amazing soundtrack and really brought the magic to Vegas for us on our last night in town.
Sophia is an amazing tour guide! Really appreciated her taking the time to talk about race & gender in Las Vegas history, and how it relates to the neon signs on display. Beautiful photo ops! Perfect time duration for the tour (not too long and not too short). BIG UP for the free parking lot!
They don't let you just wander and take photos... which I would have preferred. The tour guide was fine, but felt rushed from sign to sign. Overall it was still a must see and great photo opps as long as everyone in your group plays nice and takes a pic and moves out of the way.. More

Very fun and informative info on Vegas and the neon signs that have been used in Vegas past history. The tour is about 45 mins, the guide was great and did you know that it's a law that businesses must have neon lights on the strip? You'll learn this and more on the tour.
If you like History it's ok. If you want to see the Neos and go outside DON'T GO!! It doesn't take you 5 minutes to see everything but they make you take the almost 1-hour guided tour. In addition to having to wait an hour and a half because there was no tour available.
This place looks pretty cool. I haven't got into it but I have passed it multiple times. One day I will go in and explore. Right now giving it five stars because it hasn't done me wrong. I took some pictures because I thought the place was. I will go here one day

Very disappointed ☹️ I was really looking forward to going however there are very few signs only takes about 30 minutes to walk through. I would not recommend.

What an awe inspiring experience! We did the guided tour with the Brilliant light show. 10/10 recommend! I'm glad we did the guided tour because of the history shared of the signs, the casinos they came from, and key historical figures. We
Definitely a must when visiting Las Vegas! The signs were amazing, the guided tour was very interesting and fun. Our guide for the guided tour was Bob, and we can’t say enough good things about him. He knew so much and presented it in such
This was honestly one of highlight of my trip! besides just the beautiful signs and memories from childhood, the tour guide piece really puts perspective and appreciation. I really love our guide, she was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable

Went to the museum while on vacation and did the combination ticket. It was amazing at night seeing all the signes restored and not. The projects were very awesome. If you like historic stuff and vegas you'll love this
Absolutely love bringing clients here! It's the perfect place for a wedding or engagement photos. Can't wait to be back here with future clients - such a cool place that is gorgeous to photograph.
Absolutely % a great place to learn and discover Las Vegas history in signs. The interactive display was a perfect way visualize the history of signs.

The museum is awesome and I’m only marking it one star down because that Brilliant Light show should’ve been playing The Killers instead of Panic at the Disco at the end. More
Really cool. Went down memory lane. I suggest go after 630pm when it's getting dark. It would be best
