The new owners wanted to close on the 21st of December, just days before Christmas; we had to be out by the 20th. They pushed it back to the 24 and then yet again wanted to push it to the 28th; meanwhile, our lives are in limbo, storage, moving, and all kinds of crazy at that point, Chris made an executive decision on behalf of me, and I was so happy when I got his call needless to say we need a little fire to get things moving once again and Chris made that happen. We decided to retire to Las Vegas from out of state and were referred to Erin Patrick - Realtor to handle our transaction.
