Really deserves zero stars. spoke to someone called Cherie (girl with the nose ring), about the availability of a product, she was rude, impatient and aggressive. Refusing to search for the product in the system or providing assistance to locate it, she just responded with the aisle number. When I requested further assistance to locate the item, she responded with "obviously we don't have it in stock", her responses becoming louder, as the conversation went on. Even worse, when I raised the issue with the store manager, he says he didn't know what seemed to be the issue. I didn't go to your store to be abused by your staff. Maybe it's a racial issue? Maybe you don't like Asian people? In Sunnybank of all places, imagine that. Pathetic attitude.

Love this shop is packed amazing bargains. When i was there the prices on quality shampoo and conditioner were so irresistible had to stock up. Homewares for granddaughters bedrooms, garden products so many sections to buy, feels similar to shopping at Kmart, definitely do yourself a favour next time at Sunnybank to visit, you will definitely walk out with something you did not know you needed

4 stars because the layout isn't great. Lovely and helpful staff though. Not really sure why they have 2 checkouts as I've never seen both open at the same time...ever. (Please get rattan sticks in! You guys sell reed diffuser refill bottles but not the actual rattan sticks to go with the refill bottles?? You can't just keep reusing old ones).

Very easy access for all including wheelchairs. Plenty of shop of all types, plenty of places to eat and drink and every thing you can need. All nice and clean inside and plenty of parking space.

1 staff member on till and no other staff to be found - poor person was on her own with a long line of customers. It's never been a great place to find someone to help you but today took the cake

I actually like this shop which has a nice selection of the usual Reject Shop products. Only negative is that they don't have much in the way of sweets and no food items.

Can always find a bargain but hard to walk around with such narrow aisles and stock here and there. Staff have always been pleasant when shopping.

Lots of cheap stuff but never what you want to buy always come out empty handed except when looking for birthday party cards and decorations

Always enjoy going here. Never know what interesting thing you will find. They were giving free tubes of sanitizer with purchases. Cool !

Not bad...change particular stocks of items often, so sometimes have to wait for stuff to be reintroduced...very good for basic stuff.
