The office is very hospitable, the employees are polite and experienced but there is always room for improvement. Membership is required, however an established member can usually bring a guest. They will match up to $20. It's fun and like all gambling u win some, u lose some at ur own risk.

Definitely not like it used to be. Hardly any people there but it takes forever for the attendant to get to you.
