I don’t usually write endorsements online however, the quality of the work performed by Ryan most definitely deserves this feedback to be shared. I will say this, personally, I find it very rare that a service provider or contractor does what they say they are going to do. In our case, Ryan over delivered for us. The quality of Ryan’s transformation of our living room to include an eye catching accent wall is extremely impressive. We literally started and talked about it all night. The colour and quality of Ryan’s work is exactly what we were wishing for but were not sure if it were possible. Our adventure with Ryan started in February. We were looking for a painter who would paint or stain our fence. I reached out to The Paint store in Burlington and Michelle recommend Ryan. We met on our deck in February and within 5 minutes of listening to Ryan explain in great detail how he we would stain our fence and we were hooked. Over the winter we came up with a couple of other ideas. We wanted to get all our exterior windows, trim, pillars, front door, garage door and back door freshened up. Ryan went above and beyond our expectations. He was always happy and very professional. Ryan takes painting seriously…once you get into a conversation with him about paint, you realize this is someone who’s extremely passionate about his work. His attention to detail is impeccable, and his willingness to go above and beyond (e.g. very thorough sanding, installing fresh outlets and covers, replacing outdated potlights) to ensure a job well done is commendable. After viewing Ryan's photos on Instagram and liking what we saw from his previous jobs, we decided to contact him to paint our home.  Our job had to be delayed due to COVID-19, but Ryan emailed us to reschedule the job and he was also quick to respond to our emails as well.  We appreciated this level of communication and professionalism. From day one, we could tell that Ryan takes his job seriously especially when it comes to preparing the area before he starts putting any paint on the walls. He arrived on time each morning and after each day cleaned up after himself.  The final product in the end looked amazing, you can tell that he is a meticulous painter and it shows in his craftsmanship. Ryan Jackson does excellent work. He has painted a number of rooms in our home. Each time we have hired him to paint, he was friendly, professional, and very reliable. He started the job on time and was here every morning Promptly at the agreed upon time. His estimate in terms of how long the job would take was accurate. And his work was impeccable. He went above and beyond in the level of care he took repairing the walls/baseboards, and then cleaning the rooms after the painting was finished. We used Ryan to paint our first level of our house, he did an impressive job with the interior painting by being well organized in doing the prep work needed before painting. All the effort patching the walls, adding trim and minor changes yielded impressive results, Ryan’s service shows professionalism and he was able to be personalized our needs for our project. Ryan recently painted a vinyl bay window on our home. It was a more complex job which involved paint matching, additional preparation and spraying. When providing our quote, he explained the process to provide a near factory finish to match our other windows. Ryan is meticulous with his work. Ryan did an incredible job finishing some paint work that we attempted to start ourselves (highly do not recommend doing this - hire a professional. Hire Ryan!). He is meticulous and very detail-oriented, which we really appreciate. He works incredibly fast - it took a day for him to finish what would have taken us weeks or even months to complete ourselves.
