Although The Pilotage Building isn't open to the public it is surrounded by historic artifacts that are well worth a look. There's a propeller from RMS Lusitania, a Cunard liner that was torpedoed in 1915 with the loss of 1198 lives.

Interesting as to living conditions but very small. Worth doing if in area and all the other attractions but not on its own.
