Both parking and transportation to and from the airport was quick and trouble free. The drivers go above and beyond to assist customers, even the ones who are very lost and didn't know which lot they left their car at ( two young ladies travelling alone ). I don't know why anyone would part at the airport instead of The Parking Spot.

First experience, poor experience. Parking gate guy was not helpful on where to park, or where to catch bus. Waited in cold wind for 15 min or so until I flagged one down. Return shuttle scene at 12:30am! was pure chaos - too many riders not enough buses. Drop off routing was rather screwy. Better communication would go a long way.

When we arrived in KC on a dark rainy night, we couldn't find our car keys. Our driver then dropped us and our luggage off at the office. We eventually found them in our luggage. He noticed me at my car later and stopped and told me to wait with the car and he would go back and pick-up my wife and luggage. Nice guy, very helpful.

1st time parking at the airport and let me tell you, this experience was wonderful. They picked me up where I parked and got me over to the terminal quick and easy. And the return trip was a snap too. I saw a shuttle as soon as I left out of the airport and they took back to my car. Quick and easy check in and check out too.

The Parking Spot is a great place to park. They pick you up right at your car and on your return they deliver you right back to your car. The drivers help load and unload your luggage. They are always friendly and courteous. They also provide bottled water as you check out which is always welcomed after a flight.

Welcome to the new terminal Parking Spot. Combine 2 terminals with 10 pickup spots into a single location. Why would they not consider increasing the size of the busses? Over 100 people waiting after two full busses just left. Called the office and he has 1 bus coming.
