I’m giving this place 1 star because of the whole experience. My girlfriend & I are big “Foodies” & like trying new places & gave this place a try. The flavors & seasonings aren’t tasty at all & you can probably make better food at home. We ordered Nachos, Cheese curds & a office burger & fries. The Nachos I received only came with lettuce, cheese & corn.. & when I asked about the other ingredients the bartender said she doesn’t even think it comes with all that .. until she read it out loud & then went to check in the back. When She came back, she said they were out of the rest of the ingredients & when I asked if she could dock it because of that or replace it, because I don’t like it/ want it she said NO! & The cheese curds were trash, there’s so many better spots with way better cheese curds. We were being polite & talking to the bartender & trying to make something work by getting different food or have her dock the price but she insisted she’s not doing that & then said that we couldn’t leave until we pay for the whole tab ?? We never even mentioned that. I recommend if your looking for a burger, drinks, bar food, Nachos, cheese curds or to try a new place, DONT GO HERE. Or if you do, tread lightly because you may be disappointed & treated poorly .. The office is trash, overpriced with below average food.

Had very rude service: We were there for a few hours drinking and eating. We made friends with some people that bought us some beers. We had some beers mysteriously show up so we thought our friend bought them. We got the bill and they were on our tab. We asked about it since we never ordered them and the bartender got an immediate attitude. We tried to explain that we never ordered the beers but she wouldn't let us talk; she kept interrupting and telling us how many we drank. We were never arguing the amount of beers we drank but she treated us like idiots who couldn't count. I also never had the intention of asking for a refund. I simply wanted to figure out why we were served drinks we nor no one around us asked for. We gave up and paid the tab with her with cash. She came back a few minutes later after we'd already paid and continued arguing with us, though we clearly considered the matter not worth the effort. She even went as far as pulling our beer cans from the trash/recycling to show us how many we drank. It was very unprofessional. I won't be returning, not only because of the service but because of the over-inflated prices. We could have had a nice dinner elsewhere for what we paid for drinks and some french fries.

This is your neighborhood bar full of locals find Tonya, Nicole, Brad, Greg, or Jessica behind the bar or the amazing servers on the patio! Stop in for the best happy hr where else are you going to get kettle on for only $5 try the amazing BBQ nachos or the wings, great sandwiches, burgers, or salads! Perfect place to come with 2 friends or 20 sit at the bar or the great covered patio! All are welcomed and embraced here, it's my home away from home everyone should stop by the office!!!!!

I was walking around downtown and found this great place. Me and a friend stopped by Sunday afternoon by chance and we found a great selection of food and drinks. They had Surly Furious on tap, which is my favorite local area brew. We sat at the bar and the staff were very friendly and cheerful. We stayed a couple hours for lunch and just to hang out. The burgers were awesome! I highly recommend trying this one.

We were charged $5 for rail drinks, even though an outdoor chalkboard and our served both advertised them as $3. Even though one of them was taken off our tab, it was never acknowledged that three $5 drinks still cost more than four $3 drinks. The music was terribly selected and obnoxiously loud. Even the serviceable food and college football on TV can't save this place. I will not be returning to The Office.

Could not say better things about this place! It’s fun every single time! Make this the place to watch the Minnesota Twins, Vikings, T-wolves, or Minnesota Wild on any of the flat screen TVs Around the bar or out on the amazing dog friendly patio! Amazing happy hrs and full menu! My server is Andrea and she is the bomb, but honestly every one is she’s just one of my favorites!

Kicked me out for accidentally spilling a drink and happening to wear the other team’s colors. Don’t come here if you want good service. Loved this place, but sad that you can’t spill a drink by mistake without getting kicked out. Plenty of good local bars around. Pick somewhere different, this isn’t it.

the bartender Anyssa made this experience a terrible one. She needs to at least learn to hide her bias and serve every customer and treat them all the same at least while she is working for someone else company. I don't think the owners would be happy to know she gives her friends free drinks and treats other in a poor manner. Probably won't be back here.

Bar staff are great, always some sports on the TV, and they will accommodate if there is another game you want to watch. Good pours, good prices, nothing fancy. Great patio for the summer as well with over half of it roofed in case it rains and with TVs outside. Good place before and after baseball and basketball games as it is within walking distance.

Cool spot for drinks however I wouldn’t suggest the sausage and pepperoni pizza. I paid $17 for the sausage and pepperoni pizza and it was the most expensive and NASTY pizza I’ve ever paid for. I haven’t ordered any other food since. Overall, drinks are kind of expensive but it’s downtown so you pay downtown prices.

We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food. My sandwich was soggy. They were also out of several items we asked for. The service was also very disappointing. We were hoping for a great spot before the twins game and left very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Came in with a few friends, 2 bartenders on. The guy was fantastic for quick service, we may have caught the gal bartender on a bad night as after our first round, she never served us again. Great space though.

Great service, but for just regular chicken strips, cool it on the seasoning. This is coming from a guy who watches Hot Ones and eats the same sauces with them. The dry rub or whatever just doesn't taste good. Felt like I had to dip it in ranch to avoid the taste. Just bread them and fry them.

Genuinely curious if this is a 21+ establishment? I didn’t have my ID with me and was asked to leave because of this, despite just having purchased a handful of pull-tabs on the way in. Mind you, this was 6PM on a Wednesday, and I’m 31. Advice to others, just go to Cuzzy’s for a better time.

They took my Id when it was a legit Id I'm from Montana and after showing them verification that it was truly my actual Id they still refused to return it. The bartenders were extremely rude and we're doing some sort of drugs behind the bar. I would not recommend this place. Very poor

We are from out of town and had an Airbnb nearby. Found this place while checking in. Very friendly, great drink prices, and good happy hour food specials. I would recommend and return if I was in town again. They also have a nice patio that looks like it is open year round.

Really enjoy the roll chairs in the bar. The patio is dog friendly which is excellent for folks who live in the area. Great happy hour and prices for a place to go before a Twins game. I brought some friends before a game and they were amazed by the good and great prices.

Met up with a big group of people here. Corinna was a wonder waiter! She made sure our our drinks were only half full before asking if we wanted more. She kept all our checks separate and accurate! The food was great, and they even had on-site parking!

I used to enjoy coming here a lot. But the management and staff had changed the vibe. I still go and watch sporting events on their back patio. It's just not the same

Poor service and wait time. We waited an hour for food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Server was on her phone. I don’t like to give one star reviews but we payed almost 100 dollars for two meals and 4 beers. Not worth the cost. :/

Sour cream fries are EVERYTHING! Although I'm not a big fan of wings, theirs we're really on point. The blonde bartender was mad cool; very accommodating. Should I ever visit Mnpls again, I will be sure to make a pitstop at The Office.

Came here with some friends and it was okay. They were blasting music so loud we couldn't hear or talk to each other. The outside seating was a little better, but not much. The bartenders were very friendly and nice, though.

Nice place, upscale, Trendy, fast service on a Friday night.. but I got asked to Tip halfway through my hanging out session with friends. And I still left a $20 tip on a $75 bar tab. Oh and it's 9.85 a drink so kinda spendy.

Great place to drink and watch the game. Comfortable rolling chairs on one side. I don't smoke but their smoking patio out back is great. Huge TVs and friendly staff. Plus you are sitting in the former pool hall of Deja Vu

We come there all the time I love it it's such a variety of all different types of people all different walks of life but it's so peaceful in there it's a very good hangout and it's just perfect and the food is really good

We just came late after a meeting and our waitress was super nice ,it was busy with drinkers so a little wait is always understandable of course food was good and they had roll comfy chairs at the bar which was nice

Awesome place to watch football! They always take care of Patriots fans! If you want to watch the New England Patriots, with Patriots fans, this is the place to do it. We always have a strong showing. Go Pats!

The place is a good set up. Plenty of tvs if you are in the mood to watch one. The patio is incredibly well heated for the winter, and it gives you a chance to get away from the near overload of televisions.

Great little dive bar. Good heaters on the patio. Decent pours. If you'd like an old fashioned, go across the street, but if you'd like a beer or a whiskey coke for around $5, then this is the place.

The office is a low key vibe, food good and the energy is what brings me back there every so often. I would recommend it to persons going downtown whom just want a chill get away spot to go to. More

Me and my honey being staying in the area for over 6 years and today was our first day trying this establishment and the food and beverages was awesome not a big crowd I will recommend this place.

Food was very good. Bartenders just ignore you and don't even refill your drinks. Their loss as I am a good tipper. Don't judge a book by it's cover because the cover is black.

Food was wonderful. The lights above the bar that are constantly changing suck... like a lot. Obviously that's a personal opinion, but Oh really really hated them.
